LOVE TO SHOP THERE, COULD SPEND THE WHOLE DAY JUST CHECKING OUT ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS THIS STORE HAS!!! PS: I ALWAYS find what Im looking for & ALL the employees are VERY helpful!!!

Small selection compared to Michaels online store, but decent for a small town. Customer service was excellent!

I love Michaels Im so happy its only 45 minutes away from my house. Lol. The ukiah may be the smaller store version, but it has quality merchandise. The employees are helpful and friendly.

The check out time was ridiculous. They need to figure out a better way to run their check out process. I had 2 people ahead of me in line and it took 28 minutes to get to the front of the line. Frustrating.

I love all kinds of arts and crafts and Im sad to say I was disappointed. I felt it was lacking and disorganized but maybe I just expected more then I should of.

I brought in two coupons copied from my phone. One was for 20% iff, and one was for 40% off one item. They refused to give me the 40% off. I left the store without making my purchase, and very angry at the situation and the degree of coldness with which I was treated. I am extremely disappointed with Michaels locally. I then went home and ordered the same artists paint brush from AMAZON for 60% cheaper than Michaels price. Now, I will buy all my art supplies from Amazon. Bye bye Michaels.

Michaels was a mixed bag, i hurt my back, asked a girl where to find something, couldnt locate it, everytime i saw her she turned her baxk walked away . The casher went and got me the item i wanted . So good help, and shy help ?Empty shelves.I like Micheals, was disappointed they didnt have what i wanted or i just couldnt find it.

Always a good choice for crafters and artists. We visited looking for Christmas decorations. Not the usual selections weve found in the past. My guess, they reduced the stock due to fewer shoppers.

My wife likes to crochet and we often take the trip to Ukiah to look for yarn. The employees are always helpful and theres always new things to look at when youre in there.

So many craft items and ideas that you cant make a quick stop. Im in there for long shopping fun.

Really great prices (sales and coupons) but the stock is terrible. I tried to order online earlier this year and they lost it. Still use them because its the only art store within 60 miles.

I love Michaels. I do artsy stuff and usually they have what I need. The only thing it lacks is there isnt enough people working there to help you if you need it. The staff know their stuff so rest assure if you realy need assistance, hunt someone down and utilize their attention while you have em.

If you enjoy arts and crafts then this is the place for you. Its got everything use could possibly need for any kind of art/craft project. Fun place to take the kids to find them something to do. There is a desk in the back that you can get customs frames for whatever you may need framed. They also have lots of sales and they give out coupons for future visits.

Emloyees are pretty stiff until checking out and seeing how much i spent then they were overly friendly. Clean store, alot of product, prices decent.

Love this store would give more stars if had an electric cart so I could shop more. Hard navigating store walking with a cane and seasonal graduation products are all the way in back. Then once I reach the back of store we find graduation stuff but the tassels shown on app saying in stock main aisle as the rest of stuff are no where to be found. Maybe a chair placed at front and back of store for those who need to catch their breath or sit a minute would help also. Otherwise associates are very helpful n like this store.

Go to for craft supplies. Pretty overpriced for a few things I can just go to Walmart and get, but theres still PLENTY that I would need to go online to buy and the convenience of instantly having the product rather than waiting for shipping is definitely nice.

Michaels is a well stocked craft store. Very timely merchandise and sale specials are generous. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The frames department is outstanding and easy to work with.

I got all the stuff to make a cool tiny Christmas tree inside of a mason jar with ornaments and lights it was a lot of fun making the gift

Some of the staff are very nice and the other staff members follow you around like youre a thief and watch you like a hawk no matter what you look like or how youre dressed. I shop quite often here and still get looked at funny. The management needs to work on people skills with their employees.

Wife and kids love this crafty store. Sometimes you can get a coupon on your receipt for future visits. Theres quite a big variety of different art stuff, beads, wood projects, cake decorating, and crafts.

Friendly staff, easy to find what youre looking for. A crafters paradise! Coupons available, craft ideas, literally anything youre looking for, you will find here. Parking isnt a problem and lines are not outrageously long. I found more than what I was looking for and had a ball searching.

Large, retail craft store chain. Pretty good selection. Staff is somewhat helpful. The most common response I get is: we dont have that.All in all you know what youre getting. Cheap craft materials and tools. Usually some sort of big sale. Was able to fill my 2 kids Easter baskets with art supplies (paper, paint, new brushes, stickers, some woodenish eggs for painting and canvases) all for about 50 bucks.

Had a great shopping trip. Love seeing all the great things that trigger such wonderful projects.

We contacted Michaels in Ukiah to see if they would be willing to donate a sewing machine to a young lady who has nothing due to the fires and other bad luck folks of Lake County have had, As we were trying to incorporate this into our Kids Holiday Gift Give a Way, by giving back to an Adult in need. We were told they dont donate and help their community. I for one will never support another business who does not support its community.
