Very easy process (from order to pick up), and Its always a bonus when the employee is curious and personable. Our dog, Oscar, is very pleased with his new costume!

Curbside pick up is always great for when your on the go and dont have time to go in and search/shop for what you want! Hardly any wait time! I will continue to shop at Target and keep using curbside pick up when needed.

The staff at the Starbucks are another level of Awesome! We will go out of our way to come here to get our drinks! The whole staff at that TArget is great!

Fast Curbside PickupTarget has the fastest curbside pickup in town. They email me when my order is ready. I go to my app from the email and click that I am on my way. When I arrive, I put in the pickup space number and within seconds, the item is in my car and I am done. I am normally in and out within 3 min or less.

Stopped in to buy furniture for a babys room (we looked in every other place in Tyler and they had the best selection) and was able to buy and leave with all items except one. We purchased a changing table/dresser, crib, and swivel recliner. They had the best prices we found of the 5 places we stopped and extremely helpful, easy to find, and accommodating staff. They even loaded everything into my truck. Thanks for making the experience great 😀

The only reason its not a 10, usually someone is at the pickup area already. This time had to catch a Target employee going by to call someone. But the person was there quickly and got my order quickly.Target is STILL MUCH MORE ON THE BALL, than walmart.com pickup, theirs is a JOKE! Have to go all over the store tying to find someone to help you get your order. Walmart employees are not trained on how to call someone for you and if you speak to a manager, they literally act like they dont care.....BAD, BAD and more BAD when trying to get a pickup order at Walmart...........TARGET is soooooooooo much better!

The store is clean and inviting. Employees are friendly and helpful, and dont mind going out of their way to check for an item in the back. Where the store falls flat however is the grocery department. Entire sections are empty every time I visit, making it very difficult to do grocery shopping. Its a shame how something as essential as groceries cant be kept stocked. Furthermore, when rummaging through what IS in stock, often times I have to look for one thats not not several weeks out of date.I still like going to Target for their unique selection and friendly service but I save my grocery shopping for else where; I know I wont find what I need here.

Alot cleaner than Wal-Mart but the prices are high. They do sell quality items and designer items. There pharmacy department is great the staff is very helpful. They went out of their way to lower the price of my prescription.

This is a normal Target although they have added on a small grocery section. This location is always very clean and tidy. The staff will go out of their way to help you if needed. They have a small cafe and an awesome Starbucks inside the store. The prices are comparable to Walmart, but the quality is a little better.

Service is super friendly, but unfortunately understaffed at the starbucks. Its not the employees fault, just management.

The store is always so clean and organized! Have good prices on some items! When i do have to pay a little more, Really its an even trade for the nice shopping atmosphere that you can really get at other local stores! Will Continue to be a frequent customer!

I drove to Tyler to find cabinets, dressers, and storage in store and there was not anything besides block cubbies. I see you all sorts of good options online, but to make a big purchase I want to see the product or example of that brands quality in person. I was very disappointed.

I used to love shopping here and usually spent several hundred dollars here a month. No more. Other places that treat people like free Americans and human beings get my business instead. Last week, the CDC released a study which showed mask-wearers getting overwhelmingly more sick than non-mask-wearers; a combined 80.4% versus 7.8%, respectively. The CDC has released several studies showing the ineffectiveness of these cloth and ear-loop masks most people are wearing and even one study in which they said popular neck gaiters can be worse than no mask at all. Many doctors have spoken out against the effectiveness of masks and mask mandates. There is no reason for healthy people to wear masks. The mask mandates and policies are absolutely unjustified and irrational. Targets aggressive policy and having somebody pop up and accost me about a germ diaper evey time I walk in the door is ridiculous. Please see reason. Thank you.

Poor management, lack of communication, they Set their employees up by constantly changing their schedule without being notify of change. They constantly hiring new people when the current workers are not the getting the hours they are supposed to get. The management complain the works not getting done when the employees dont have enough hours to finish their job. They hire so many people but yet have to pull other people in different departments to help others in their department And so on.

I would first like to thank your company for having such an amazing young man working for you. I think his name was Mark. He had told me his name and asked if he could help me find anything. At first I was in shock because I have never had a Target employee ask me that. I told him no thank you. He later saw me in Toddler clothes department. And asked if I was still doing okay. I was impressed with him. So I said yes I do need some help. He walked me across the store to find a pool and summer toys for my kids. I was feeling like I was important to him and your company. He had changed the way I was viewing Target for so many years. I wish you had a hundred more like him. Someone who cares for the customer and goes not just the extra mile is very important to me. I will tell all my friends and family to start going to Target more. I will continue to go to Target instead of Wal Mart and Fresh. I really enjoyed myself at your store. I could see that young man as a manager one day. Thank you for changing my views on Target.

I went to the Target in Tyler, TX recently and I was treated with so much respect from a lady named Kelly. She worked in the front area and she talked to me and was extremely nice. Beforehand, I was helped by a woman named Kim who I believe is a supervisor of some sort. She was disrespectful and distasteful. She did not help me and seemed rushed and confused. I think Kelly deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

I really do like our Target. It’s always popping with color. They do have large lines getting into this season, but other than that, everything was clean. There were a few things I needed out of stock in the baby aisles, and there weren’t many people around to ask for help. But it is a nice store.

For many reason but more important is because is my favorite store. I find here unique clothing and all I need all the time . And also I love how many healthy options they are here . Love organic products and here I can find a lot, not only for consumption but personal as well .

