We were able to get a stove same day. The person who helped us was super knowledgeable and friendly.We tried home depot first and they told us we would have to wait 3-4 months before the one we wanted would be in. They dont keep any stoves in stock at Home depot.

The gentleman I had talked with gave me more information then the washer and dryer I am working on had on it. Then gave me other number for a part the store did not have. I will be calling this store up first for my appliance parts. Thank You so much for the help. I also saw a few things I will be going back to buy hopefully soon. The rest of the staff were helpful when I showed up to get my little parts.

Went in wanting to purchase a new fridge. Gave the sales person a rough idea of what I wanted, and instead of trying to find me something that would work, she just replied “your not going to find that.” I asked her what fridge had the biggest freezer for a 30-34” deep fridge, and she said “none of them do,” and only showed me fridges that were too big for me. I felt like she didn’t even want to make a sale.

I dropped 2.5k for appliances. Before I dropped the $$$, I got a feeling they couldn’t be bothered by my questions, but options are very limited and I work out of state. After I dropped the $$$, I got the feeling they couldn’t be bothered with my inquiries about delivery. If the vibe changes and my appliances are delivered on time and if I could get an update without begging them for info, I’d be happy to change my review. But right now I’m worried I made a mistake.

Got our new refrigerator and microwave and they told me the best way to install them. Missing a wheel on our freezer and they ordered a new one

I visited Pardini today. Jim helped me finalize my washer/dryer pair decision. He made it easy and I went with Electrolux. I got a better deal than Home Depot. Fantastic experience!!!

We bought a trash compactor from them that promptly broke. They came and picked it up, repaired it and brought it back. This is the only reason I’m giving them a 3. I asked about converting our dryer to propane and the repair guy, who was nice and professional, told me what they needed. When I called the store the guy that answered himmed and hawed and said that they ask people to bring it in for that. I said you’re joking right? You want me to bring in the entire dryer? He told me someone would call me back. Four days later they finally called and I just said we’d figure it out ourselves and we did. Bring in the entire dryer??? Really??? No thank you! I’ll try somewhere else now that we need the washing machine looked at too. 🙄

After asking about estimated repair costs for an over-the-range microwave, was able to determine that spending between an additional $100 and $150 was going to be more cost effective over the next 7 to 10 years. Ordered a new microwave and got install for a minimal additional amount. Great staff, both in store and service/install.

Great sales service with no pressure. Typically I would expect a place like this to be expensive however they price match with the larger chain stores. This combined with maintenance service makes them the best place in town for appliances.

Local service can not be beat. Sure you can shop the big box but Pardini is where you should buy. If you have a problem they will take care of you. The big boxes will give you the run around and can do nothing for servicing or warranty work. You are on your own. Mark and Jim really know what they are doing and know the equipment they sell. Given all that and the fact that they price match and that Brand Source has more buying power than Home Depot it is clear that Pardini is the best option.

Top quality delivery means set up and make sure it is working properly. Not dropping off in the driveway. Delevery man was very nice and professional.

Very friendly when they are selling products. When something goes wrong, they treat you like a bad rash. They dont technically have a customer service person. Were still dealing with a squealing fridge and a lemon of an induction stove top. A lot of money given to their company, only to be treated like something sticky to be scraped off the bottom of your shoe. Would highly recommend you stay away.
