I was there today at 3:45 pm, I grabbed a water from the counter and headed to the register. I’m standing in front of the register and there are 4-5 employees standing around and talking.I made eye contact with 2 employees and they continued to talk to each other and ignore my presence. After about a minute of standing there, I walked to the table with the water in hand. Then a tall woman employee tells me “sir, you need to bring the water to the front”. I was standing there for a minute and no one bothered say they were going to help me.I am so disappointed in the low quality of service and the perception that their gossip was more important than the customers walking in. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Starbucks corporate: please hire new shift managers to monitor these employees!

This was my first time at this Starbucks and we were impressed with the fast drive through service. Mel was awesome and friendly and we will definitely be back

This location is kind of tucked away but that does not mean its an empty location. I have gone here pre and post lockdown and it stays busy. The drive thru will have long line but it moves fairly quickly and the those working the drive thru are very friendly

My coffee was tasted like hot milk rather than coffee. They mixed up my nephew breakfast Double smoked bacon with cheese that supposedly for other order. Hes allergy to dairy! Too busy to pay attention for their customers order.

Recently visited with a friend. We both had and enjoyed the seasonal Cherry Mocha. This location has a good number of guests using the convenient drive thru. Great location off of Fwy 55 & Edinger.

Everytime I pick up coffee through the drive through, Im greeted by Fidel (dont know if Im spelling it right), who takes my order as though Im getting on a roller coaster. This is THE reason why I get my coffee here.

Really great experience, we usually use the drive through, however, this time we had time to spare and decided to come in and enjoy our delicious drinks. We sat at the bar and had a pretty clear view of the work environment. The staff seemed busy but polite and cordial with one another and most importantly with the patrons.A couple little accidents happened but they were dealt with fast, efficiently, and most importantly without making a face.I’d work here if I lived nearby.This establishment sets a great example for other Starbucks.Since I know some staff members might read this. GREAT JOB!!!People notice you.And a little message for management, if any of the folks working the shift on Friday May 24th at 10:30am ask for days off or a raise, a happy costumer approves ;-)

6/10/2021 The girl working the drive through at around 6pm is rude (smart _ss). She kept interrupting me while I was placing my order. When I got to the window she said Heres your food..... Her demeanor and body language screams I HATE STARBUCKS!

Thankful for drive thru, app related ordering for safe distancing. Adjacent to the 55 fwy so thee is easy accessibility off fwy.

Food/Beverage: 10/10 My Iced Coffee w/ 5 pumps classic, extra soy, in a Venti Cup, (a bit detailed but not as crazy as others lol...) was prepared well. I enjoyed it and definitely recommend this location. Great 👍🏽 ❄️ ☕️ ...Service/Atmosphere: 10/10 The staff was welcoming and always helpful. I enjoy this location and will continue to visit. I am very mobile and sometimes it’s hard to find a seat, which tells you people like this location or they would be somewhere else, great location and atmosphere..Restrooms: 10/10 I am a frequent customer and enjoy my moments here. Restrooms are clean and plenty stocked so haven’t ran out of towels yet. Solid 10... or a 💯

Bad service I told the cashier I need a big order, I told her I want a large mocha caramel and 3 small ones and and she only gave me a large and a small one and I asked her for a dragron frut and see what she gave me because she doesnt have it. blackberrys

Visited location last Friday and it was temporarily closed, which was not the issue. The issue was that there was one visible sign for the drive thru customers and it happen to be at the pick up/ pay window. Multiple cars waiting, thinking there was some type of malfunction. On any other occasion, the staff works quickly, always get my order right and are friendly, very friendly.

I bought 4 cups of coffee and was told no cup tray. I had to make two trips to bring all coffee to my car. Absolutely terrible

Great service. Have been here dozens of times through the drive thru and would say approximately 5% of the time they might get an order confused but thats just miscommunication. We always leave with everything we order after we double check and sometimes we get a free drink from the confusion so Im not complaining. Thank you Starbucks.

My cousin, boyfriend, and I love coming to this Starbucks, mostly since its close to the freeway and its a nice stop.

Ive come here a few times and always had a good experience but today I had a great experience. I was helped by Xanthe, who was so so nice and made my morning, because of her I plan to make this my regular Starbucks (there are a few near me but she sealed the deal, haha). What an awesome barista, she is really kind and personable!!

Went thru the drive-thru and they where very polite with their service and got my order right .

I felt super good about being in when dealing with the young mans customer service at register until the girl with long blondish red hair threw my breakfast sandwich on the counter. She seemed to be in a bad mood. Someone said shes always like that. She needs to be checked. (6:30am)

I understand it would be different during the covid19. But could u please updated the info for pick up in store ? I purchased by mobile via app, and chose the option as pick up in store, but when I got there they close and I had to waiting for another 30mins on the line just for pick up. And I called for cancel the order, someone said u could just use app to get refund, I’m sorry I didn’t find any option for cancel me order. It’s just wasting customer’s time. So why I use the app to take order if I can’t pick up when I was there? So stupid.

BEWARE! Wanted to spend some time completing some assignments at a local Starbucks and having a coffee on a Sunday evening (I usually dont prefer Starbucks, havent been to one in a while) . When deciding on which Starbucks, I looked for the hours of operation beforehand, I came to this specific location because online it stated it closed til 11:00pm Sunday. At 9:00pm an associate told everyone that they were closing in a few minutes . It looked like everyone was surprised and unprepared to leave. We were hurried out, the associate said they didnt close til 10:00 but wanted to clear the lobby . I checked their entrance and there was no hours of operation posted.(Subway right next door does). The assocites did say we could sit and wait on the outside chairs in the dark. Very disappointing! . Because of that experience Im not returning anytime soon to any Starbucks chain. Please be transparent and undeceiving with customers. Picture taken that night with no hours of operation and associate removing customers is attached.

