Helpful staff. Clean store. Pet friendly, which is nice to see! The only downside for me is I wish they had a larger yarn department, and restocking was faster so no empty bins. Online store and coupons are great as well.

I found a lace trim that I NEVER thought I could match to an existing piece! Employee was helpful immediately; and saw it through to the register. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes!

I love Joann. First its the only place in Twin Falls to carry nice fabrics and selection. If there is one thing Id change, it would be a larger area for pattern books. At present it is located on the top of the pattern files...too tall for a short person.

I am so disappointed with the response I got from the staff at Twin Falls Idaho store 1692. I wanted to return unused yarn from a sale purchase from 15 days earlier. I had the receipt to prove I paid $6.99 per skein and they would only refund $5.87 per skein. What? Its a recent sale and I have my receipt? The register will only give a refund of the most current price. Not what my receipt says. Even asked the manager. Not right. They kept almost $4.00 of my money. Wont be going back unless its a last resort

The employees at this Twin Falls Joanns were of not attentive and had no knowledge of what was going on. Went to two different people with the same question and neither one of them knew how to answer about a product that specifically stated to take the tag to the counter. One said she checked the item online but we were right there and she DID NOT check!! Obviously there was more important things for her to do than to take care of the customer.We waited in line with one cashier and about 12 people in line for about 10 minutes and none was called to help her.I think you need to train your employees before they are let loose on the floor.

The store in twin falls has Terrible customer service. Not only are the people very antisocial they wont honor their mistakes when they mismark items. They offer no incentive to keep shopping or making the customer happy.

They were out of a lot of things when we went in. I asked one if the ladies there about Raiders fleece to make a blanket for my husband. She stated they no longer carried Raiders and the store carried more by region. However, they carry Las Vegas Golden Knight material. So she was either not knowledgeable about sports, the regions or her store merchandise. Either way they are over priced and I will order what I want online and save the headache for something well worth it. This store isnt worth it.

I would like to apologize to the employees.I love the wide selection of cheap fabrics when on sale. I sew vintage, and many of their fabrics are perfect for me.

I just don’t understand how so many RUDE people can work on one business. I come across come occasional nice employee who is willing to help but the Twin Falls, ID location is the worst! Every.. single.. time! I go in I come into contact with a unhelpful and rude employee.

Couldnt find the color lace I wanted and the sales person offered no assistance and it appeared that I was bothering her. Also, the material I wanted was $1.5 cheaper at Walmart for same quality and color. On the plus side store was very clean and well organized.

I went with my wife on black Friday and it was a mass house in here. Fabric was pulled as high as the little carts could carry and mangy times doubled up. The staff that had been working for hours were happy as working as fast as possible. While it took a while, they worked with a sense of purpose and efficiency.

For a tight, little older store, I have always been happy. You can typically expect a wait at the fabric counter, even during a week day. However, the staff have always been very helpful. Sign up for the Joanns App prior to shopping and check out all the coupons. I was able to get one that was 40% off a full price item. Of course it had its exclusions, but it did allow for my Fiskars item that was 19.99, and knocked the price down around $12! Score! This last visit, I noticed that there was a wider selection of flannel prints and even some new type of knit fabrics!

Every time I come here I have a different experience. Some employees are great, super helpful and nice and others are extremely rude and act like you’re not there. Just yesterday I went in around 2 but I had to leave for an appointment and had bad service and came back around 4:30 and had great service.

I could always spend so much time in this place. I love going here and walking around getting different ideas for what I am making. This is my go to for all craft supplies. Prices are not bad either I find them being comparable or cheaper than a normal department store.

Went here with a friend to get supplies for a few different craft projects she was working on. We were able to find all the items we were looking for, one younger lady was very friendly and helpful. She stopped what she was doing to talk to us and help us find some small items and knew exactly where they were. We had to get some fabric cut and the older lady at the cut counter didnt talk to us and kind of seemed annoyed by us needing her to come over. She did cut the fabric accurately and folded it nicely for us which was pleasant. The checkout line is layed out in such a way that if you go the way youre supposed to go, you get can get cut off by people who dont follow the way youre supposed to go (which we were) and it was frustrating that the cashier saw us but still took the other customers first. Lots of items were on sale and we felt like we got good products for a good deal. The only thing they dont have that we were looking for is a picture frame department.

Typical Joanns, good size store with a little of everything. I went looking for dinosaur fabric with a specific size of dinosaur to fit my project. Much to my surprise they had EXACTLY what I needed. I was thrilled.

Never been here before. Im making a T shirt quilt and the lady stamding by the door didnt greet us... I greeted her. I asked about the tools I needed ans where they are. She had no idea and told me to go to the fabric desk (like I was supposed to know where that is). Went to the fabric desk...nicer ladies were there and sent me back to the front IN THE SAME SPOT where the first lady was for the tools I need. Not impressed. I really needed help because this quilt is very apecial and I thought if I went here I would get help.

I think Joanns is my favorite store in the whole city of Twin Falls! I love going there and seeing all the beautiful Fabrics as well as other products. I go there often to get what I need.

Quit being a fabric and craft store. They sure didnt really have anything. I was looking for an embroidery kit for beginners or even anything to do with embroidery or cross stitching and they didnt have anything except for the hoops.

The lady Norma is the reason I am giving it such a low rating. She was so rude and wanted to argue with what her signs said .She didnt even look at the correct fabric on sale. I will never shop here again. When I said I wouldnt be back she was rude about me getting mad for them advertising a sale price and they rang up full price.

Like this store but it feels very cluttered and disorganized, almost to the point of feeling dirty although ITS NOT dirty. Just very cramped and aisles are often messy.

This place is the only fabric shop in our area. That is the only reason I shop there. I personally dont like this store. They have lots of variety of supplies. Thats a plus. I just think they are very slow in getting the customers what they need. Heavens for bid if you want something cut. You have to take a number & wait even if theres not a crowd.
