We have printed several large banners (same day printing) here recently and have been VERY happy with the products and the service we have received. Gabby at the print desk is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about their products and has helped us with the online ordering process when it would try to send our banners to be delivered instead of same day.

I needed a .15 cent copy, not a forced 5$ hold against my card.They would not allow me to pay 15 cents for 1 copy!The excuse was, because people were walking out with copies?I never did, why punish me?Cant they control their own store without taking advantage of everyone and making life difficult for others?He said if I didnt like it, I could call corporate. For what? A .15 cent copy?Beyond stupid. There has to be better options than this!

I’ve been to Office Depots in about 5 different states and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been in. The store is remodeled, so when you walk in you are greeted by a store that feels inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Most of us feel these things subconsciously, but I tend to actually think about them and voice them. I have been greeted every time I have walked in almost right away, and everyone is pleasant and seems genuinely eager to help. Keep doing what you’re doing! Will definitely continue to shop here. Oh, and they price match!!!

Disappointed in service. So i walked in and I needed some papers scanned sent. While I dont have the equipment my self i decided to have them help. i was at the service counter four about three minutes while the employees where talking at the registers. after one decided to come over and help he informed me that he wont help me and if i want it done to use the self scan machine. So i would like to know why they have that listed as service if they are not willing to do it.

The worst customer service. Ordered a product to be delivered to home since they were out of stock at store and I live about 45 miles from the closest Office Depot. They sent the wrong color. Spoke to a manager of the store and was told there is nothing they can do about it. REALLY? You sent wrong item and there is nothing that can be done about it? Now wonder Amazon is taking over the market. What a shame, and what has happened to great customer service? I wont be back!!!

Over the last year, I think since the store has become Office Depot (used to be Office Max), Ive had repeated problems with the print department, with finding what I need, with the store having *much* less selection and stock than before, and with employees who want to be helpful, are nice and friendly, but just dont know anything about office supplies, bless their hearts.On at least three separate visits, Ive gone in to look for different types of paper. Each time I asked for help, and the employees response was total confusion like I was speaking a foreign language. Paper products theyd never heard of apparently, and while telling me they were sorry, and me being understanding knowing its definitely not their fault the store doesnt carry what I want, I usually walk through and inevitably find the paper I came in for and was told they just didnt carry anything like that. And its not some specialty paper, either. Ive learned to no longer even ask, just go look myself. This is not an especially large store, and there is just no good excuse when employees dont know what products they carry, or arent familiar with office supplies. This is a result of poor management and training. I have also had the reverse happen, when I search and search and cant find something, and then will finally ask, and be told the item should be on aisle a or b, and I go, and I look some more, having already been there moments earlier, and still not finding it, ask for more help, Can you show me exactly where, Im sure Im right on top of it but I just dont see it... and the employee looking, and looking, and not finding it, and responding I guess we dont carry it. Again, I dont blame the employees, this is a training and management failure.I want to address the prices. Since this store became OD, the prices have gone up considerably. I have found the same exact brand and product on Amazon for half of what the stores price is. What is my incentive to ever shop there? I have learned that unless I need it right now, today, and cant wait for free 2-day prime shipping from Amazon, it is much cheaper to order through Amazon than going to this store. As a small business owner, the small return on convenience is just far too minuscule.Twice Ive dealt with the store manager or the print manager, and both times they were unprofessional, treated me like I had two heads and when they realized they were making the mistake, not me, they didnt apologize. One just didnt know how to operate his system, and I had to point out the setting on his computer screen to get the print job done correctly, for which he acted like hes never seen before (he was the manager of the print department, not in training). On a separate visit, after there was a discrepancy in the price that I questioned, the store manager actually accused me of lying at one point, even after showing them screen shots, and even after another employee confirmed what I was showing him was legitimate and not fake. Then the manager denied he had implied I was being dishonest.Wont be back.

The people who work at this location for Office Depot in Twin Falls are highly competent know all of their product where it is what it is what is best in its category truly remarkable cuz Ive been to many Office Depots and they were not as good this is from the management right down to the worker so its amazing and I will certainly come here as often as needed

I visit OfficeMax occasionally but recently I had to deal with a headache of a warranty issue. After explaining my situation to the lead manager my problem was resolved very quickly. You can also find pretty good deals on a regular basis here. Ive purchased all sorts of things well below normal asking price at OfficeMax.

Its a nice looking store, and the employees are friendly, but its not the most budget-friendly place. The item I wanted (which was our of stock) was twice the price as the exact same item in Amazon.

Its very difficult to get a straight answer at this store. When you do get an answer, its probably not factual.My computer was running very slow so I thought I had a virus. I took my computer to OfficeMax for their free computer checkup. An employee on the floor told me it was a hardware issue, explained to me why he thought so, and then begun to tell me about the computers OfficeMax had available for sale. The floor employee had to briefly help a lady out the door with a large purchase and assured me they would get right back to me. During that time a manager asked me if I could be helped. I explained the situation to the manager, who also took a look at my computer. The manager confirmed my thoughts that the computer was infected with a virus -- but the other employee had previously told me it was a hardware issue. The manager told me it would cost $180 to remove the virus.Not sure what to believe at this time I did take the computer home and asked my son-in-law to take a look; he is a certified Microsoft technician. My son-in-law confirmed that it was a hardware issue just as the floor associate had said.Im frustrated that the manager wanted to charge me $180 dollars for a virus removal when there was no virus to begin with. If I had agreed I would be out that money and my computer would still not be functioning properly!I felt the first employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable on the subject. I visited the store a few times that week to check for them in hopes of purchasing a new computer. I could not locate the employee -- and I find it too difficult to trust the managers at this store now. I ended up getting a new desktop at BestBuy.Its unlikely Ill be shopping at OfficeMax for anything other than pencils or pens in the future.

Very minimal selection. Didnt even have basic calculators, just scientific. And if they did, we could not find them.after multiple passes throughout the whole store. Multiple employees passed by us and did not greet us or ask if we needed help. They should not have replaced Office Max with Office Depot. Will not be returning.

Its OfficeMax, so I cant really spend too much time on an in depth analysis. They had what I needed, I bought it. I would have to say that the salesperson helping me print out a few pictures made it a much more difficult job than it needed to be. Oh well.

Im amazed.I mis-packed my bags and left some items at home that I need for this trip. Thats typically no big deal. I can get everything at any good office supply.I just left OfficeMax 10 minutes ago and Ill need to return everything tomorrow. Ive never been in an Office supply store more poorly stocked or more poorly staffed. I was there for over 45 minutes. I wait, wait, waited at the printing counter to get two files copied. There were 3 people ahead of me and the two people working the printing department were doing their best to ignore everyone. Then, nobody knew where or if they might have a laser pointer and/or a remote control for computer (powerpoint) presentations. Most places have at least four or five different types but this place had never even heard of them. Instead, they sold me a remote mouse that doesnt work.While there I also got a closeout remote speaker and a power strip. Im not even unwrapping them. The University has enough to get me by. Ill return everything first thing in the morning and get what I need at Target. These are all common items that even Target usually has. If not, there is a Best Buy in town other stores in Pocatello
