I love Comcast the people are amazing. I just wish they had telephone service in ukiah.
Comcast is a horrible exploitative company and they will not improve infrastructure until they have competition. The employees here are very nice though.
Called four times, three with work orders. No cable available. Was told management would need to sign a contract. They called 5 times, no return calls. The worst customer service.
No service we are paying customers. It shuts off every hour or less as soon as the tech came two tech it shut off when they left
So far i have wasted over a month just trying to get this set up. I have the modem but no service. I have sat on the phone numerous times only to be run in circles. Im giving up, there has to be better solutions

Took a while for a home install, but well worth the wait. The tech was extremely helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure our install went as planned. He even called customer service to get our install fee waived, since we were pre-existing customers. Internet is super fast.
When I walked in the door, it felt like the store was closed. It wasnt. The Comcast rep knew how to take my order, but not much more. And then, the ordering system failed. A 15 minute visit turned into 35 minutes. OK. But, not a great customer experience.
Very friendly staff. Recently moved and was returning equipment not needed for rehook-up to comcast service. Quick and efficient. Also was quite pleased with hook-up service at new home. Technician very knowlegable and went over and above to connect my electronics to my specifications and needs.
Poor customer relations. Refused to give receipt for returned equipment.
They gave me the wrong equipment for setting up my smart TV,the check department told me I had the wrong equipment and go to the office and they would provide me with the correct equipment and notes would be in the file so there would be no issues. I went back for the third time. They had no notes, they tried to sell me a different package and quite honestly they just dont know what theyre doing and they dont care anything about customer service.
I recently had Comcast Internet installed at my fathers house and was very happy with the service. the only reason for 4 star was the install window they promised on the sign up was a 2 hour window but as soon as I committed to the order it became a 4 hour window. The installer was helpful and efficient. The service is better than advertised. So far so good.
(Xfinity) I am not even a customer yet and I already dont want their service. Their website wont work and I cant find a contact number anywhere on the site.

Sometimes staffed by ONE (staffing issues, Comcast?) surly, rude and lazy kid, beware if hes on duty that day. Theyre also closed for lunch every day, M-F for an hour, and closed on weekends. The techs, installers and phone reps, however, are all great to deal with. If theyd just fire that kid, itd be a lot nicer to deal with the store.
Clean Friendly Customer service
Imposing a data cap is the best way to lose customers. Will be looking for another service provider. I suggest others do the same. Anything at all will be better than Comcast.
Wish I could give a negative. I was sold a package via Comcast online. They swore it would be available in Ukiah area. It is NOT what was installed. Not even close to the same channels or features...yet I am paying the same price for old equipment, poor service and features and channels Im not getting. Ive wasted countless hours on the phone with their worthless customer service who are completely unaware of what is actually available in this area. The girl in the local office could not be more rude! Clearly this is an issue they run into everyday and is completely fraudulent. Comcast simply does not care who it screws. DO NOt SIGN UP FOR A PACKAGE ONLINE
Great to know that there is a cable TV/internet company that understands what customer service is. I went in fully expecting to get little help with my internet problems and I expected to walk out after having to cancel my TV service. I did walk out fully satisfied that I will continue enjoy TV and internet service.

