They always have someone available to answer questions and advise you. In fact they seem to delight in it. Never too crowded and a decent inventory and prices. Nice wine selection. This is my go-to store if I have a question. Easy in and out with front of door parking, unlike the bigger warehouse liquor store in the area.

They will deliver to your car, by request! This was great during my recovery of Knee Surgery and COVID. I hope they keep up the delivery to your car after Covid issues.

Great selection of wine, beer and whiskey! Well kept, clean, and one particular employee or manager is great at her job! Very helpful, bright and welcoming. Knows what shes talking about and makes great recommendations! I think her name is Mikalyn or something like that but I might be wrong. Either way, whoever shes going home to sure is a lucky guy. Whoever hired her, I think I can speak for everyone in saying, thank you!

The only reason I have been coming to this liquor store is because it’s the closest to me. Every time I come in I feel judged. After my experience today I will go out of my way to elsewhere. I watched the women at the counter be extremely friendly to the wealthy couple in front of me. As soon as I walked up different story. They are only friendly to the wealthy of Brookside and not the rest of commoners that live in the neighborhood.P.S. Maybe you should strive for more than working at a liquor store, if you’re so much better!

Been coming here for years. The staff is very nice and even knows me by name. Prices are competitive with Parkhills and its a lot easier to get in and out.

This is the closest liquor store to my house...and because of this I’ve visited this store easily over 100 times in the past 5 years. Unfortunately, the employee culture has become so toxic that I’m writing this review in hopes the owners will see and attempt to mitigate this. Similar to the other poor reviews about this store, I’m not looking for an English butler to follow me around using proper grammar and holding my selections. But what I am looking for is a staff who acknowledges me upon entry and especially while I’m literally handing them currency, and if it’s not too much to ask maybe they could hold off on talking poorly about previous customers until I leave the store. It’s really sad to watch this happen to a local business, I hope someone can right the ship.

I quit shopping here 7 years ago. Staff never greets you, thanks you, and they, in most cases, dont even look at you when checking out. Owner is poor business person regardless how well he may be doing. He could not work fore.

Did not even want to give them a one star. Me and my husband live very close so we go here often. We hate it. The staff literally doesnt say anything to you. Im talking you go to check out and its dead silence. So awkward. Every single person in here is rude! We live right down the street but will definitely be driving out of our way next time.

Wont be returning. No attempt at all to mitigate risk during the pandemic. No staff member had a mask, nobody tried to stay a few feet away when they came near, and they STILL dont have it set up to let customers swipe their own credit cards, so the unmasked clerk had to handle my card. Jeez, at least make an ATTEMPT to follow some common-sense rules!

I don’t know who these people think they are, but the are never friendly, helpful or interested in the customers. They act like they are giving you the privilege to shop at their business. In spite of being the closet to my house, I will never patronize them again. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years & have shopped there fairly often but...no more! My husband just walked from our house to the store & no one was friendly or in a hurry to take his money. We are in our fifties & I guess they prefer the younger crowd. I really don’t understand their attitude. But...their loss.

Old Village is a great place to shop for the selection of brands they have with fair prices too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing but thieves. At least one of the cashiers will run your credit card twice. If you do go there be sure to check your transactions.

Place is a JOKE! They do not rotate their stock. Dust and expired beer everywhere within the store. Also, they are overpriced for what they sell. However, I am sure the original owners had a great plan - Sell a quality product at a reasonable price.Nice location. (Something was obviously lost in translation). Nice diversity of beer and spirits but the service absolutely SUCKS! I visit there every now and then and I come across this blonde that works the front. She lacks personality, and let alone, a life. Anyway, would recommend other places to visit in Tulsa where you get a better bang for you buck and you lose the attitude.(Just saying that folks that purchase beer, wine, or alchohol can get a better bargain for their hard spent money. Thats all. You be the judge).

All I asked was if they carried local Oklahoma wine. I proceeded to get a lecture about those wineries and how their voting choices are hurting small businesses... Could have just said no. Then proceeded to treat me with very little hospitality in checking out. This place has never had the best customer service, but Im honestly shocked that I would be made to feel bad about trying to support Oklahoma wineries. I dont think I could ever bring myself to come here again.
