They tell me 60$ to rent a trailer, and my bill was 130$. I ask them what happened to the 60$ and they said oh thats just estimated. How do you estimate 2x less than the real price. 2nd time this location has cheated me. Will not ever use them again(UPDATE) uhaul general manager has refunded the over-charge. Thanks uhaul

Rented a truck here for 2 hours and left with 1/4 of a tank and returned truck with 18 miles and 1/4 of a tank. They charged me a gas charge even though I turned it in with the same amount of gas. Spoke with uhaul and they can’t do anything about it since I don’t have a picture to prove it, even though I have a gas receipt. On top of that can’t even get a hold of that uhaul location. DO NOT rent from here a bunch of scams to get more money from you. On top of that the staff, except for the manager is clueless and lazy.

This was the best truck rental experience I’ve ever had. The rental went smoothly but I rented a truck that was too small for my needs. They bent over backwards to make sure the trade to the correct size truck went smoothly. I would drive miles out of my way to rent here.

Up front, I like the kids who work here. If you are leasing a truck or trailer, Im sure they will be great.However, there are a few serious issues with the facility that cant be over looked:1) Rats and mice. As soon as you step into the storage facility, youll smell it. I stored a one bedroom apartments worth of items (no food) for a year and a half. When I came back - my mattress, box spring, sofa, and boxes where covered in rat feces and urine. I did a lap around the floor that my items were stored on and found two dead mice in the hallway. I had to throw away approximately $1500 worth of items because of feces and urine.2) They say the facility is climate controlled, but the couple of times I visited; were talking like 9 months in between visits, the facilitys internal temps were between 85 and 90 degrees F.3) Beyond all that the whole time you are loading/unloading, youll be looking across the street and worried someone is going to rob you.In conclusion, if you are looking to store anything here, dont. What ever savings you think you might get here are not worth it. There are a lot places to store your valuables in Tulsa, dont pick this one.I have pictures of the mice and damage if anyone wants to dispute this.

All the employees with whom we dealt at this location were pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me select the exact right equipment for our need and reserve it. It was ready when I returned for it. The hookup and the return process were pleasant and quick. Some very good people seem to work at this location. I highly recommend it.

I have been using this located for over 25 years even when I lived in jenks I would drive to this located with no hesitation. I’ve never had any problems with this location they are very polite and earger to help. I call this morning (04-17-20) needing a truck to go pick up some furniture and they had me ready right when I walked in. This location is good my number 1 uhaul. Everytime I have come in for a rental, whether for a trailer or a truck, they have been very courteous and try to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This has been my go to and will continue to be my go to uhaul location.

Excellent customer service! Employee by the name of Taylor was able to get a trailer hooked up to a brand new vehicle of mine that I hadn’t even had time to figure out how to access the hitch receiver behind the panel. Taylor figured it out, and even found a cotter pin to replace the one I lost! Well done!

NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION! I called on Saturday, May 16th, 2020 and obtained a rental and received all confirmations to pick up at 6:00 pm on Sunday 17th. I just by chanced checked my email as I was walking out the door and saw Rhonda Jacobs cancelled my reservation at 4:31 on Sunday the 17th for no reason and never contacted me except for an email. What a huge mess they caused me! Never use this location.

Dont bother trying to refill propane here. They have it but nobody is certified to fill it.

This place is ran by very poorly workers, employees giving out false information. When i had called to find out if there was going to be an additional charge, i was told No when i got there. There was an additional charge. Charged me for two days instead of one. Employees were very rude and disrespectful when i asked to speak to the manager, waited over an hour and a half to speak to her. I was refunded the money that was charged for an extra day, but still there is no excuse for employees to not know how to do their job. I will never rent from this location. Thank you!

The employee I dealt with at the counter was pleasant. A different employee though walked in vaping and the truck I had on hold wasnt there however that was my fault for being an hour late. I wish they called to let me know they were going to rent it out.The reason for loss stars isnt that though. After paying for everything they tried to charge me extra for gas and bringing the truck back after they opened on the next day. Lucky for me I have a time stamp photo app and took pictures of the before and after on gas and when I dropped it off. It was about $25 extra I would have had to pay had i not had those pictures.Just do yourself a favor and photograph everything.

Pam left a message to call. On my return call, Pam answered. She was trying to confirm a trailer for Thursday. I was trying to tell her that I did not want to, she would not stop talking. I said stop, repeatedly. She kept talking until she had finished. At the pause, I asked why she didnt stop. I told her it was rude to do that. She ignored me, gave no response.. I told her to never call me again. She said that she would do that. I do hope that Pams next contact with a person will not be the same.

When I moved to Tulsa, Uhaul had me drop off my equipment here, which wasnt a good place for me. In fact, I passed 2 other facilities getting here from the house. I didnt want to have to make multiple stops so I just got storage here too. HUGE mistake! First, there is no elevator, the lot is very small filled with equipment and hard to get into or out of the lot. After using their storage for a few years I finally cleaned it out a couple weeks ago only to throw half my stuff away because of a mice infestation on the second floor.The 2 stars (instead of 1) is because the manager worked with me on the mice problem as I had their insurance I settled with her allowing me to use their dumpster for free in exchange for not filing an insurance claim.

Been here a few times and never had any problems. The staff are helpful and polite and explane everything before and after the rental process is completed.

These guys take great care of their customers. Customer service is clearly a priority. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Worst Uhaul experience ever. Had a previous had experience with them. Thought I would give them another try. Go in to inquire a service that they have and the only customer service rep working couldnt even give a price on the requested service but could tell me the required deposit amount.Terrible place. Do not recommend them at all.

Waited outside where the sign said to wait but no one came. I blew my horn, still no one came. I finally went to fine someone and i could tell i was a bother as both workers tried to push me off to the other.

My ubox was late, not their fault, but they never called to let me know it came in. I was owed for the box being late, but havent recieved it. After closing my box out, I was charged for another months rent. Phones arent answered. Customer service is non existent. No one seems to know what they are doing.

I spent about thrity minutes tonight trying to schedule a truck rental. The web site was terrible and kept adding lots of add ons I didnt want or need. It was pretty much bs and I wil be looking for somethign better. Major waste of time.

It was unacceptable. .i went to get my u-haul box. I was told my box was on hold for non payment..when I offered to pay I was told they couldnt help me because the manager wasnt there ..i told them even though I want to pay my bill they told me no..i called the manager JOE SPENCER when he returned my call he was rude hostile and cursed at me using the word F*** told me he wouldnt help me he worked 72 hours and wasnt coming in..after him and I hung up, mind you hes not at work. He took it upon himself to take $1,365 from my checking account with my authorization or knowledge and now refuses to return my call..my opinion never ever ever use this uhaul or any other uhaul..

It was very fast. In and out took less than 10 minutes to have a truck and drive off.

Had an emergency. Called and asked if they had the tire straps I needed. I drove clear across town, and they do not have what I asked for. Horrible service and clueless employees caused me to lose out on an important deal

The day that i came in it was very busy or the might just have been understaffed, but they were very helpful in providing me answers in a timely fashion. The also had the adapter for my 4 flat tow connection. Thanks

Staff cant even work the cash register half the time... No joke.

Manager is incompetent and doesnt mind using foul language with women and children around, the employees are not trained well and not able to answer questions specific to your account with any accuracy i pay my storage every month and then try to rent a truck with the same card to move my stuff it wont work.....and wont help resolve it kinda fishy guys not a happy customer