This is a great Starbucks. Even when they are super busy, they always seem to get your order to you quickly. The staff is lively and friendly, too.🙂

I got in the drive through line right before they closed. When I placed the order the person said they’re closed and didn’t care that I was waiting in line or that there were already cars ahead of me. My order could have easily been taken but I was forced to reverse out of line. The girl was very rude. All I wanted was my coffee :-(

This is a great place to grab a quick drink if the homeless who are drug addicts are not leaving their belongings by the front door or panhandling. Otherwise not a bad place to go, just watch out for your safety, Parking is ample since the main store is closed down.

The tops Bucks. They have gotten every drink correct every time I have been in here. I have never seen or heard any customer correct or repeat an order. I usually get my drink faster than expected.This one should be the model for the others.

Clean store the drinks are great. The staff could be friendlier. I like my coffee with a smile. Went in when they werent too busy but the staff look like they rather be else where. Usually at Starbucks youre serve a 5 dollar coffee with a smile not the case with this place not sure if I just went on a off day. But if it doesnt matter to you then they deserve 5 stars.

Overall, this was a negative Starbucks experience and I love going to Starbucks. The staff was very curt with me and my family - no friendliness at all when we were ordering. Also, while ordering, I watched a partner drop a whole sleeve of cups, pick them up, and put them back into the cup holders. The only positive part of this trip was that they seemed pretty busy but they were very speedy. Would not visit again just because they do not seem like they care about cleanliness.

Limited seating. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kind and helpful. Very very clean. prompt service. Its a drive through and very well located. I like the late hours. Wish the inside could be even later.

I moved back to California and had worked in Santa Ana the previous 10 months. This Starbucks became a staple in my new routine during a very difficult transition in my personal life. With a 90 mile daily commute I visited this store 2-3 times per day.They learned my name, my drink, and even my schedule. My order was always made perfectly. If there was any delay they were genuinely sorry and made it up. I never received any attitude. When my dad was in the hospital they would ask how he was doing. This is the perfect Starbucks as far as customer care goes. I am really going to miss going here until I find more work in the area.Thank you to everyone there for just being awesome.

Went through the drive-thru during lunchtime and was really happy with the customer service, efficiency, and quality of my drink. Wasnt sure how to order what I wanted, but Monica knew how to ring it up and make it exactly how I wanted it!

I come here maybe 4 times a week, I love how nice and friendly they are! Some days my coffee is a bit watered down but ehh I get better customer service here then any other Starbucks, young man Brody is so nice and welcoming😊

My medicine bomb was ok. Had to ask for extra Honey. Overall was great. Parking lot was too dark. No lights. Almost got ran over. Plaza needs to have the lights on.

Young Hispanic guy blocked the entrance of the drive thru With his truck at 8:20 saying that they had already closed at 8 told him website says 9 didn’t care said were closed n drove into the drive thru n left his truck there so other people couldn’t go in.

We went into the drive-thru after seeing the store lights were on and employees were working, assuming the inside was closed. We figured if the drive-through was closed, the ordering and menu kiosks would be dark. Nobody responded. We drove to the window and found all the lights were still on inside but the employees were out of sight from a minute earlier. If the drive-through is closed, shouldn’t the lights be off?

Poor customer service! I took my co-worker to this Starbucks for the sick tea because she wasn’t feeling well. The tea was recommended to me as being helpful for colds. When I went to order the cashier said “ oh it doesn’t work it’s really nothing but sugar”, alarming because if Starbucks is selling products advertised for wellness and a employee says it doesn’t work. It makes you question their integrity! Either educated the staff or work with the marketing team. People spend money which not only allows for the company to strive but also its employees. Also when someone order an item and it’s not ready at the time of their drink order please be kind and don’t cut them off. Kindness goes a very long way!

I love this Starbucks. It is typically less busy than the other Starbucks in the area, and I attribute that to its location. Being by the freeway, it seems like it would be more busy, I dont quite understand it.I always have great customer service here.I decided to write a review because yesterday I went in before my shift and I immediately regretted getting in the drive through cause there were about 10 cars ahead of me, and I knew I wand going to be late. I was at the very entrance of the drive thru at 9:40, I pulled away with my drink and scone in my car at 9:46!!! I have never had such quick amazing service. Way to go!! I tipped $1! Keep it up guys!

I was the last customer on drive through, it was open, the menu and order screen was on when I pulled in. They totally turned off everything while I was in line. The employee not only pretended not to see me but also lied about serving the car in front of me.

They have a great morning staff and theres plenty of them in the morning and they have a drive thru!

I went to the Starbucks with my boyfriend and his family. I ordered first, but my drink never arrived. I asked about it and they said oh well take care of it. I get another drink, but what they brought me was the wrong drink. I told him what I ordered yet again. They brought the new drink to me, and it was STILL wrong. So finally they got it right on the third try. At no point did they apologize, or offer to refund my money. So if youre looking for good customer service dont go here.

My Dad since Day1 of that store opening in that location,so hes seen lots of crews come&go throughout the several years..
