Went in to get a price on 20 foot lvls. After getting price they told me they could not deliver for at least a week. I left to go get a trailer. Came back to purchase and pick up and the guy told me he couldnt sell them to me because I wasnt a customer. I ask him what I was since I was standing in front of him ready to buy and he said he had to keep them for their builders. Just for reference Im a contractor. This place apparently caters to certain people and discriminates anybody else that isnt willing to spend a bunch of money. I will never go there again and recommend that no one else does. Unprofessional of a place as they come.

These guys are fantastic! Everyone in the industry knows one of the biggest keys to being a good contractor is having a good team of professionals. I would recommend Builders First Source to anyone looking for a full service lumber yard.

Used Builders FirstSource as the lumber provider for my new construction home and I found the salesmen and management to be very understanding and reasonable. They worked with me to make sure I had the best product to complete what I had envisioned. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and still use them when I do smaller projects that require lumber.

NO help. If you are not going to buy $$$$$ we recommend that you do NOT dane to darken their door.

One of their trucks almost ran my 3 children and I off a road on purpose. Literally on purpose. He was upset. We called complained were told we would get a call right back and of coarse not one phone call. If the drivers act this way I cannot imagine how the company handles things. This is for sure an experience my family and I will never forget. My children cried in fear and the trucker put his hand out the window blocking us in and flicked a cigarette. This is a trash company with trash drivers.

As a truck driver there yard is crowded there slow wont help untarp at all be ready to sit 2+hrs to unload here
