Funky location... in the corner of an Einstein Bagel shop. They have their own entrance from the outside. Shop is full of lovely and interesting designs. Happy customers streamed in while the design lady and i were talking. She worked with me at length to come up with a budget friendly custom design.

These girls are great. They are quick and they can come up with amazing designs. We ordered baseball bags and had them embroidered for my twin boys. They look and work great. Have used them several times. Including large orders of hats for my cub scout pack.

We found these ladies on a Friday when our embroidery shop in Dallas told us 4 business days before a show they could not guarantee our order. We had just moved to Tyler. We called this shop & dropped off the shirts before they closed on that Friday & Wednesday the next week, we had shirts for our show. They are our Go-To shop now. They also did some great hats for us. Their prices are great too. You wont be sorry going to them.

Amazing company and staff. Have loved everything we have had done there. We have a plumbing company that we use them for everything, and we get lots of items monogrammed for our family.

These ladies are the BEST! I placed a hat order of 4 hats with another company when i went today to pick up the hats they was horrible I called these ladies spoke to them over the phone she was more than willimg to help me out. I went into the shop and they made me 4 new awesome perfect hats. Both these ladies was very nice and caring. I called several shops in town and none was willing to even try to make any hats on a friday at 3pm but these ladies never hesitated. They will be getting all my buisness and I will send everyone I know their way. Thanks again the hats were awesome the guys LOVED them.

Picked up jacket for my grand daughter’s Christmas and her name was crooked. Was told that’s how the font goes on. Doubtful, I’ve used that font at other shops and it was straight. Won’t be back for sure.
