I have shopped at Windsor many times, and have found some fun clothing for my daughter. On this shopping trip it was way over the top. No customer service. The young lady who was in charge of the dressing room never talked. She didnt need to her outfit said it all. She wore no undergarments. Meaning no bra, and she was commando. When her breast fell out of her little sisters outfit she was wearing the boys who were there waiting on someone nearly chocked with laughter. The manger of the day should have address this. The store sells nipple cover, and other undergarment. It is a store where the clerks should want to dress for success at a event. So their customers will be excited about their chose of purchase. I am more surprised that Woodland hills mall let this young lady walk to her employment.

Not a great place to work for. Manager i never even met fired me for not showing up to a shift i wasn’t scheduled for. (On medical leave at the time i started, was terminated before my next shift) Decent store though.

The store itself is awesome. Great prices, just have to be careful because some of the clothing/dresses had holes in them. However the employees were terrible. Very rude, and made the whole experience terrible. By far the most unfriendly staff Ive experienced. We were in line waiting for a dressing room at this point there 5 people in line, and they told us we were in the way of a fire exit, which there wasnt one and made us hang our dresses up and come back. We came back and it was a hassle to get the dresses and then there were over 60 people in said line that blocked fire exit and was fine. We did however find my daughter her prom dress, but it will be hard for me to go back there to shop again.

I came in here to shop after work Friday. I had two dresses to try on for a wedding Saturday. This is the only time I had to shop and I am pregnant so I can’t just buy without trying on right now. I went to the dressing room where there were about two people and line and the worker very rudely snapped at me stating “no, there’s only 30 minutes left no more trying on.” She was super hateful and it’s safe to say I will not be back. I went a couple stores down and spent my money there, where there is actual customer service and had no issues with me trying on a dress 30 minutes to close.

My daughter loves Windsor we just purchased a dress for her Spring Formal and we also had purchased her Cotillion dress from here as well both beautiful!!!!!

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at & when I am in town I always stop by. Never greeted when entered the day I went. Wasn’t busy at all. Staff didn’t seem confident in the responses when asked about something. Had to repeat their responses to make it believable to themselves. Doesn’t make sense that the website offers discounts for the same exact merchandise sold in store, but no discounts in store, so if u plan on doing an exchange in store, don’t expect to get the promo code again.

They had an amazing dress and shoes for my girlfriend and it made our night out on the town perfect

The majority of the stores we went in needed cleaned up. The mall is pretty out dated. The employees that helped us had mediocre attitudes not super impressed.

Woodland Hills Mall rocks

Due to COVID-19, the fitting rooms are closed. No issue there, however I bought a pair of white pants thatd obviously been worn due to staining at the bottom. I bought it anyways since I typically have to hem my clothing. Unfortunately they do not fit, so I attempt to return the next day and I’m refused a refund because it shows signs of wear from just trying it on (also the pre-existing stain). Also, a small amount of my deodorant wiped off on a shirt i also bought to try and didnt like, so that’s unacceptable as well for refund. Dont buy here until they open fitting rooms, especially if youre sweaty! 😃

Got told to leave an hour before closing. About ten other girls too.Lost ten customers because they didn’t want to do their job.As soon as I walked in some rude black girl behind the counter said 4 minutes.As in they were closing in 4 minutes.When they still had an hour to be open.I don’t think the owner of the store would be very happy to find out that they lost 10 customers because they just wanted to be lazy.They weren’t helping anyone anyway so what job were they doing.Well I left and went to jcp and saw half the girls that got told to leave with me there.

Searched for a week to find the perfect dress and found it in less than 15 minutes here!!!! AMAZING selection and not the same old stuff everyone else had!!! Prices were at least half of what department stores were asking!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Clothes wise amazing! Few amazing staff though. There two girls who are always super helpful and kind who know how to help. But there also alot who cant even awnser questions and come across rude

I overheard the store manager speaking about previous employees, calling them names and just being totally unprofessional. I was also not greeted when I walked in. The staff just looked at us and continued taking clothes back. They also told me I wasn’t allowed to exchange something when the store manager said she would do it literally two days before. I was told “the policy changed because our corporate office is getting mad at us”. I’ve never been in a store that was so unfocused in customer servicing. It’s completely pathetic. If I could give zero stars, I would :)

Horrible horrible customer services and very rude! If I can give it zero-- star! I loved Windsor but this had got to be one of the worse place because of how bad their customer services are. The girl in there were rude when I ask 1 question and she didnt want to help up end up saying no. Will not return! Only go in to try it on and buy it online.

Walked store twice was never asked if I needed help. Plastic dress bags all over floor had to step over. For it being 10am would expect store clean and workers smile and greeting got None of that!Three employees and Not one acknowledged that a customer was in store. looking for formal gala dress.Wont be back :(

The young lady running the dressing room in the black shirt and burnt orange skirt on March 7th was SO RUDE she literally said she was going to punch a customer that I’m sure didn’t mean to put her foot out then she said that everyone should just go to Dillards. That was so rude of her. She needs to be fired. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there

Went to find my daughter a dress. She found the perfect one but the zipper was missing the slider part. We looked on their website to see if we could get it online but couldn’t locate the dress so we asked the employee if she could check abd she replied “We have the same webpage you do” so I asked if any other store had it. She said her system was down and she couldn’t check. Absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile. Sadly when talking to other moms they already knew the service here is terrible but I hadn’t been warned yet.

I bought a dress that I NEVER wore, I followed instructions with their return system. The manager at this store was very rude and unapologetic. She told me that she could not take the dress because it was already worn. I explained to her that I bought the dress exactly in that condition thinking with steaming it, it would look better. She wrote all over my receipt saying that it was worn and instead of handing me my cc she just tossed it at me. For being the manager she was very unprofessional and her ways of speaking were not correct. I will be contacting corporate.

Very rude employees. Entered the store 45 minutes before they closed and one employee followed me around shifting the clothing around trying to let me know they were closing soon. But again it was 45 minutes before closing. I was never asked if I needed help until after I left the dressing room. I also work retail myself and found their attitudes very rude. I found something I wanted to purchase but decided not to based on their service and principle.

Jus throw the whole store away please. For starters the employees are horrible black girls with no customer service training, there was a chic doing her makeup at the counter which i found odd, and the quality of the clothing dose NOT match the prices. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

African American girl with short hair who worked today 10/14/2016 was, very rude and unhelpful, I asked to try on a size, and she asked if I was going to buy it?? Uhmm yes if it fits?? And basically wouldnt remove the skirt from the mannequin because she was lazy... They all seem so stuck up and unhelpful.

Store is dirty. The little short black girl with the bob is rude. Prices of the clothes is too high for the cheap material it has. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there, I’ll rather go to Charlotte Russe instead & that’s an insult.

Customer service is terrible. Was not greeted upon entering or during my visit.
