If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please do not go in here if you are not super skinny, because apparently it is unheard of for a bigger girl needing a bridesmaid dress. Not only was the woman helping me extremely rude to me about my size and being insistent that the dress was not going to fit me (which it did fit) but she was also running around the store basically yelling that there were no dresses big enough for me and that they didnt have anything big enough for me. She made me feel super insecure and extremely embarrassed. My friends who were with me were even uncomfortable with the way she was making me feel. So please, spare your time and feelings and do not go here if you are not supermodel skinny.

My fiancee and I went in to find her a dress she liked and nobody would assist us. We waited for a good 10-15 minutes for help,even had employees look right at us and never once asked if we needed help with anything. I do not recommend anyone go here if youre searching for a dress because they will NOT help you

If I could give ZERO, I would. My bridal party and I went at the end of February to try on and purchase dresses.Finding the dresses - EASY!Checking out - EASY!I’m kicking myself for not taking a picture of the sign on the checkout counter that said “IF YOU ORDER BY TODAY, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DRESS BY APRIL 15”. For an end of June wedding, that’s tons of time!We went out for drinks right after and they were calling us before we could finish our first round asking us to reconsider not purchasing the Rush Fee because the dresses might be in sometime in May. (Still fine for an end of June wedding.) My girls all said no - because they called each one individually while we were still at the table.That Monday, I’m getting texts from my girls first thing in the morning that Brides and Belles is calling them AGAIN saying now they HAVE TO HAVE the rush fee because the dresses won’t be in until June 15 at the earliest.So, I (the bride) call Brides and Belles and they immediately transfer me to JoAnne - the owner. She explains to me that they don’t make the dresses in house, the woman that helped us isn’t knowledgeable of their system, and that she gave my girls $25 off their dresses *without us having to ask* so “isn’t it only fair” that we pay the rush fee. She then asks me “did you understand what I’m telling you?”.I tell her not to call my bridesmaids again and that I will pay the fee - JoAnne said it would be $10 per dress. I had 4 girls that needed Rush. 4x$10=$40... Now, lesson learned on my part, I gave her my card info over the phone to pay the Rush. I get THREE notifications from my bank. Brides and Belles $100, Brides and Belles $100, Brides and Belles $40.I call back. I ask for JoAnne. I ask her why did she charge me $240 for the Rush fee. She tells me point blank “I DIDN’T.” I tell her about the notifications from my bank. She then tells me “Well, I was going to call you about that. Normal Rush fee is $25 per dress. I charged you $100 for the four dresses BUT I voided it.” I tell her she did NOT void the $100 but had charged me $100 again. JoAnne says “No. I voided it. Can I help you with anything else?”. Needless to say, I had to fill out a dispute with my bank over these “voided” payments.Fast Forward to mid-May when the dresses were supposed to be in now that they are Rushed. My girls call Brides and Belles multiple times only to be told “let me look into it and call you back” only to never be called back.When the dresses finally came in, my fiancé went in to pick up a dress for one of my girls and they no questions asked handed him her dress. Never took his name or had him sign. So, apparently anyone who knows you ordered a dress from there can walk out with your dress!This place seems too easy and it is. They are rude, mismanaged and condescending AFTER you pay them. BUYER BEWARE

I was really excited to be getting my wedding dress from Brides and Belles because my sister purchased her dress from them for her wedding and they were great! Overall, I was pleased with the customer service received when picking out my dress and there after. All of the ladies are really sweet and helpful, and even the owner, Joanne, was very friendly. However, that has changed. My wedding was supposed to be in December, but due to financial hardship brought on by COVID-19 we have had to cancel without certainty as to when it will be rescheduled. I called and spoke with Joanne to explain my situation, and see what my options were, only to be told that I could either keep making payments on the dress or lose all of what I have already paid which is almost half of the total cost, and she would sell my dress to someone else for what’s left. I even tried to see if I could trade the dress (which has not be altered or customized) for an evening gown to take pictures in (to commemorate our wedding day) & she refused. Either I keep paying for a dress I may never be able to use or lose my money and dress. I’m on the phone hysterical and pleading for more options and Joanne tells me to ask family for the money. I, unfortunately, don’t have any family to rely on for such and considering the circumstance I expected a little more understanding and compassion. The young lady that answered the phone even agreed that I had paid quite a bit already so exchanging shouldn’t be la problem. Might I add, I was wanting to exchange for a dress MUCH CHEAPER than what I have already paid, meaning they would still get to keep some money for nothing. I have had no issues with any of my other vendors surrounding this wedding and am truly disappointed with the lack of care or compassion Joanne expressed, I even had my bridesmaids set up to be getting their dresses from B&B but after today that has changed. I have no issues abiding by contracts that I have signed but during an unprecedented time, I expected more from such a highly rated business. Definitely appear to only be about the money and those that fall in line with the same privilege as theirs. Thank you for so carelessly hanging up on me as well, Joanne. My heart is broken.

