I have used this Cartridge World since 2013 and am a loyal customer. When I call, they know who I am and I know them because they dont have a lot of employee turnover. My order is delivered at no additional charge and it is a quality product. If I experience any kind of problem, which has been rare, they always make it right and because they deliver, it doesnt cost me any time or money. In addition, they have helped me with printer problems over the years. They know their stuff. I have tried other stores or Amazon vendors in the past, but there is always a problem of some kind. I had purchased cartridges and within 3 months my printer was telling me that I had to purchase HP authentic cartridges. HP had uploaded spyware onto my system without my permission. Cartridge World was aware of the problem and exchanged all 3 of my cartridges free of charge.
