At first it was nice I understood about appointment only. They were nice but that changed. I purchase two black bras and they said it was not in stock and to call them 6-7 wks done that now it was pushed to July. And now the late of August and NOTHING. No CALL nor EMAIL or TEXT, bird, skywriting, mind you they Took my MONEY! 😖😡😤🤬👿 BUST STOP give me my D@&N money. They don’t deserve this full star it should be 1/2 a star.

My wife thought the bust stop closed. Many of us rember the commercials. Thank you bust stop for being in business your services are greatly appreciated by my wife, myself and the girls.

Did really have much to chose from, due to whats going on in the world today at least that was the answer we got, we drove from Okc and they had nothing in my daughters size.

I went in expecting to be told that they dont have my size. I was wrong! Lisa helped me find the first bra Ive ever owned that actually fit properly. Cant say enough about how wonderful this place is lol. Highly recommended if you want pretty, sexy bras that are made for larger breasts. I wear a 38GG

Well, finally finding out that I have been wearing a bra too large around with cup sizes too small was a shocker, but the ladies who helped were lovely and informative.

Lisa is AMAZING!!! She is extremely patient and helpful. I was able to try on several styles of bras to make sure I was comfortable with what I was wearing. She actually recommended the least expensive of my choices because it was what was best for my needs. I really appreciate her honesty and outstanding customer service.

I highly recommend that any woman go get sized. It is sometimes an eye opening experience. The bras are a little more expensive but they are also high quality and well worth the cost. They will also last a lot longer if you hand wash them and hang them to dry by the gore. If you are having sizing issues then this is the place to visit. Getting sized and in the correct bra has helped my back pain tremendously.

The wife shops here, and she loves it. Ive went with her almost every time & can say the staff is very helpful & friendly. They will work with you to find the right bra. The wife says she is so glad to have this store. Her clothes fit better & her back problems have improved. Im no expert, but they should be the place to go if you have a large bust or a mastectomy.

Well my favorite bra strap broke and I knew I had to find where the new bust stop was located because its the only place that measures you so you can get the right size bra and they last a long time and make your breast sit up high and comfortable. I love it now GPS said it sits in shopping center on 71st Mingo thats not true had hard time finding the address because its on the opposite side of street off 71st the addresses is tricky but I finally found the place.

Definitely a downgrade from the original. The woman who fit me for my bra did not know what she was doing. There was very little to choose from in the store and the air conditioner was not working. I inquired about a sports bra, she said she would find a supplier and be able to order me one, I have never heard back from her. I am sad to say after being a customer for over ten years will be finding somewhere new to buy my bras.

I have been shopping here for years. I am always treated positively, the staff is knowledgeable and kind, and I have always left satisfied. Never once have I felt embarrassed, mistreated, or put down. I appreciate what they do and highly recommend them!

Im a big chested girl so I have a hard time finding bras that fit me correctly. She took the time to measure me to find the best fit and then brought me a selection of bras to try on. I will definitely be going back.

Tried to be fitted today and was greeted by a receptionist for the medical place that shares a front desk with Bust Stop. Was asked to sign in and shed get to me as soon as possible. There was 1 lady working, 3 women ahead of me and no selection of bras except for at the very most 2 dozen. Id been fitted at old location and they had tons of bras to choose from, excellent customer service and always more than 1 lady working. Very disappointed and not sure Id go back unless they offer appointments.

This was my first time in this shop and I wasnt sure what to expect. When we walked in I did not see any racks or anything with product other that work out clothing and sports bras. When I asked if this was a store and not a doctors clinic they replied yes and asked me to come back with them to a fitting room. The lady that did my measurements was not very friendly or helpful. She handed me a few options and then acted like she was in a rush and didnt go over the fit or the bra. So I ended up just settling for 1 bra because by this time I am just ready to get out of there. The bra I did end up getting was way over priced for what I got. It does fit better then my previous bra however it is really cheap material. Now that I know my true size I have looked on line and found several bras that are quite a bit cheaper and are made with better material. I will not be going back or referring anyone in the future.

Customer service from the new owner is not on par with excellent service of previous owner. Asked about a 10% discount (would have been $6.60) since I was told 2-4 weeks shipping that turned into 7 1/2 and I had purchased another bra in the meantime. She was unwilling to give a such small amount off for my troubles and instead just blamed the supplier.

Initial fitting went well. I loved the bras and felt the price was worth the one on one fitting. I bought 2 bras in early October and one bra broke in December. The underwire poked through the fabric and slipped out. It was only 2 months old and I felt for the price I paid clearly there would be an exchange or fix for this. Unfortunately no. After 10 days you are on your own. So the $40 bra broke the same way a $15 one would have (though the $15 ones have always lasted over 2 months) and I was basically told there was nothing they would do. I could have saved money by just learning how to fit a bra properly because their bras are really not of any higher quality.

Only place Ive found both good services and product. Where I buy my bras.

I love this little shop. Finding a bra in my size(34hh)is hard enough....finding an actual store in tulsa? This is the only one! And the customer service and enviornment could not be more perfect. They even have a little area for children to chill or play in if u have to have them with you. The sales folks are nice and try their best to make sure that what they have fits you PERFECT as possible. And that you leave happy. They even keep track of your sizes so they know what to look for if you want to buy more soon. Very professional and polite. Also speedy and just wonderful.

Absolute best bra store. Im petiete but yet very busy and they always have my size which to me is abnormal to find at Victorias secret.... Walmart.... Dillards ect.... But I come here and get great customer service and still yet feel comfortable and well satisfied. I give this wonderful store 5 stars. My bra broke on me after I wore it twice. I spent 54.00. I will order another one on line.

Extremely expensive for the same bras if as good as Lane Bryant, Torrid etc.... Not a good selection. The customer service was excellent though.
