Awesome store. They have legitimate tools that you cant buy at your average hardware store, as well as dust collectors, fittings, and just about every woodworking tools and bit you could think of. Very helpful staff that can guide you around the store if needed. Will definitely be coming back.

I like this place. Its a toy store for any wood worker. They have alot of products that you can only get online around here. employees are nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. With that said, man this place is expensive. Whatever they have is the going rate or a little more but is quality stuff. If you have your heart set on something there and feel its too high, just wait and see if it goes on sale or check online prices first. Then come on in if you cant find it cheaper anywhere else. The lumber here is way too high in price. Its even higher than your big box stores. I would check your local lumber yard or online first.

Excellent place for an advanced wood worker or someone just starting out. Lots of tools, wood varieties, and they offer classes. Knowledgable folks!!

Always friendly staff and pretty knowledgeable. I’ve spend thousands there in the past year and go in several times a month. For some reason they never recognize me, you think with the amount I buy there that I’d be remembered.

Drove from Missouri 3 1/2 hours away. Chose my items and went to check out. Clerk said credit card machine has been acting up and my check card was declined 4 different times. 3 employees standing around deciding what to do. I left with nothing. Now my bank account is charged $168 four times. Called the store and got “sorry, we will try to get it fixed”. 7 hours of driving with nothing to show for it except a huge banking problem.

Very helpful in providing tips and advice on tools and techniques on a kitchen remodel we were doing. The Aqua Coat wood grain filler they carry worked very well and made our kitchen cabinets smooth.

Walked in and had lots of questions. They were great with all the answers and very knowledgeable. They took the time to show me all the tools I was interested in as well as explain the different species of wood they stock. I found a new place to shop.

This is a great place for the hobbyist or wood working enthusiast. They have a lot of stuff in their stores. From tools, specialty tools, machines......tooling. They also have a lot of different types of supplies as well. With the addition of the specialty wood room they are offering a lot to this area.They also have courses or classes that you can enroll in.Friendly and excellent customer service.My only issue with this store is I always go in with cash and usually leave without any!It is addictive, be warned.

I called to check on the status of a table saw I purchased nearly three weeks ago. I could barely get the word out of my mouth before I was put on hold. I get it; you were busy. So, I patiently waited on hold. Your phone system rings me back and I explain that Im checking on my table saw. Your response was, Has anyone called you? Which I answer, No but... You talked over me. Then it is not in, not allowing me to explain I had phone problems yesterday and didnt get ANY calls. A simple, No, its not in would have been fine.Your customer service representative was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I was a new customer to your store. I spent a good amount of money. I was planning on buying more, but I am not sure I will now.

I really like this store. They have great classes, knowledgeable employees, and a good selection of exotic hardwoods.

Mary patiently answered all my questions and even used visuals to better my understanding. Sale.

Fun place to go look. Everything is very highly priced. I can understand good quality woodworking tools/materials are worth the money, but this is just a place to go and browse. I can get cheaper online, its just nice to see/handle it first. I havent tried one of the classes they offer and am looking forward to doing that.

Woodcraft is excellent business. I have never been treated so well. I was working on a small diy project and went in with a number of questions and they were SO helpful!!I felt especially comfortable due to the female employees that understood the struggle of knowing less...Also went into OK Hardwoods and was very impressed. Awesome selection.

I could have spent $$$, but I just got one piece of bloodwood. Im going to make a plaque to display my 15 Red Cross gallon pins.

I love this store. Yes the wood is a bit expensive but now that white and sons has closed we don’t have too many options in Tulsa. However if you’re looking for woodworking equipment there is not better location. The employees are great to work with the know you by name and treat you like a friend.

Great for high end woodworking supplies, poor if you need starting equipment. This is one of the few places that i recommend going in and deciding for yourself if its going to be your usual wood-shop.

Woodcraft has the market covered in between Tulsa and Okc. And they know it. They’re prices on EVERYTHING are definitely higher than ordering on line but for convenience sake they aren’t too far off base in how they price things.Yesterday I called about a specific table saw. The Woodcraft web page showed it was in stock. I called to verify and the guy confirmed it was there.I drove an hour and ten minutes to pick up the saw. It wasn’t in stock. The guy talked to me like I was an idiot for even asking. I explained that I called ahead and he could have cared less. He said they could order it. Hello? I can order it myself for 250.00 less and have it dropped at my door with free shipping!! I wanted to pick it up today and was willing to pay the higher price for the convenience!I explained again at the counter that I’d made the drive. Not one of the three tried to make it right and said “sorry for the confusion”, but still offered no remedy. She asked if I wanted to be added to their database. Why? So they know the name of the customer they are lying to? I’m just getting started in woodworking and because resources are limited I won’t say I will not shop here again. I will say that I will shop here as little as possible. Had they made it right, I’d have been a loyal customer. They simply do not care and it shows. They don’t have to. They have no competition other than on line. If you have to order things use another resource such as Rockler, etc.

You should see some of this beautiful wood!They have excellent supplies for doing wood projects and even cheap classes that teach you how!!! FUN STORE!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, great selection of router bits, band saw blades, wood turning/carving tools, etc. The new section on the west end of the building is where the beauty is. Big selection of slabs, gorgeous matched sets, and thousands of board feet of 4/4 S4S hardwood.

Always a nice and friendly staff. Plenty of staff on hand to help find things and ask questions. Great shopping experience.

Woodcraft is my only local source for many supplies that I use for projects. I am delighted that the owner survived the financial crisis following the tornado, and plan to visit soon after the reopening.

This place has tons of different products that are next to impossible to find anywhere else other than online. With that said they do not carry lower end items for a beginner or even an average wood worker, everything they carry is grade A top of the line. That of course means everything is very, very expensive but understandably so. The 2 star rating is do to the fact that they do not carry average tools and equipment for the every day person.

I dont know what staff the other reviewers are talking to but not the same ones as I. I normally find they attempt to be helpful but really have no in depth knowledge of woodworking. Today, one of the staff went beyond being unhelpful to being insulting and accusatory. I will never shop there again. The staff should not assume every person entering the store is a thief whose sole purpose is to steal from Woodcraft. There may not be other options in Tulsa but one can find lots of woodworking suppliers via the internet. I dont need to have my integrity questioned nor do I need to be called stupid as I was today. The only reason there is one star on this review is you must rate it. The review really should have a zero star rating. It would be appropriate for this store.