LOVED my experience here!! This was one of the first places I went dress shopping at, and they were sooo patient with me. They helped me narrow down what styles I liked/disliked. I probably tried on around 30 dresses and they did not seem annoyed at all. It made me feel very welcomed and I loved the experience here!!

My daughter found her dream dress today! The ladies in this store are INCREDIBLE! Sweet, attentive and accommodating. I cant recommend Brides and Belles enough. I found my wedding dress with them 21 years ago and it thrills me that my girl found hers there as well. Thank you, B & B for helping out dreams come true.

Theres no experience Id rather have bridal shopping than with the ladies here at brides and Belles. They have definitely provided support, encouragement, and definitely great style opinions with a fast turn around! They are highly recommended. So for a personal touch for your wedding go there!

They where so sweet we found my daughters wedding dress. It was so beautiful. They didnt rush us out the door. Like another places we went to they took there time with us . They also have the best prices will recommend them to others. The alteration lady was there and help her with everything she needed she was so sweet and friendly, she knew what she was doing. They will work with your budget.

My MOH brought me here and I found my dream dress. The ladies who work here are so kind and patient. I say patient because after trying on over 50 dresses I ended up going with the first one I tried on. They listened to what I wanted and made me feel like they truly cared about my vision. I highly recommend this place for brides, maids, and even prom dresses!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We ordered bridesmaid dresses in a certain color and they came in completely wrong and the owner was not willing to work with us in any way. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place was the perfect place to buy my wedding dress from. I got an Essence of Australia on sale, the seamstress Carmelita did a great job hemming my dress, (the bottom was all lace) and you couldnt even tell it was altered, looked perfect. Everyone is nice, welcoming and helpful!!!

We found a great dress at an awesome price. They have a sale around July of every year where a lot of dresses are 75% off. Definitely recommend in July. Do not have to have an appointment to to on dresses. We were just a walk in. Definite bonus!!

Took my daughter and had a great experience. Staff, although a couple of them were a lil snooty, were all pretty nice and helpful. They were extremely busy but everything went smooth.

I came here this past Saturday and I was a little nervous because of the reviews. But the lady who help me was awesome and so was the owner. I literally tried on over 15 wedding dresses until I found the one I like. I was never rush never pressured. The service was awesome I couldnt have ask for a better experience, I wish I wouldve just came here in the first place instead of going somewhere else.

Went with my sister to get her dress today, her consultant seemed to be very uninterested in what my sister wanted and failed to make her feel comfortable and beautiful and when my sister told her she wanted a strapless, A-Line dress, her consultant pulled ball gowns and mermaid style dresses after being told A-Line twice. After trying on 5 dresses, my sister decided to leave and go somewhere else due to the poor listening skills and customer service

I feel really bad for the poor people who work here. The owners are very disrespectful and rude to them. My daughters consultant trinity was very patient and helpful. It was hard to find plus size dresses, but she found the perfect one. However the entire time we were here the owner interrupted our conversations and tried to rush us into picking one and when it was time to write up my ticket she pushed her out of the way and made her go do something else. In spite of her, I had a fairly pleasant experience.

This store is the worst store in the world. The last that owns the store Joann is a terrible lady. I had put a wedding dress on layaway paid 350 down and decide to cancel it. And they would not refund me any of my money back. Only been on layaway a week. They are a terrible store to shop for a wedding dress.

The Owner, Joann was wonderful! Our dress zipper broke after we got home with it. She replaced it with a brand new one immediately.

Just bought a dress from here yesterday and was so surprised with his place! Super reasonable prices. I got a super great deal. My bridal consultant Jolene was super nice. She was over whelmed because it was crazy busy with girls home coming shopping but she put me first and helped me find what I wanted. I told her my price range and she went below! I was super impressed with this becaus usually they try to get you to buy more expensive but she really put my needs first and pulled dresses that were a great price and were still what I was wanting. We will be back for brides maid dresses and everything else!

Very disappointed in this store. Everything is way over priced and the dresses run way small than other wedding gowns i was trying on elsewhere. And the old lady that was helping me was very rude and my favorite dress I saw in the store that was everything I had been asking for was only 1 size too small and she refused to let me try if on beacause its not going to fit. Way to crowded with inventory and terrible Customer service. If you dont want to spend over $1500 here dont even bother cuz they wont give you the time of day for anything less!
