We were wanting to use a local company. My husband was happy it was a veteran owned company being a veteran himself. We called quoted and scheduled our move. We were crystal clear it was a full 3 bedroom house with everything in it. The moving crew arrive to start and let us know they arent going going be moving boxes because it wasnt on their work list. I am livid. I am paying over $400 to have them move 3 beds, 2 dressers, a recliner, coffee table, end table, dining room table and chairs. That it!!! Then when i call to discuss it with them, they tell me they have to call the owner because he isnt in the office today and hang up on me. They have caller ID for the office and refused my call the rest of the day. They havent even attempted to call back. Do NOT use this service unless you are already completely accurate on the number of all furniture and boxes you will have. In the end other companies will be cheaper.

From the initial phone call and estimate my experience was better than I could have hoped. These gentlemen were polite and professional and took great care of our belongings. Every item was carefully wrapped, moved and placed exactly where we requested. The quality and value were exceptional but I can’t compliment the crew enough. Thank you for a job well done!

Move That Stuff made our move go much faster and less frustrating. They sent a team of 4 to load up and move us to a new county. They were professional and worked well with us to ensure most boxes got into the correct room at the new house.They were efficient and didn’t waste their time or our money.

At first we had a less than satisfying experience. However, the owner called and apologized for the incident and made the situation right. We understand sometimes our worker’s actions are out of our control so an owner that shows great integrity with going out of their way to make a situation right is A+ in our book. Thanks so much!

All was good until moving day came. I contacted Move That Stuff (Tulsa, OK) about a month before our move based on the recommendations of some friends. With Patrick on the phone, I walked through our house room by room giving a list of all the furniture to be moved. He gave me an estimate of 6 hours with a crew of 4. I booked the move, thinking that if it took more than 6 hours, it was an estimate, and I would just pay the hourly rate for additional hours. The crew was scheduled to show up between 8 and 8:30. They arrived at 11:15. There were just 3 men and not 4.I walked the lead guy through the house. Everything was boxed up and the furniture needed to be disassembled and wrapped as discussed during the estimate. The lead guy said there was no way they could finish in 6 hours and that they had another move scheduled after mine and would have to leave after 6 hours, finished or not. He put his boss Eric on the phone. Eric told me they would have to complete the balance of the move on another day and when I asked when, he gave me a date a week out. A full week! That in spite of me booking so far in advance. I asked where the 4th crew member was. Eric told me I would only be paying for three. Which was not the point. He quoted the estimate of six hours and I reminded him that was their estimate, not mine.The crew worked hard and got us about half moved that day. We paid the balance before they left. They did damage some furniture, walls, and flooring in the new home in addition to the ones reported by the crew. That’s where the problems started. I could not get anyone at Move That Stuff to return my calls or texts, or respond to multiple emails. I got one response asking for pictures. I had taken several the evening of the move to add to the couple the crew took of damaged furniture. They also lost the screws to attach the mirror to the triple dresser in the master bedroom and have not responded to multiple requests about that.So, I guess if you have a flawless move within their estimated hours, you may be happy. If you don’t get your move completed in the allotted time or if you have damages to deal with you will probably run into issues. Once they have been paid, you will be ignored. At least that’s the facts of my experience. Completely unresponsive. We will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and also with the relevant regulating agencies. Any response to this review from them will be the first I have heard anything since the day of the move.We had a different company (All My Sons) finish our move. Instead of making us wait for another week, they were able to get us scheduled in just a couple of days. Their policy is that the crew stays until the move is completed. You pay by the hour just like MTS. They showed up on time. Were very careful with our furniture and homes and left nothing damaged. I wish our experience with Move That Stuff was more like that.But, it wasn’t.

