I love the Staples Copy and Print center. I can email my document for them to print and they text me when the job is done. If they have questions, they call me. If they make a mistake, theey fix it quickly. The color copies are reasonable as well. My only disappointment is that they stopped handling US Postal Service work. When they handled both UPS and the Postal Service, they were my one-stop shop for office work. Hence the four stars. However, the staff more than make up for that with their friendly advice and quick service.

The printer/copy stations are awesome. The person working the print counter gave me free copies too. Never charged me. Totally awesome. The blonde cashier who works the front is always amazing. She knows it too. ;)

Unless you need supplies for your printer, head someplace else. The staff is ok though.

Its the only place in Ukiah to buy office supply, yes, you can find some simple stuff at other stores around here, but only Staples is a comprehensive office supply store, and their price is justified, considering they have almost everything office related.

It was ok. Wasnt helped til was almost done. Had to find stuff myself. Prices were cheaper to comparable to Walmart.

Used the UPS service and it was awesome. Got in, got packages mailed out and got out within 10 minutes

Their office center was very convenient and easy to use.

Certain policys put newer employees in an uncomfortable position. It becomes time consuming to resolve. If a battery is defective that was purchased for a computer it shouldnt be any kind of an issue to returned and replace. I can say I was treated politely and the problem was resolved. thank you 😁

Employee was slow and not helpful. I purchased a personalized address stamp and between my name and my husbands name they put an + sign instead of & sign. Very frustrating...Seriously?!? Rrrrr..I didnt have time to wait for a corrected stamp.

Horrible customer service today i deliver the store merchandise and today was exceptionally bad took over 1 hour and 30 minutes for them to open the back door and receive the merchandise to rop it off they gave me a bad attitude about delivering on time

Went to pickup my computer I dropped for a virus scan and I had to wait for a while before I was helped.

Im glad theres a Staples in Mendocino County, but this is hands-down the worst Staples Ive ever been in. Theres no staff to help you in the aisles, always a five minute wait in line, and I swear this place jacks up the prices compared to their other stores.
