Giovanni was extremely helpful in helping me and my fiancee print a small photo for a memory locket. He took extra time to make sure the end result was great, going above and beyond with photo editing and tweaking settings to get a great result. Highly recommend this place based on the quality of the staff!

Have regularly used this store when it was Kinkos and very happy with it. A couple of weeks ago I stopped at the store on 11th Street at about 8:45 am to make some copies on my way to work. Store not open. Looked at their sign and it said it should have been. Then I saw a smaller separate sign that said the store opened at 9:00 am because of Covid-19. I left to get to work. Just stopped to make copies this morning, arriving 5 - 7 minutes early and was willing to wait. A FedEx truck backed up to the door after I arrived and unloaded boxes, taking them into the store just after 9 am. I got out of my car and as I was walking up to the door heard a staff member say to another customer that if he had something to ship he could enter. When I got to the door the staff member told me I could not make copies yet ...no other explanation, The store should be ready for customers to use all their services at 9:00 AM. I too miss Kinkos and will find another place to make copies.

I went to two different places that werent able to spiral bind this for me and then decided to stop in here and see if they could help me...not only were they super friendly, they had my book bound in five minutes, added a plastic protective covering for free and it cost me less than 10 bucks! Had some large format printing needs that turned out to be prohibitively expensive at a photo lab. FedEx to the rescue! Not only were they able to print what I needed at 5% of the cost at the other place, the color was great, the counter staff was SUPER nice and helped me get the sizing and color calibration just right. Great staff! Great gear!

I went to FedEx the other day and the office staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to ship something, but had forgotten it was to be sent to a PO Box address (FedEx can’t ship to the Post Office). Since I was already there and the employee was working to find a box that would fit my item I decided I would buy the box and take it to the Post Office the next day to save a little time. I was initially planning to ship from the FedEx store, so the employee had already begun boxing up my item.When the other staff member was ringing me up the total came to nearly $30 after taxes. I thought this was high, but then I silently realized it was due to the fact that they boxed the package for me. I hadn’t thought to ask about whether this service cost extra; however, I didn’t see a sign that indicated there was a fee to package your item and the two employees didn’t tell me that this service was at an additional cost. The employee that boxed up my item was very nice I didn’t have the heart to complain that they didn’t tell me beforehand that it would cost an extra $15+ to box up my item (I have packing tape and stuffing at home and could’ve done this myself). Also, I don’t think the employees were intentionally trying to mislead me since I was initially planning on shipping directly from that store and was reminded that FedEx can’t ship to a PO Box after they had nearly finished packaging my item.The employees were helpful and I got what I needed, but I’m frustrated that FedEx doesn’t advertise these fees next to the prices that they show on their sign. A cardboard box for $13 plus $15 to pack that box for you is pretty steep. Needless to say I don’t plan on using FedEx’s services again and in the future I will be sure to ask about potential additional charges before I visit UPS, USPS, etc.

LIZ at the 11th Street location is AWESOME!! Although I was not able to print my items at her location, she was so helpful in pricing and also being honest about the time she would have my product ready. Since we called too late to get the items printed in time, she sent all of my information to a 24 hour FedEx and spoke with the representative there about my requests and needs. When I called the 24 hour center the representative already knew who I was and what I needed. Thank you LIZ for your work, you are truly an SUPERIOR employee!!!

I bought some truck parts off of eBay. Had them ship ed to my house. My house is a two storey apartment. I live on the second floor. Only acces to my door is through the back yard and up the stairs. Most deliveries I get they usually stop at the driveway gate and drop it off there. Not the fed ex guy. I opened my door and there is my package at my door. Great service. They went the extra mile to make sure my package was safe..

I went to fax some important papers. The guy was very courteous and position some of the papers to where we can condense several papers to one it was a very pleasant experience there at that particular FedEx thank you

They were very unhelpful. I came in just to print a simple two sided newsletter which I had on my computer and had emailed to myself and they sent me to a computer to print it. The guy said you can email it to us or do it yourself.... well neither was possible because the computer had no internet. No one came over to help me as I struggled to navigate their super complicated set up. There was no way to access my email.... so after 20 min of frustration I just walked out and went to the UPS store down the street, and no one noticed. This place will never have my business again...

Im from San Antonio, Tx., I needed to send a package to Dallas. It was the closest o e to my wifes house. I was greeted with a, Hi, welcome to FedEx. I didnt have to wait and my transaction was handled in a timely manner.Thanks,David

TERRIBLE customer service. The workers didnt understand the menu, were unintelligible, made repeated mistakes on the cash register and put about 1/2 c of jalapenos on my sandwich. I like spicy but thats excessive!

Overall my experience was great. I was able to send an email with the information that I was requesting and they made the appropriate number of prints my only complaint is there was only one person to handle a store full of customers it made my wait time over 30 minutes nonetheless I was very pleased with the job

Slowest free wi-fi ever! Even slower than McDonalds. I dont believe I have experienced anything slower than this, as slow as dial-up if anybody remembers what that is.I did not use any other service so I cant really rate it. I said good on everything because there was no other option available.

I have an online business and often rely on overnight shipping. I love the employees at this location and they always make the process of shipping an item easy and stress-free. Its the only place I trust for shipping in a pinch.

Dont leave a project with them on a Sunday, because they will find an excuse to get out of having to have it finished by close. I actually left my project with them on a Friday. They had finished it by Saturday, only for me to find out that they had printed the wrong page sequence in double-sided format and hadnt fulfilled the only personalized request I had left about the project. So I left it with them on Sunday, only for them to seek out an excuse not to do it. They messed up the project multiple times, wasting my time with poor customer service to boot.

Mercy, I give Fedx 5 stars because at least they have enough smarts to be able to find my house.I have no problem sending or receiveing from these folks.The other one( you know who I am talking about) can never find my house even with google maps. So keep up the good work Fedx.

Incompetent people work at fedex. The drivers cant drop off a package at the right address they also conveniently dont have anyway to contact the driver while out on route to see where they are. Then when you ask for the package to be kept at location they decide to put it back on the truck the next day for delivery and total disregard for the hold at location. You would have to be a total moron to want to work at FedEx.

Sorta mediocre location with limited parking and locked bathrooms. Good if youre hungry with a QuikTrip and Subway adjacent.

The old lady that works there is soo dis-respectful and the skinny u*^&@ chick too, shes kind of tall and stinks also she usually works there Thursday like around 12-1pm, never again going there!!!!!