My crew was awesome! I was so impressed. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. Very professional and courteous. I went from a downstairs apartment to a 2nd floor apartment on July 7, 21. It was hot and humid. Nothing slowed these guys down. They were careful with my things, didn’t bang walls either. I had a lot of heavy items. They even took the items I packed in my car inside for me. I wish I would have calculated a better gratuity for them. They worked their butts off and deserve excellent tips.If I ever move again I will use them again. And I will tell anyone looking for a moving company to use this company.Job very well done! A friend recommended this company to us for our move to our new home. From the minute I called to get a quote, I knew I was in good hands. The staff were very thorough and kind while discussing our move.Today was the day and I was so stressed before Brian and Isaac showed up. Their smiling faces jumping out of that truck immediately calmed my nerves. They got right to work and were very quick but also very careful. The team sent out by Move That Stuff was extremely professional and friendly. The speed and care in which they moved our home was nothing short of remarkable. On the destination side we had to place the contents of a 3 bedroom home into a two car garage and the guys proved themselves to be Tetris Masters! DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS! After multiple days of cancelling on us, movers loaded items with minimal of protection and without much care. Upon unloading, nearly all items had received damage including chunks of wood missing from a dining table, water damage to a dresser, stains on a mattress, and gouges on an antique table and clock. Not to mention a missing king mattress and box springs and missing legs to a different dining table. They do not seem overly willing to address this horrible experience. Would never recommend this company - please do not use them!

The quote for our move was very reasonable. The guys showed up on time, were very professional, very friendly, and extremely energetic. We walked through and they took note of what we had, and then they got busy. These guys work hard and move fast and it sounded like they actually enjoy what they do. They were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and valuables, and big, heavy, awkward stuff did not phase them. I moved from a 3rd floor apt. to a first floor apt. My total was more than my quoted total but I did have more in my move than what I gave for the estimate. The crew was super nice and did a excellent job moving everything. I highly recommend them! They even rearranged the furniture for me which was a total plus because I’m a girl and had no other help. The absolute best moving experience I have ever had. Great communication on arrival details, the guys that did the heavy lifting were AMAZING! They were polite, professional, & worked their butts off plus came in with an estimate way lower than the other companies we checked. They estimated 4.5 hours and everybody else estimated 6+ hours. Me & my sister could not have been happier with our choice in companies!

Started time when they arrived at my home and knew how to plan the packing of the truck. They had me moved from A to B in only 4-1/4 hours which is VERY good since they had to also quilt the furniture and a large entertainment center. They unloaded exactly as I requested and were pleasant and courteous. I will use them for my final move into my new home when its completed. They had a good attitude and didnt waste any time. The guys did a pretty god job packing loading an unloading. There were some items with slight damage or broken but nothing unexpected. My problem was with scheduling.Day 1 packing and loading was fine and timelyDay 2 was planned for completing packing and loading beforetaking items to storage. The truck and crew showed up after 5:00 pm Eric had promised early afternoon. Getting such a late start meant not being finished with loading and packing until 1 am. They reported this was their 5th job of the day. Being overworked meant that they were tired and moving slower than expected resulting in more $$ from meDay 3 was for loading an delivery to our new home. After confirming the date with Eric, the movers were a no show. Eric was contacted and advised we were not on the schedule for that day. This meant another day of boarding our 3 dogs and another hotel night for us. Eric gave us a 10% discount on the delivery and unload that did not cover the added expenseSuggestion would be to quit overworking the crews and get more familiar with your scheduling processes result would be better customer satisfaction. I have used other movers in the past and will not be using MTS in the future

We had MoveThatStuff come out to help us move heavy furniture out of a packed storage room into another room across the hall. They quoted us for 2 hours and we were skeptical that they could do it all in that amount of time. Their work blew us away! They organized everything how we requested and completed the work right on time. The workers were all very friendly and easy to work with. They required no micromanaging and made quick work of a job that would have taken us days to accomplish. Their positive attitudes and good work ethic made these guys a pleasure to work with.

