I havent been in an Office Depot in years and was surprised by the emptiness of the once ubiquitous branded store. That said, I was able to find what I came for and received excellent customer service from Eli and Ashley at this store. It reminds me of how we used to shop-local and person-to-person. Kudos to these two for such a pleasant experience. Office Depot corporate...ask these two folks to train others on how to improve customer satisfaction ratings.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Every single person behind the counter in the print department should be ashamed of themselves!!! I have ATTEMPTED to print something at this location now 4 different times and have every time been unsuccessful due to either employee incompetence, technical problems, or literal refusal to pull up my order. I will not be back to this location and at this point I will be contacting the Office Depot offices to speak with someone about the employees in this store.

All business printing printers down. Doesnt make sense. They want to do business or what?

Check for proper transactions. They are stealing money and the assistant manager is in on it. If youre card declines make sure its an actual decline and not just a message on the monitor. My card declined 3 times and i was charged 3 times and was told it was just pending, call my bank to get a refund. But after a hour our so i was refunded 2 of the 3 transactions. The assistant manager tried to say everything she could to convince me it was only pending.. BE AWARE

Went here to have some copies made and the staff was friendly, I can’t say much else for the rest of the store but I had a pleasant experience.

Everything, and I mean everything, is overpriced. Cheapest office chairs are not worth buying. They offer literally nothing of value if your price point is under 250.00. Even then, beware.

I took my laptop to get fixed and they said they would call me the next day. They never called so I went to the store and they gave me my still broken laptop back and said they couldnt fix it in store and to try Best Buy. If they couldnt fix it, why did they take it in the first place, keep it for a couple days, and never call to tell me to get it? Terrible.

Wanna do a price match but had to wait for 30 mins. Poor management and lack of experience on dealing with some cases like price match. But the product is fine so just go and purchase.

Organized, clean, clearly labeled. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Even on tax free weekend.

Slow check out and not very friendly. I have two stars because during sales you can get a good deal, usually only during a sale.

Cashier was pleasant, store rep helpful, but had to get an approval code to use my Office Depot card because they said I owed $12 that was past due. First of all, I got no bill because they set me up as paperless without telling me, and secondly I just bought the $8 mouse three weeks ago. Said an email was sent on the 20th for payment. Today is the 23rd. Seriously? Its bad when the cashier is upset with the phone rep too. I had to pay the $12 in order to get my purchase approved. 😠

Dear Tuscaloosa Location When a customer calls and checks the availiability of a product that your store sells, Your employees should never tell themThe best thing you can do sir is come in and look for it or make an excuse to not do their jobSo being so moved by this employees lack of customer service skills, i hang up and called the Northport Location and a young lady by the name of Britney answered and she listened to the same question. She said me Do you have the item #, then asked me to hold on and in a matter if a couple of minutes she returned to inform me that the item i was looking for was available and the price. Now i will countinue to shop at both locations but most of my business will be done at the Nothport Location.Thank you Britney for doing your job at making you customers feel valuable.

Sometimes you think Walmart has everything but apparently not....thank god there is Office Depot near by....I was shopping for a white board and Walmart only has the small size then I went to Office Depot I found different sizes and to top it off I got a discount on the one I wanted.

Easy access to get all of your technology supplies.

They do not have competitor in Tuscaloosa. Hope you understand.

Friendly helpful staff. Online orders for store pickup are usually cheaper.

Slow service. If I hadnt have gone in knowing what I wanted already (2 in stock printers), it would have taken twice as long as it did. It took almost 45 minutes total from the time that I found a salesman to the time I walked out. Save time & frustration & go somewhere else.

Associates had NO knowledge of any products, asked for help to purchase a laptop. Guy says theyre right here and walked away... he literally stood at the end of the isle playing on his phone...The bathroom was worse than ANY truck stop I have EVER SEEN- and I am a truck driver....!
