The bad reviews on here really surprise me I have had nothing but great experiences here. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and they go out of their way to order in the products I need. No product is perfect and we use are tools hard but what counts most for me is any time I have had an issue with a product they quickly resolve it with minimum time and effort on my part. Would highly recommend.

I have had nothing but good experiences with all the staff I have dealt with! If ever I had an issue or question they were very quick to answer and fix any problem! Their prices and service are very competitive but there attention to the person exceeds all expectations! Cant get that at Lowes or Home Depot!

Ehh, the only GOOD thing about the store was David and he left ....Prices are way to high, no wonder they only have a single location. Also what is the deal with the company, every time we order something a new delivery driver comes out....defiantly a red flag, not sure what the deal is but Ill be shopping at Steves down the road, and I would suggest the same for anyone looking for decent prices and owners that arent plain stupid.

They will deliver to your job site for no additional fee, have always received the best products in a timely manner. Prices arent noticably marked and are higher but they will go out of their way to get what you need.
