Turned me away for a simple flat repair that would have taken only a few minutes, because it was 4: 45, and they closed in 15 miutes...lousy excuse. They sent me down the road in an unsafe vehicle with ZERO HELP....they were all standing around..its not like they were busy. Musta been Miller time...... .definitely wouldnt have happened at the tire shop I worked at if you rolled in at 1 minute till, we worked on your car....I WILL NOT USE THIS STORE EVER

The place is clean, and the coffee is actually pretty good! Thats a surprise for a car shop, the service is clear and honest, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, explain everything clearly, the charge is fair, they didnt try to fix something thats unnecessary. and most importantly, they found the problem that several other shops can not identify . There are some sneaky shops in Ukiah area which you should avoid, ......fortunately, this is one of the few good places that you can trust. I highly recommend.

Awsome! Had a new tire put on a rim thought I couldnt put it on myself because at the time I was in a rush . A week later I went to put it on myself. But didnt have the right lug rench .So I brought it back in and they put it on no charge.

Horrid experience with Les Schwab. I recently got a break change, and the breaks were not bleed properly. I was told the breaks were suppose to feel touchy after getting them done. I have to go to a different auto shop to get it done again. Save your time and money.Kylee, I did contact the Store Manager, and he said, he does not offer refunds. So, I contacted Customer Service.

Not sure whats going on here...new management, maybe. At least they got rid of the rude woman that was working there, but 3 hour wait for a flat repair for a wheel that was already off the vehicle is too long. I hope that doesnt happen to a out of towner on vacation.

I felt that the man who helped me was very dismissive. It almost felt that I was a burden to his day. He did explain a quote and what I needed. However, his customer service skills left a lot to be desired. He did however have better attitude but only once I was being told that I needed to tires. I came in hoping I didn’t need to tires, but knowing I probably was going to need them. The interaction made me not trust in the service. I ultimately went over to Costco where the service was excellent when getting new tires. I recommend customer service gets better for the business sake. When there is competition so near by, the largest distinguishing factor will be the customer service.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Came in for an oil change, took FOREVER, they didnt check any of my tire pressures or fluids, and where my oil filter threads in, they left incredibly dirty, the next oil change I got at a Valvoline they guys noticed so sorts of things Les Schwab couldve done much better. The customer service was pretty poor too as it ended up taking over twice as long as I was originally told.

These guys are awesome! Not only will they plug your tires for free,no matter where you bought them. They also are very quick and efficient putting on new ones. And on top of that, the cleanest public restroom I have ever been in!

I was on a trip and had my low tire pressure light on. I needed peace of mind that everything was okay since I had just had a flat tire. I stopped in here and they helped me right away. So helpful and friendly. They also explained what was going on.

They tried to sell me upper and lower ball joints on my truck, it did not need it, they would not do the alignment that I wanted work out doing the ball joints first. This place is a rip off dont go there

Great service Great prices. The staff do the BEST they can as purposeful as they can. One only has to see them working the counter and in the shop. The do have a purposeful step and that tells me they like their job and have good leadership. They treat every individuals vehicle the same weather its 20 plus years old or new. That means a lot. They tackle each job the same. Their workers want to succeed. A few customers think they dont succeed fast enough, they should go to their dealership then.. And because of their extensive inventory (over 1 million dollars in tires), Stephen was able to replace our rare tire and get us back on the road in record time. Service is great. Only thing I dont like is that they always take much longer (30-60 min) then what they said it would take them. They dont let you make an appointment its always first come first serve. I usually just leave my car and pick up when they are done instead of waiting.

The service desk personnel need to understand timeframes. If you say an hour it should be about an hour. Im not impressed if youre petite and cute if I got to wait 2 hours. Id rather have grumpy dudes that know whats up.

Spent over 2000$ on rims and tire, didnt last to 25,000 miles. They will not honor the warranty of 60k miles. 2 times there and they messed up both times. Prices are high and the warranty doesnt cover jack. If they mess up your rig it is your fault and as the manager told me there is nothing we can do about it because its not covered by the warranty. Never going here again, dont waste your money or time. They had me sit there for 3.5 hours (truck in the shop with a tire off) until I asked what was taking so long. The response....we didnt have all 4 tires in stock, even tho we physically looked at them. Learned my lesson, hope others take my bad experience and find a local shop that cares for its customers.

I recently had our winter tire change over done. I am always glad to do business at the Prineville store which is the flagship store of the Les Schwab Tire Company. As such, the people that work there hold themselves to a higher standard. If you are in need of tires or shocks or just need your tires checked for air, this is the best and friendliest place to go.

