My wife loves this store. Airways a good customer service experience. Unfortunately this location is in the process of closing its doors.

I have reached out to customer service both by phone which states that no one is available at this time and I have also sent two emails to the customer care that they provide to get assistance. I have not heard back from anyone for days. Beware if you need help with a return or anything other than buying it seems you will receive zero assistance

Very disappointed in Brighton customer service. I bought my Aunt a necklace and earrings a few years ago that she loved. Brighton claims that they stand behind their jewelry; however, when I took the necklace in after the chain broke, they told me they could not repair it, even though that is obviously not the case. I will be taking my business to James Avery in the future where they have high quality jewelry and excellent customer service.

Highly recommended. A must see if looking for that special gift for those you cherish. Mind you, make sure you take plenty of $$$ very pricy, not for the thrifty hearted .....🤑

They have a huge selection of Brighton items and the staff is very helpful!!
