Terrible customer service, by a particular worker who will go unnamed. Simply being he will not be hard to spot. Also they do not stock anything it seems. Only used games so theres that at least. Although youd be getting better deals from gateway games. So quick tip, dont waste your money or time here.

Worst customer service at this location in all of Sonoma county. Staff is rude, and unresponsive. I have visited this place on several occasions and each time it’s the same rudeness and uncaring staff members. I’ve even tried calling to get information about availability of game and all they did was “rudely” told me to hold and put me on hold over 20 minutes!!! I will not shop here at this location ever again due to unprofessionalism and lack of caring for the customers by the staff.If I could give it “zero” stars I would because that is a more accurate rating….

Overpriced and understaffed.

It okay for a small local game stop. Sometimes if its busy it can take forever to checkout. Even if you have what you want and are ready to go there is one person working and they have to help people while the run the register. When you take used games in to sell them they dont pay well at all. Better off trying your luck online.

The two nerdy youre looking guy is behind the counter have tons and tons of info to tell you about different video games and if you explain to them what you like what you looking for Im sure that they will come up with some fantastic ideas.

When I move to this area, I was truly surprised to see they have a GameStop store at this City. I had so much fond memories at GameStop at another City before I move. If you need anything regarding video game, this is the place to go. And if you join their membership, you can get many pre-owned games at greatly discounted price. I was a regular customer for more than 10 years, my son and I are gamers, and we often come to GameStop for our endless search of great games with sale price. The most unique thing about GameStop, is that they have staff that are also gamers, so they understand your needs, and gave honest opinion regarding your purchase. I strongly recommend you get membership if you dont mind have pre-owned games with reduced price.

My daughters are always going here its there favorite store of all time, but one thing I noticed was that the girls would get tired of the games we recently bought so we would trade them for different games but then those ones would get old fast to them and theyd want to repurchase those same ones we just traded from last, so on and so forth.... so I joined gamestops membership and I pay 15 dollars every year to get discounts on all items. Its the best thing Ive done. I suggest getting one because you save a lot of money.

We used to purchase ps4 cards at Walmart...now we get them here. They always have them in stock here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nic really goes above and beyond to help in every way possible. We always find something that interests is here. I love the option for warranty too. There are great deals all the time. We always leave this store with something neat. Highly recommended.

I have unfortunately been forced 2 go 2 this GameStop 4 the last 10 years due 2 the fact that the next closest one is in Santa Rosa which is an hour and a half from my house! They are ALWAYS Understaffed and way over Priced! Their selection is minimal and the lines are long! And sometimes they close early w out warning! Also such a smack in the face when they offer u 12cents when u can sell it for$15 on eBay or LetGo! Now I can bypass this store and shop online 4 cheaper and delivered free from Amazon Prime! I would rather stay local w my money but a Single Mom has 2 save money every chance I can!

Awful.. My son went in the store to look for games for his wiiu it was his birthday we were told that wii games would work in wiiu so he bought a wii game and a wii Neither worked!!! Would think they checked the discs and also know what they are talking about Very disappointing

I can usually find what I am looking for and more. I come back yearly to buy new and old games or other stuff from them.

While the games and other products are in good working condition and they are fast with processing your merchandise. they have employees who dont even know the product they are trying to sell and make the customer have to explain it the THEM

Truly terrible experience, bought a xbox 360 and 5 games and they forgot to give me 2 of them i drove all the way back and they made me pay for arkam asylum again and gave me the other free LOL, months later after buying a 3ds I went back to purchase a protector for it the girls there couldnt find any they said why dont you just buy one online.... so I took there advice and never went back and have been completely happy with Amazon, just a warning check the boxes even if they check them in front of you, they need to hire staff that know the products, I think there manager is sexist or something. always has young girls there which should be looked into internally... which should change after this review. and anyone who says otherwise works or knows someone who works thereedit: went back one more time and was truly pleased by the changes they made, a very friendly and well spoken manager and honest employees... damn never thought id say that about here

Decided not to get a game because of false info that an employee gave me, very annoying...also, dont bother bringing in games for trade in. Do it online because these guys will rip you off hardcore. Buy 2k18 for $65 and trade it in for $15. Also annoying

Prices are rather high and selection is usually low.

Expensive used items, and very low trade in for games.

Showed up at 9:07 for the September 13 2018 release of fallout 76 and they said there not doing it I work from 10 PM to 6:30 am I paid $260 for the pip boy edition . Its anti consumer your company does not hold up its plane schedule.