2 different occasions I’ve made appointments for a front alignment and tire replacement, the first time I was told I didn’t have cam bolts, and that it would cost around 1 grand for front tires and an alignment. I asked them to order the tires and I’ll be back in a week. Made another appointment showed up, no tires, also told me it would be 1 grand again or about 1.8 grand with there “recommended” tires. Shadiest tires shop I’ve ever worked with, looking to drive your bill up through the roof and nothing more. What happen to helping the customer get what they wanted.

We came in there in a tow truck, with 2 flat front tires, after an accident... I dont know anything about cars, but my boyfriend does... They gave us an estimate of over $600 for new tires and rims, because they said our rims were bent. We got them to put the new tires on for around $250, and they said it might shake a little, but we could get back home to Santa Cruz (from Willits, CA, about a 5-6 hour drive).Once we were driving down the street, it sounded and felt really bad!! So my boyfriend took a better look underneath the car, and saw that the whole front end (where the 2 new tires were) was thrashed!! Things were bent, and rubbing on other things they shouldnt be rubbing on... Something was cutting into something else (again, I dont know what the car parts are called! But he does...), the tires were pulling and pushing and rubbing all wrong... And basically, they should have NEVER let us leave with the car like that, ESPECIALLY to have to drive on the highway for 5-6 hrs to get home!! We wouldve been killed!!!We ended up stuck in Willits, and right around there, for about a week, and only used the car to go places that were a few minutes away and back... Within 3 days, and maybe a couple hundred miles later, both new, front tires were completely stripped and worn down to the point there was wires sticking out, and then one of them was flat when I came out of the grocery store!! We had to drive on the flat, to a used tire shop, where my boyfriend begged and convinced them to put another used tire on there for us, with the terrible damage that was under the car (they didnt want to do it and end up liable when we got into an accident because our tire had blown out!!)Anyway, the reason Im giving Les Schwab 1 star, is because they never even checked out underneath the car, to see the extensive damage that was done, and to know that they NEVER should have sold us those new tires, and installed them onto that car!! If we would have listened to them, and drove home, we most likely would have gotten into another accident because of a tire blowing out or something... And, on top of that, new rims wouldnt have made any difference!! So they were trying to completely rip me off, because Im a woman and dont know cars!!This was also verified by ANOTHER Les Schwab, in the next town over, which we had look at the car without telling them that the other Les Schwab had sold us tires, or we had been there at all... And they said they wouldnt put new tires on my car, even with new rims, because of the other damage that would need to be fixed first!!Plus, they told us that they dont even sell the kind of rims the other place had given us a quote for, and the most expensive, specialty rims, with new tires, would come out to be around a little over $300, NOT over $600, like the other place had quoted me 3 days before!!! Wow!!!They were trying to completely rip me off, and theyre lucky I had my boyfriend there to tell me the car wasnt safe to drive home!! Because I could have very likely died if I had tried!! I cant believe people do business like this!!

Because of the new car warranty, we have been going to Les Schwab for oil changes mostly. We perfer the Ukiah one better then the Willits one, because they offer a more affordable syethic oil and are always friendly, and we can get in the same day usually within 2 hours or less. We have also got tires from them and a new TPS installed.

Really hit or miss. One time I went there with a flat and I was rolling it up to the store and a fella came put all cheery and picked it up for me and it was great customer service. That was once. Every other time Ive ended up waiting way longer than theyve said and/or an employee was just rudeif I asked a question about something. My favorite was when I asked if they made thicker tires for the car I owned because I live on a rough road and was getting flats pretty often. The guy that rung me up told me, Well since you do drive a Honda, you cant just do what you want with your tires in a pretty snarky tone. Real nice.

I was traveling past Ukiah and had a very low tire it was getting dark and they fixed my leak because the valve stem was very loose I appreciated it with to pay. Thanks for this assist and a smooth ride home.

I used to buy all my tires here until I had a nail in my tire right before a vacation where I was driving four hundred miles. They waited two hours to tell me the nail was to close to the side wall to patch. It was almost two inches from the side wall. Told me it would be two hundred dollars for a new tire. Had to put on the spare and get it patched the next monday by another tire shop.

Slow, got a flat, took 4 hours to get my tire replaced. $200 later finally able to drive but very slow and expensive and no sympathy.

Good service but very high prices! $56 to get my tires rotated and balanced!

