I was in the store for less than three minutes. The man at the counter asked me rudely to leave. I was browsing his wares. I will never return to this establishment.

This place got a one only because I could not give it a zero. Yonder breaks the product putting it in the paper bag for you and then accuses youre breaking itit must be nice to sell the same broken objects over and over again would not recommend this to somebody I did not like

I visited this cigarette shop today to purchase some fluid for my e-cigarette. Their stock was huge but after 10 minutes of standing in the shop waiting for the owner to get off the phone I already had a bad impression. Finally when he got off the phone I started asking him questions about his stock. He had ZERO product knowledge. He said he didnt smoke them he just sold them. I asked him how much his nicotine juices cost and he rang up one of the juices I wanted. 20 dollars for a 20 ML bottle. Typically these cost between 7 and at the highest 15 dollars. I mentioned to him that these were rather expensive and he said he would give me a discount. I purchased a couple of bottles but the meager ten percent discount he offered was insignificant.Do not visit this shop unless you wish to be without any product assistance and GOUGED for your Discount Cigarettes.

Every Time I have come to this location there is always a Will Return sign hanging in door. The sign says theyll be back in 10 min. The pricess are higher than most and the customer service sucks. The guy acts like hes doing you a favor......thanks for letting us pay too much, never being open when you should be and Ill never be back

New employee, Jennifer, assisted me with tobacco vape pen (my first so I had zero info). The juice in the tank leaked in and down the battery. I went back in and the owner said Jennifer sold me the wrong tank for nicotine juice and that is why it leaked. He kindly corrected the tank, however, I got the vape pen back home and realized the leak had shorted out the battery. Went back in and the owner became rude and said “all sales final!” I’m out $45+ dollars due to employee error!!!
