Even though things look a bit crowded, I like Family Dollar. The prices are good and they have a good selection of items. The only problem is, they need to sell ice#

Misleading ad signs, expired ad signs, ad signs put up before the ad breaks. Another example 4$ Bryers ice cream filled in front of the $2.50 slot, the entire bottom shelf. No shopping carts, no baskets to put merchandise in, while shopping. During this last year, no bags to buy to take home your groceries. Constant employee turnover, it seems when they find the right employee, they quit? My household spends well over $1,000 a month in this store, and deserve better then to be hung up on by Brian, only asking to leave a message for Stephanie to call me back. He said I was harassing him, and hung up on me twice. Weights and measures would have a field day at this location. No reason to treat customers like trash! I’ve never harassed anyone, this guy needs some retraining. Weights and measures tomorrow!

WENT IN FOR BATTERIES AND LEFT WITH FEW OTHER GOODIES. EMPLOYEES WERE NICE.

Unfortunately, customer service was not great today. I went in and a younger guy helped out nicely & showed me a few products. However when it came to the older guy who was working there, He asked me to go & wait at the other register to charge me. I didnt think of it as nothing because I thought he was busy organizing merchandise but when he helped two ladies and charge them and I was still in line waiting for assistance. That seem very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned out loud he helped two customers when I had been there waiting. Stayed quiet and continued helping customers. The younger guy at the 1st register he helped me and tried his best to be polite & charge me and I left the store not feeling it because customer service was not on point.

Wanted advertised and being new to this area, they sold out the first day. So know I knowBut overall the prices are fantastic. And had a few items Ive needed that Walmart doesnt carry. Will definitely return again.

The store is filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been swept in months, nor mopped. Now I know the floors need to be replaced you can see that by looking at them but that doesn’t mean the staff shouldn’t at the very least sweep... plus they are not ADA compliant, they are several places that you could not get a wheel chair through the store, they have boxes and U-boats all over the place. The shelves are poorly stocked, and the manager doesn’t seem to care at all about the long lines, standing in front of the cash register talking to the cashier instead of letting the cashier do her job and check out the customers. The condition is deplorable, and it used to be a fairly clean store, but over the years it has really gone way down hill. The manager should have more respect for herself, her employees, and her store to let it look like it does...

Lots of boxes in the aisles and didnt have a couple things I was looking for... Probably still in the boxes in the aisles! But found almost everything I came for and the coupons were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Store is filthy. Product in boxes blocks merchandise. Store employees and customers not wearing masks! Yet I forgot mine one day and the employees made me leave. Why are some customers and employees allowed to go mask free??!??

A great little store to stop at if you need staples like bread, milk, and eggs. They also have a pretty good variety of all sorts of goods. The only bad thing is that theres sometimes long lines at the checkout.

They can be rude and have a lot of incorrect signage in the store. One manager, Maria is the BEST THING they got going there as far as attitude and customer satisfaction. I had to call corporate once because one employee was EXTREMELY RUDE & BORDERLINE OPENLY RACIST!!!! I have NEVER felt that way before, especially growing up in the South! Other then that, good deals and coupons!

Avilene was taking her time ringing a customer. I asked her 3xs if she was able to call another cashier and she ignored me then wanted to have an attitude when I asked again louder. Told associates I was yelling at her but with the store being so small the other 3 associates that were gathered 3 aisles behind the line wouldve been able to hear me. Please dont hire associates with nasty attitudes.

I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I was calling to see if they carried a specific item for over 20 minutes. I kept calling bc I wanted to see if they would ever answer the phone and the answer is NO!!!!!! I will not drive there now. They just lost a customer.

Poorly staffed as well as stocked. not very clean at all. but the staff there were very polite and tried to do their best to help the long line of customers.+

Some of the team are great only thing is they should announce that they use paper bags only I shop there I had over $26 worth of merchandise whats up to the counter and ended up forfeiting the transaction because theres no way Im going to take that many bags of paper down to where I need to get to Witches Point be sorry one star okay Ill give you 3

This store is new enough that I havent made a habit of stopping here first but I am trying as they have a myriad of offerings in their well stocked store whenever I stop in. I have always found what I was looking for by asking the friendly help, cashier as I am walking in the door. Make this your first stop habit on your trips to town and your wallet and your feet will thank you.

Always long line with only one check out. Other Employees just waudering around chatting while line gets longer. I have left several times because I could drive another store faster. Very frustrating because the are well stocked and have good prices.

Expect drama, confusion, long lines, no carts... 😂 Its 1 of 3 stores to shop for groceries in 29. Unless you have a base pass... and good luck with getting the base pass, my dads an army veteran and I cant even get one. This store is doing the best a can with the situations going on in our town.

The cashiers are great and they have everything at an affordable price. You may not everything youre looking for but its cheap.

THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE (35 MINUTES) SHE SAT AND TALKED TO THIS MAN? PLACE WAS NOT NEAT AT ALL AND HAD TO DIG IN INCOMING BOXES FOR A PAIR OF SANDELS.. I WOULD FIND ME SOME NEW EMPLOYEES FOR SURE!!

Its always a mess every time I go there. Boxes everywhere, you get hit with dust balls when you get something from top shelf. Staff is ok, the manager is creepy. The only one I ever see working and not standing around gossiping is one of the managers Tonya. Shes always stocking and cleaning that horribly dirty store.... other staff, Ive heard them cursing and talking bad about customers..SMH!

Aaron from family dollar displaying really creepy behavior. The store was really packed this morning. While his coworker was attending customers he was either on facetime or was video taping a girl that was wearing really short shorts. When I walked up he got scared and picked up a random item. Smh!!

This place I guess its okay but I really dont like it. It is because things should be a dollar but a lot of stuff is actually a lot more. And the stuff that is more many times is more expensive than going to Stater Brothers or some non Dollar Store. Such as many things are cheaper at Walmart than they are here so the name of Family Dollars scenes misleading.
