I don’t know who thought this sign was a “cute” idea. You are literally saying that people should spend money at your store than receive life-saving help for mental illness. You are only contributing to society’s lack of acknowledgement of mental illness and the harm it causes to individuals and their families. I bet you wouldn’t say, “shopping is cheaper than insulin.” Not only are you spreading a horrible message, but you are spreading misinformation about the cost of psychiatric care. Even without insurance, you can receive psychiatric care on a pay scale and still receive help. Least to say, I have no interest in shopping at your store if this is your message towards individuals who need help.
Criteria for returns/exchanges is unrealistic. Brought shorts that just needed to be exchanged for a pair with a longer inseam and was told I couldn’t because they had been tried on outside of the store. Wouldn’t even compromise after explaining they were a gift from Christmas. Had the receipt with tags in hand. Nice store, however can’t say the same for the employees or the GM who wouldn’t even show his face.
