I started going to this pawn shop a few years ago and discovered that it is heaven! There is such a wide variety of merchandise from guitars to jewelry to DVDs. The staff are so kind and solicitous, willing to help out with anything you may want to know. I make sure to pop in every time I am in town. Make sure to give yourself time, because you never know what youll find!

Heidi and Tom are amazing; all the staff are incredibly helpful. I just purchased a beautiful diamond and ruby ring for myself. I bought my wedding ring here which is blue diamonds and regular diamonds. I have saved thousands of dollars. My wife just purchased two gorgeous bracelets for two of her friends 50th birthdays; she paid pennies on the dollar. They always treat me with respect and kindness. If your shopping or pawning somewhere else your not getting the best deal.

These people will do any thing in there power to make you HAPPY!!!! Even if they make nothing and spend hours helping you. Very good for a local small town pawn shop. Limited stock so dont expect what you find in the big city. Good people and good prices. I do like local shops and support them if they are well run

I didnt care for the lady up front brought in some music equipment to sell or see if they were interested in pawning them and she didnt give me a moment to explain she was quick to say I dont think thats something we are interested right now. I was like are you kidding me you didnt bother to see what I had to offer... Anyways I guess thats ukiah for you

If i can give them half a star i would!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they sold my dads guitar that was in pawn. They told me i only have 3 month to get it. When by law i have 4 months and 10 days. I payed my loan 2 months into it and they brought me my guitar case with no guitar... They told me they dont know what happened thats the only thing i have left of my dad since he passed away. I will never set foot in that place again. They havent called me back or anything since then.

This shop is very fair. They have a great team of staff that are very helpful. You can find very nice antiques, and an assorted selection of great treasures. I have been a travelling treasure hunter for many years slowly learning as i go, and any chance i am near Ukiah i have to stop there, if not to buy, and sell mearly to say howdy to the great people working there. If your near Ukiah even within 100 miles i would suggest stopping by you wont be disappointed
