I parked in front of a receiveing dock door didn’t break the seal nor was I all the way to it but I was out of the way . Business was closed and I had a 8 AM appointment . At 7AM a Man informed me to never park in front of any dock door again and than he told me to park break seal and open door and back into dock door for shipping #B. I than asked if he would put time in and out on the bills and he said NO! I told he he needed to put my appointment time as in time and the time he finished unloading me on the bills and he said NO. I said yes you do need too,so I can get paid detention time. He was rude and this is one place I will never come back to!! It’s not my fault that his product was loaded on the floor of trailer and not on pallets he should have taken that up with the shipper!!

4 stars instead of 5 only because they have no real procedure set up for walk in business. But, they were friendly and helpful and had exactly what I needed.