I returned my equipment and obviously canceled the account, but 3 monhs later my checking account was still being debited. In addition, Comcast, for which I had set up for my elderly mother, gave her a faulty receiver which malfunctioned. When discovered this and returned the receiver, the sales person said, yes, we know this model is defective. And yet had not replaced it earlier at their own initiative. Deplorable company. As of today I have spoken with customer service and they insist that they cannot find my account and deny the looting of my bank account. No star.
I was happy with my internet service through comcast... Until they imposed a data cap WITHOUT WARNING OR CONSENT. It seems like a big change to my contract should have been brought to my attention.
When theres a p oblem they prompty sent some one out. Like the next day even helped me out before. Then but Im not a techi so. Lol had to wait. Great service. So far
Staff at Comcast Ukiah are great, but you cant call them and the corporate office is completely disconnected from the local policies Re self install Etc.
Peeping tom from Comcast took picture through my window and all I was told is we cant tell you anything regarding the situation. Really??? Dont feel safe and was lied to and told a regional manager would contact me. Never did and when I called they gave me the runaround. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Was told i needed a professional install. When asked why i was told he didnt know the answer he would have to ask a associate. I say i will wait on hold while u find out the answer. 20 min later he comes back and says have a good day and hangs up
Horrid horrid!! customer service non existent. I have NEVER come across someone so ill suited for work with the public. Wou I snt look at me or speak to me. It was a two hour drive refused to let me use the bathroom. Refused to answer where the nearest public bathroom. Nightmare!!!!####
I really wish i could give them a better rating cause comcast by far has the best / fastest internet out of all the palces around here. Unfortunately comcast is a giant corporate buisness that is profit drivin above all else. They give you a cheap price to start out but then just keep raising and raising the price. You can even call and change to a cheaper plan and within a couple months they will raise the price of that plan.
At home complete service along with cell phone down, as our cell phones are thru micro cell / Comcast internet, therefore no cell phone service either. A female rep from Comcast attended my call on 09/29/15 PM and assured me of fixing the problem immediately. Unfortunately, no body fixed the problem, no body called to show up to fix the problem. I guess, it is simply a joke to Comcast reps, and indirectly discouragement to their customers to move on with a feeling of who cares @ Comcast!! After waiting until noon 9/30/15 called in to Comcast again, got another surety of some one contacting me with in 30 minutes to take care of this issue.. I hope I do not have to call Comcast again to have this problem taken care.
Service center was friendly but the quality of t v programs is poor.

I have placed orders for internet service twice. The first time a crew arrived and said there was not enough signal strength at my location and it would be two weeks. I never heard from the company again.The second time a contractor arrived, said the same thing and told me he would submit a report and I should hear from comcast within two weeks. I have not heard yet.The company has been next to impossible to reach even publishing an incorrect phone number on a web ad for the Ukiah office.The contacts I have made are with distant representatives who promise to file a report and then leave me waiting again.
I called to say that the prices were atrocious and that I would terminate my account unless I was given a lower rate. I was told I needed to pay the past due amount at the old rate of a whopping $80 for internet service ONLY in Ukiah and that my rate would be reduced to $50 beginning with the next billing cycle. Well, I went in to pay today and they asked me for $80. I said No and I came home and called. They told me that they hadnt changed it because I was supposed to have called back to say I had payed the past due of $80! ARRRGH. I spoke to a supervisor and got it straightened out but...aarrrggh...These corporations are so manipulative and doing whatever they can to suck people dry just because they can. Will continue to research other options.

Its funny how the xfinity account page never wants to load and is the slowest website, considering xfinity from comcast is my internet provider. makes it hard to pay the bill.

Planned move with plenty of time. Comcast said the box was down and it had to be repaired by other people. Today I move and have not been able to get through by phone or computer and havent heard from comcast. In short with even plenty of notice you cant do a simple job. My service goes off today and I will be left with no phone, no internet, no TV. Im going to find some one who actually provides and not just Checks the box. Comcast has a service drop hanging in my backyard with a loop of wire waiting for a kid to swing on it or hang from it . I visited their Ukiah office on June 26 and placed a service request, two weeks later there’s been no remedy and they’ve not called to tell me why. In order to get updates on why it’s not been fixed, I stopped by their office today but they closed an hour early....sorry for the inconvenience. Another office visit and was told a supervisor will call you. Four business days later.....crickets.

They are evil i just want to watch family guy and eat peanut butter and snuggle with teddy but how can i do that if i cant go to the bathroom i cant even get it to work and my teddy is getting cold but the toilet still works but the bad news is the peanut butter is expired