They did well moving and wrapping my things....but at the end of the move I was missing an antique plant stand. I have called several times with no one returning my calls. They never answer the phone, it ALWAYS goes to voicemail!! That plant stand was my grandmothers and it has sentimental value. Very unprofessional, and down right shady!! I would not recommend anyone who doesnt give a damn about a customers lost ( stolen) item!!

Would not recommend. I used this company because they were advertised as veterans. My stainless steel appliances were dented trying to force them through doors and will never look the same. Many items were left that, “They could not move,” even though a bid was given to move everything. Luckily I had enough time before my closing to hire a second moving company. The owner, Patrick, does not need to contact me. I have already spoken to you at great length with no success. Obviously, because of our almost 30 minute conversation with absolutely no resolution, you have no intention of “resolving this situation.”

I had an excellent experience with NAL from start to finish. I appreciate that the owner tried to always answer his phone and provide the necessary information even when I could tell he was certainly busy. The online quote and reminders were very convenient and useful. We had a small snag in scheduling but it worked out for the best since they over compensated us with an additional man on the moving team. The three men who completed our move were quick and professional. They wrapped each piece of furniture, we didnt have any damage to our items. Yet they moved so swiftly! We moved on the Coldest day on record in December and they never complained or slowed down. We tried to be prepared and helpful throughout the process, but I was very surprised by the final cost. It was much more affordable than I had anticipated. I feel I owe that to the strong men who worked through the awful weather and time crunch to fill the giant truck to the absolute brim. We only had inches to spare. I would certainly recommend NAL to others who are needing help with a move.

I have used MoveThatStuff for my last two moves and recently to help fill a moving POD. They achieved the impossible by fitting almost my entire apartment into the POD with no trouble. We schedule for movers a month in advance, packed up everything and had it ready to go, after they arrived stated they dont move open boxes, which wasnt a big deal, easy fix since 95% of the boxes were new. They stated need we need to clean entire house before they would move me on my moving day. House wasnt spotless but my no means dirty. Stated they would come back after we cleaned More, but didnt elaborate on what needed to be clean. Now note, all floors where either swept or had the vaccumed, and spot cleaning was performed while in process of packing. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with any type of business. Left me high and dry without any information about what their supposed expectations are before they even show up. Definitely would not recommend.

Really appreciated the care and attention they paid to our house. They took every effort to protect our things and went above and beyond to move us even in the face of moving into a difficult space. There was one area of flooring that got dinged and they brought it to our attention and discussed what steps we could take and we’re totally professional about everything. Very impressed. We were sent two movers and only one seemed motivated to work. The supervisor hardly moved anything or did much of anything. If two movers that were motivated to work had been sent the move would have been much quicker. We also requested a storage unit be moved as well as our home, but the information wasnt relayed to the movers and there wasnt enough room on the truck.The price was fair and no items were broken during the move therefore 3 stars were given.**Update**I’ve now edited to give one star per the lengthy response from the owner with his excuses on what happened. We were never given the option to move the storage unit items the next day nor did I ever give a 5 star review at the end of the job anywhere so I’m not sure where you got that from.

I used another moving company with my next move, which was recommended by a friend, and was disappointed. They had to make 2 different trips, ended up costing me as much money...if not more, and damaged a piece of art.Used MoveThatStuff with my last move in May 2019. They sent 3 men out and carried my oversize (96 in) sofa up to my 6th floor downtown apartment! They couldnt have worked harder, and were amazing. I will use them for the rest of my moves.

Employees were really nice but didnt follow the simple instructions. I informed them that only black furnitures will remain downstairs and all other boxes + furnitures will go upstairs. The boxes and some furnitures were still on the first floor and I had to carry it upstairs. Also some boxes had fragile sign yet they seem to not care. I found two boxes with broken glasses. Also, one of the furnitures were scratched and paints came off, I notified the worker and he just joke around without any apologies. I also have their fingerprints on my sofa on the areas where it is not washable. It took 2 hr and 15mins and they charged me 2 hr and 30mins. It wasnt really worth it what youre paying