When I arrived I asked about the item missing from my order, was advised you were out. I asked if I could go look and was told yes. So I did, I found 2 of that item that was missing. I specifically had placed my order for pick-up so I would not have to walk through the store and expose myself to additional threat due to my underlying health issues. So ordering online did not help me in anyway. In addition, I drove 45 miles one way to pick up my order and I would have been extremely frustrated if I wouldnt have found the items. When I placed my order, your system showed there were 2 in stock.

Good products, good prices, clean store, friendly staff, well-organized. In the midst of all this craziness, Target continues to provide a great customer experience. Very friendly staff and management. Were there some shortages? - yes. But for the most part I was still able to get the things on my list.

Friendly staff and great prices for the quality of what you purchase. Can be a little busy on the weekends but that is expected for this store and location. Really like that they have the grocery store section here as well. When they do get busy they make sure to have enough registers open so that you are able to checkout quickly and be on your way.

My son purchased an HP Omen laptop from here for around $1300. Salesman talked him into the warranty and told him target would give him a new one even if he spilled liquid on the keyboard...well ours is simple and just has a bad battery. My son came back home and said well....guess I have to fix it somewhere else because they cant help without a receipt. In a digital age we are still subject to a piece of heat tape that fades over time...wow!

The store has a great layout, and the Starbucks is located right by the front door. I enjoy the perks of earning points on my purchases, and the deals I get (like the $10 gift card just for buying groceries last weekend!).

Wow...this place freaking rocks....and rolls! I was in the market looking for a coffee table and to my dismay the table I wanted was out of stock. I entered a short but deep despair. thoughts raced in my mind. luckily a young lady named Desiree was happy to help me in my time of need and told me she could order it and have it shipped directly to my house. I don’t know what I would have done without her help. She was very nice and kind. words can’t not express how happy I was that day.

Very rude customer service and nobody around to answer questions or help. Things are not priced the same as the tag and when you say something its an eye roll or shoulder shrug. Very frustrating and will never shop here again. Im a very big on customer service and will be telling everyone i know Not to ever shop here. And during a time like this i suggest you get you employees together and do something about it or business will be worse than it iis now

Its kinda ironic that this place can keep the whole store clean bit cant keep up with the most important thing is the restroom...had toliet paper all over the floor and Starbucks coffee by the toilet very unless with this....

Quality of items and selection along with great customer service.

I love Target and I think it is a fun place to shop. Whenever I need help people are friendly and seem like they want to help. My only issue with Target is that it is so far from my house. I have to travel 20 minutes to get to the nearest Target, so I only do it when I have the time and find myself on that side of town.

Management at this store go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Someone please give the management here a raise!

Nice selection and clean store, the only thing keeping it from being a five star review is the hard time you have finding help. The employees all seem to disappear when you gave a question and arent super helpful when to do manage to track one down.Overall a good shipping experience though.

The server Zaneta in the café approached us with a smile, greeted everyone, and made sure our orders were perfect. She is always so very polite, very personable, very efficient, &understanding whenever my family and I go into the store. I always try to take a moment to compliment good service when I receive it. She show real Loyalty to her work and also the company.

I recommend using the new Target drive up service. They shop for you and bring it out to your car when you arrive. Super quick and convenient. Love this service!!

I found some AWESOME DEALS the other day on Monster High Dolls!! They were so great! I was very impressed with all the clearance selections that Target had. I was looking for general stuff, when I stumbled across the toy aisle and the deals were too good to pass up! I reccommend Target to anyone who is a bargain shopper. You just have to look closely and search through things sometimes to find those gems! I love the fact that now they also have groceries too!! That makes it easier to get more done while out shopping. The prices of food can be a bit higher though. But all in all, 5stars!

I love the idea I can order on line and pick up at the front of the store. I hope youll begin delivering packages to the car, so I dont have to get out when Im in a hurry. I did like the fact that there were reserved parking spaces though!

Endlessly amazed at how fast they are with in store pickup! They have things that other department stores (Lowes and Walmart) dont! (Like fake snow for Christmas, hello!) Whenever I am in a pinch, ordering and pickup have been a breeze. Just, the best department store as far as organization, cleanliness and friendliness.

Went to another place looking for a specific item. They didnt have it and I tried here and they had what I was specifically looking for as well as other stuff I needed.

I have to say, every Target I have been to is always clean. I don’t know how they keep it clean all the time but damn. 👏🏼 I visited Tyler and stopped at Target for Halloween candy. Of course they will have a huge selection of candies. After I was done getting candy, the check out lines are quick 😀!

My name is Jennifer. I went to Target in Tyler Texas on Broadway Ave today looking for a particular kind of sandal. Two of the women tried to help me find the shoes and when they were not available, they took the time to help.me order 2 prs. They were both so very nice and wanted to make sure I got the product I wanted. So accommodating and friendly! I believe their names are Kaile (or maybe Kaylin) and Christine. I want their manager to know what great employees they have working there. They truly care about their jobs and are great with customers! 😁

Customer service was great! I was over in the hair care area, and went to grab a bottle of shampoo to read the description and knocked over a bunch on accident. I was so embarrassed!! One of the people working, Erica, saw it and came over and helped me pick up. She told me that it was fine and was so nice!! I just had to mention it.

This is your standard Target experience. Clean and well laid out. Great selection, including natural grocery items and a wide variety of seasonal + household goods on sale. Large womens clothing selection + sale area as well. My only complaint, per usual? Open more checkout lanes, please!
