I do not normally rate businesses like this but got wonderful service when you bought wiper blades the other day. The salesperson came out in the rain to install them and would not take any tip - said it was part of his job. Sorry we did not catch his name - think it was Jessie but not sure

Good service had what I needed

I went in knowing what I was wanting / looking for, they could tell that and waited. They did not have what I wanted in my size but they were very helpful in suggesting ways I can go about getting what I was looking for. Or other stores I could try. I came to find out Its just a rare item to have in stock at any place after 5 other stores I find this out. Ill have to special order it online. The guy working there that I spoke with is very knowledgeable if you needed something Im sure he would know or get you to the right person or place.

Do not shop here! The employee working this afternoon sold me a part for my vehicle that wasn’t the correct fit after swearing up and down it was the right piece. I tried to install it in the parking lot, and it was the wrong size. I went back in to try and exchange it, and he said it was against company policy to exchange and suggested I buy a different size. When I asked why he told me the first one would fit, he said “Well how should I know?” Totally unacceptable customer service- that employee should no longer work there.

Pretty nice that they will let you use their computer to check your codes. Also pretty good deals on parts and oil.

Richard L. was amazing! He explained things so well and was so professional. I bought something that didnt ring up as the sale price and he came outside to find me and refunded me what I was owed. He also explained and showed me many things on my car, I learned so much and the help means a lot to me. Thanks again, you deserve a raise Richard!

Usually has everything I need, in store, ready to go. Also usually better price for better parts than other local chain parts stores. Now and then I do need to order, or they just dont carry my need. I work on cars, trucks, bikes over many years span... or anything with a motor!!!

They refused to check my alternator. They claimed it was due to the rain, even though it was clearly not raining; not even a drizzle. Third autozone Ive been to in two counties and all of them have had terrible service.

I needed help with transmission fluid, and the woman who helped me was awesome! I cant remember her name, but def. Helped us a lot.

Fairly affordable Parts you get what you pay for it they have some good stuff hasnt reached up but they are always convenient

Wish they had experienced parts people seems like only one guy there knows his stuff, everyone else will guess when looking for parts! Double check ur parts and do your own part research!

Its a parts store, been known to sell the wrong part sometimes doesnt carry the best selection(and if you have to order something from another store or special order it takes a while). they do offer basic services such as wiper and battery installs, alternator and battery tests(in and out of the vehicle)

Horrible place. I was on a long distance trip through here on Sunday Jan 20th when my alternator went out in my truck. I stopped in Ukiah and found Autozone on google maps, but when I got there in a light rainy conditions, the tattooed middle aged employee with a beard refused to come out and test my battery/charging system, claiming the rain would damage his equipment. BS. He then ignored me while I was left standing there for 5 minutes looking around. I left the store empty handed, headed back on the road and I broke down 2 hours north in the middle of no-where, in the rain, at night. THANKS FOR NOTHING UKIAH AUTOZONE. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST. AVOID THIS PLACE.
