They did the work they said they would do. They finished the repair in a timely manner and the price was fair. Better them most places in the area.

Ive been a loyal customer for years but five visits for brakes and wheel bearings in a year and more than $2000 and my vehicle still sounded like I was dragging a 2 ton cement block. I put less than 10K miles on in the past year. I gave the owner a chance to make things right (twice, the first time resulting in another $200 + charge for yet another front drivers side WB and no change in the resistance or noise) the second time he had his mechanic put my car on the lift and try to spin the tires and he said it was fine. I could barely move any of them. Another mechanic said they over-tightened the wheel bearings and both front WBs had to be replaced again, now it is quiet and smooth without resistance. I hate complaining, they used to treat me very fair, had always fixed my vehicle on the appointment day, charged a fair price and did a great job, but I feel like Ive been fleeced in the past year.

Best mechanic around, my whole family goes to Joe, always honest and very reasonable prices.
