Called this morning to see about an appointment to get my oil changed and check a couple other things. They were able to get me in same day and showed me where I had a small leak in my thermostat housing. Offered to fix or give me the info to do it myself. Big shout out to Tony for his help!

This place is awesome! Some of the best experiences I have ever had a car dealership! Especially with service! Roy is always so kind on the phone and willing to answer any questions I have. They also always take me as a walk in and I never wait longer than an hour an a half depending on what I need done! They offer me a water or beverage every time I am sitting and waiting and make sure that I’m doing okay! Such good service and always take good care of our Jeep!

After multiple visits to this service center I decided to write a positive review based on my experiences, which is solely based on service and not sales. So far, this service center has been amazing compared to the many service centers I have visited over the last fifteen years. In past experiences, I have had service departments try to rip me off by offering a ton of repairs that were never warranted. I can’t stand doing business with people like this because it is dishonest.However, 29 Palms Ram Truck Center is the complete opposite. The staff here has always been friendly and honest. The first time we brought my husband’s truck in for service, they told us it wasn’t due yet and they suggested that we wait. Really? Who does this? Honest people do this.Equally important, Roy is always welcoming and down to earth. The mechanics have always seemed friendly based on the short visits in the office. In addition, the mechanics get the job done the right way and in a timely manner. Overall, this service center is awesome and by far the best I have worked with. We will continue to service our vehicles at this location until we move again. Thank you, 29 Palms Truck Center; you all are awesome!

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Roy is ALWAYS super helpful and nice over the phone and in person. He always gets me in right away to look at my car and my car is always fixed and ready in the same day. Justin is who works on my car and always does such a great job. Ray is always nice and helpful as well. Overall great atmosphere and great service, I will continue to take my car here. Roy is the MVP. Lol

Honestly... this place would just be a regular car dealership but the hospitality and joy in here makes it feel like a family you really want to be apart of. Mr.Roy made our visit easy and we enjoyed ourselves and even though we were gonna buy a car anyways we were more comfortable and excited doing so because of him. It took five day for them to do a oil change tune up, and do two recall and to check out why my 2013 wrangler power shuts off when driving.

Fantastic service here. Check engine light went on and this was the first place i stopped. I wish i got his name (younger, shaved head) but he told me what the problem was (o2 sensor), showed me where it was, told me how to fix it, and to come back if i had trouble. He was willing to put it in himself. Problem solved and he didnt charge me a dime. Too bad i had a Toyota because they only work with MOPAR. This place would definitely have gotten my business. More people like this are needed in the world!

Very displeased with service I went in explaining my battery was dead, and while checking it They claimed that I didnt need a new one,they tested it and supposedly charged it but a week later my car didnt start again and I paid service for labor for something I clearly had an idea about.