Called a day ahead to get my brakes changed, they said no problem we have the parts here.I got to the Ukiah Les Schwab they said I needed backed brakes and rotors bit they couldnt check the front until tech got back.Never seen anyone working on it, then 1 hour to closing they come out and said parts house sent wrong parts for backs. I told them that i didnt live there and they offered to put old parts back on and said bring it back monday,i told them not possible. Then the kicker charged me 85.00I wont be back worst ever

My car kept making this obnoxious noise everytime I would brake so I took my car in, I was told it was my front brakes that my back brakes were in great condition. My car continued making a loud squick every time I would break so I took it back they kept telling me it was dirt that my breaks were in great condition and didnt need to be replaced. My uncle ended up taking a look at my back breaks and it turns out the back brakes were completely worn out. I will never take my car back!!!!

Weve never had an issue with them as far as tires, but when I had my tires changed two weeks ago, I told them my brake indicators were sounding and had them check my brakes. They said that my brakes were still in good condition, so I took their word and assumed that I was hearing something else making noise. Two weeks later I had to drive up to Idaho for family reasons, and then I came back to Ukiah the next day. I noticed when I was leaving Idaho that there was an obnoxious sound coming from the front of the car every time I would brake and then travel at a low speed. I talked to my dad on the phone and he told me that it was probably a bad wheel bearing, since I told him that Les Schwab said my brakes were fine. I finally made it back to Ukiah after about 16 hours, and I couldnt have the car looked at on the way because I only had enough money for gas to get home. The day after I got home, I decided to try and find the problem myself: the brake pad was completely worn away and it had turned my brake rotor into a vinyl record. I am questioning whether Les Schwab actually checked my brakes, and I wish I wouldve known that there would be a problem before driving those 1000+ miles with no brake pads.

They have saved me a lot of money by showing me how to avoid small mechanical issues by addressing them when they are still a cheap fix. When I buy tires, they always review the lifetime of the other tires they are taking off and give me a credit if they didnt last as long as promised.

I was in an out in under 40 mins. Very friendly.

Five PM on Friday and we were on our way to Willits in 104 degree heat. We identified a tire on our 5th wheel was losing air pressure. We crawled to a service station, swapped out the tire for the spare, added air, identified a Les Schwab in Willits, and called to inquire about an available replacement. They referred us to the Ukiah location as it was closer to us and had the tire size needed. Both locations were to close at 6PM, so we hustled to Ukiah.The tires on our 5th wheel were purchased at a Les Schwab in Idaho Falls, after 1 tire delaminates and the tread flew off and severely damaged the undercarriage of our 5th wheel. After stopping for emergency repairs, the mechanics determined that 1 tire delaminated, 1 had a fast leak, and the other two were swollen to the point of being unsafe. We immediately purchased a full set of 5 tires to replace the ones that had failed. Working with the Les Schwab warranty, we wanted to be sure to get our rig to one of their facilities.We arrived at 5:40PM and they sent someone right over to investigate our tire issue. Turns out, the tire was going to delaminate, just like the previous one did and a second one was swollen to the point that the technician thought the tire was a different size than the others. We mentioned that this was a 2nd full set of tires and that there was probably only 5000 miles on these. We anticipated replacing the faulty tires with the same brand as there are so few different options for trailers.Instead, after much conferring, the Les Schwab technician recommended that we upgrade from the current rated 10 ply tire to actual 14 ply tires that would be much stronger while still fitting our wheels. They gave us a 100% rebate on the two damaged tires and purchased back the other two as used tires in excellent condition. We paid the difference of $400 and they immediately mounted and balanced them and got us back on the road within 90 mins.Fast forward to 5 days later. Having spent the week in Willits with high temperatures, and then headed to Mendocino for some rest at the coast before heading down to the Russian River, we again noted that at least one tire was not at its appropriate pressure. We headed back to the Les Schwab in Ukiah and they were pretty quick to jump on the paperwork and get someone to take a look. Thankfully, no issues were identified and we proceeded onto our Russian River destination, with a huge thanks to the Les Schwab folks who took such good care of us. The gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to take care of us irrespective of the time of day.Im sure that somewhere there is a Les Schwab that doesnt have great and helpful staff but quite frankly, weve not experienced it yet. These folks are FABULOUS and are very reassuring at a time that is stressful and when nerves have been frayed thin.We will make it a point to be a Les Schwab customer. They have taken great care of us each time and have earned our confidence and respect. Thanks Les Schwab!

I wasnt expecting an oil change to cost $70 thats double what Im charged at the Dodge dealership. People seemed to be friendly though. I wont be serving my vehicle here anymore!
