This place is the BEST! The atmosphere is great! The workers are phenomenal and very helpful! Let’s not talk about the GREATEST CANDLES in the world! The room sprays offer more than 250 sprays per bottle and now ALL of their lotions have hyaluronic acid in them to keep you moisturize for 24 freaking hours! The sanitizer pocket packs are the best bc the contain 65% plant based alcohol which surpasses what the CDC recommends which is 60% alcohol! They are serious about SPREADING LOVE NOT GERMS!!!!

I absolutely love this store!! The staff is super friendly and very eager to help, always checking on me throughout my visit. I visit this store at least once a month, more often around the holidays, to stock up on Wallflowers and candles. I shop for body care about every 2 months. B&BW always has a sale going on, and allows a digital or paper coupon top of the sale!! Last night, I racked up! I bought a $294 haul for $131!! I left the store very happy, as always. If you havent visited this store, check it out!!!

This is one of my favorite stores and I have been to several locations. Tupelo store will stand next to any of them!! Of course there is a crowd this time of year but that just shows I am not the only one who thinks theyre a great brand!

Great!!!! I love the scents that they have there. Too bad they dont have a good. Selection of shower gels there. They only had 3 for women and neither smelled good to me.

They’re always so nice! They act like they really want to help you find what you’re looking for or for scents that you would like. A girl helped me yesterday and I actually found a new favorite thanks to her!

I was delighted to find a new fragrance it is called Sweater Weather. The sales clerk inform me that its normally a house scent they just recently turned it into a body fragrance. It smells wonderful light and clean.

Always love going to this location! Liz greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel welcome. Crystal also made sure I got the absolute best deal possible during this semi-annual sale. This team is incredibly efficient, especially under the stress of a huge sale, and I will be back for the next one!

I love this place. I use coupons they send me and have good deals pretty often. Some employees can be rude and overbearing but not to much. Those people tend not to stay long. Most workers smile and greet you at the door and ask if you need help. Tells all the deals you can get as yoh walk in.

Okay location but they were very misleading with their sale prices. At least one other customer also almost fell for their trick. Was looking to stock on a particular scent of foaming handsoap that a relative enjoys while I believed it was on sale. I will be less likely to shop at any B&BW store again in the future.

Would give no stars if I could!! Employees were rude and did not did not want to help. Two of the employees were extremely hateful when asked a question.I asked if they had a certain candle and the employee said no thats the demo we have it only in the three wick! Ok thanks for answering the question but next time maybe dont be rude! Ive been in this store numerous of times but after today maybe not so much.
