Fun to visit and smell all the holiday stuff but I didnt care for the borderline aggressive approach from the staff. Could be just me, but I prefer to browse without being repeatedly asked what Im looking for or having the same conversation over and over. We couldnt even get three steps into the door before an employee blocked our path and insisted that we tell her what were looking for and even when we said we just wanted to look around, it took more than it should have to get her to just leave us alone. Im sure its not their fault or a result of some corporate push, but Id enjoy the store more if I didnt have to fight for personal space.

I found some bath & body stuff I can actually wear. Usually I am allergic to these products BUT NOW I CAN use this. 👍🏽🤗Always a store where you can buy a friend or relative a nice gift...

Melissa provided geat customer service. I tried many options. All were great, but it was so helpful to have Melissa direct me to new ones based on my past purchases. Kudos!!

The employees at this store are absolutely amazing! Every time I come I have never had a bad experience. COVID precautions are great between hand sanitizing and limiting customers. I always feel at home coming here everyone is so helpful and kind and they always go out of their way to help you. So thankful to have a store with such sweet people!

Thank you for having an organized store and having the COVID-19 safe guards in place. Only wish some customers would wear their masks correctly.There is a limited amount of customers allowed in the store. Youre giving your shopping bag and a spritz of hand sanitizer before entering the store.

Due to Covid you cant smell anything, but the workers are really helpful at making a selection and checkout is normal as usual, just more covid friendly.

The assistant manager at this location is over all rude, talked down to me and left me with a truly horrible experience that I have never felt at any BBW location. There was a much more professional way for her to represent herself and the company and she failed excessively to adhere to BBW standards. Overall, she seems non-inclusive and I felt as though she was trying to diminish my value in the way she addressed our conservation. This experience was over a week ago and its still bothering me and keeping me up at night. Considering writing a letter to corporate about this as I truly feel that I was discriminated against. Ive come here many times in more than 7 years, I have hundreds of dollars of their product currently in my home but... Needless to say, I wont come back to this store again. Genuinely hurt by this experience.

The staff there were super nice and didn’t get mad at all that I grabbed the testing strips to smell each and every body spray they had. With the Covid-19 this time around they also let me bring down my mask below my nose so I can actually smell the fragrances.

This store was amazing! Their remodel looks beautiful! The staff is all so knowledgeable and friendly. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Erica, who I believe to be the store manager. She’s so sweet and was so helpful in telling me what promotions they had going on. She also was walking with me personally to find all the products I wanted and was great at making suggestions and helping me find some amazing scents I didn’t even know about. If she’s there when you go definitely try to find her and get her help she’s the best! After I waited in line to purchase, Rachel was my cashier. Rachel, Janette, and Brenda were so friendly and helpful with my coupons and how to best apply them. And I highly recommend choosing this location as your BBW destination! Great staff!

We love this place, the wife and I. We get the coupons and just have to go! The place just smells so good! But, in addition, so many of the skin care items are really good for your skin, containing alone, vitamin D, shae butter, etc. I am partial to the aroma therapy line. I love the black chamomile ones. I usually buy those in bulk!

My wife and I love this location as it has everything that the larger mall location has just without the crowds and horrid parking. The staff are engaging, pleasant and very willing to help. Theyll even help you navigate their app when at the register to ensure youre getting the points for your purchase as well as any rewards and discounts available. Only gave 4 stars because B&BW seem to discontinue our favorites scents far too soon.

This place is the bomb! The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They always remember to ask if you are a member. They remember you.Love the new member program you have. Who doesnt love❤ getting free stuff *(for things you were already going to buy) AND get coupons for percentage off AND daily you get notifications on whats on $Sale$.

The service is normally outstanding with the regular young ladies who I normally see, the person who helped me this day might as well have stayed home. Her bedside manners and customer service was awful! I went in to do an exchange and it was as if I was wasting her time.There was only 2 people who appeared to be working over the weekend during a sale, business seemed to pick up and staffing was not equipped that day.With a sale going on especially on a weekend, you might consider being better prepared staff wise or have a better team who can handle the pressure of serving people who need assistance.

This is a very nice BBW. The inventory changes with the seasons and this store really looked the part for summer. Its nice to have new choices as you run out of last seasons, so it feels fresh!

They have so may different smells from hot cocoa to pretty as a peach. I dont go often unless they have sales because it can be 15 dollars for one product. At the end of the year, they have big big sales and I love getting three or four times the amount I would get regularly.

They are limiting the number of people inside and spraying you with hand sanitizer before you go in. We waited about five minutes before being allowed in. They are also limiting 12 soaps per customer, which is plenty. Everything else was normal and its one of the few stores where you can wash your hands throughout your visit.

90 minutes in line to enter the store. The 75% off sale only included one table of mostly sample sized products. The mens products dont seem to go on sale so they werent included in the 50% off sale.
