I was visiting Tulsa for the weekend and after seeing many people stylin’ with their cowboy hats and boots I thought why not get one. Cavemder’s is a western apparel store that has hats, boots, buckles, belts, shirts, jeans and much more! Zoey was very helpful in finding a hat that matches my needs, she even helped me find one that best fits my head. Experienced is an understatement for her! The selection at this store is unbelievable. All different kind of styles of hats, boots, and buckles! Next time I’m in Tulsa I’ll be back here for the boots!

Stopped into the Tulsa store around 5:45 on Saturday Aug 14th to buys jeans and boots. The young men helping me where helpful and my shopping experience was wonderful. When my wife and I were waiting to check out in a long line the young woman was doing her job to the best of her ability, carefully folding and bagging the large order the gentleman had purchased. There was a return during this time so she called another older lady up to assist with the return. She did so but instead of assisting with the folding and bagging she stood there with a sour look towards the young cashier. The poor young cashier had missed a theft tag. Now keep in mind the cashier was the only one and had customers waiting. The older lady snapped at her and told her to run after the customers that had walked out. Then stood there with a nasty look on her face staring at the customers and the young cashier. I sat my jeans and boots on the counter and walked out. If Id had stayed Id have not been kind to that older lady. I was enraged by her actions and as a stepfather I have zero tolerance for that type of behavior towards young ladys learning and willing to work. After this encounter I fully understand why the younger generation isnt willing to work.

Great selection and cheaper than the Boot Barn across the street. Also the girls working there are super friendly and extremely helpful. Bought these beauties this weekend! The were $10 cheaper at this store plus had another 10% off. Big Big fan of this store.

We went on a whim..We were quite disappointed sorry to say..They had a nice store and selection..but I was looking for a tooled bag..and they just had no selection..Very limited in shoes in extended sizes for women..Even an employee agreed low selection..I was on the hunt for a purse..But sadly....

Very nice place and the associates were very friendly and very helpful.Our only issue was pricing was out of our range.We were just looking for more economical options for children Western hats and the options were very limited and any adult options that my daughter liked were too expensive but other than that the store is very nice and I highly recommend it for anyone that wants quality Western wear in an upper tier pricing range.

Cavenders was excellent! Staff is awesome!Zoe was very knowledgeable at the Tulsa Store.At the Stillwater store the girls were all wonderful and assisted us with finding what we wanted. Great sales! We will be back.

Good products, the staff were helpful. A little too helpful to be honest. I didnt have a minute to think alone. Even when I asked for some space. Still I really like the store.

Outstanding service. Davyd in Tulsa went above and beyond in finding me the perfect pair of Lucchese boots at another location even though it meant losing a sale. He called Stillwater, had them take a picture of the boots. They were exactly what I was looking for and needed for an event the next day, so he had them hold them until I could get there.

Great staff but high prices

Always nice, friendly, willing to help. They keep the store really clean and they all dress nice care about there image. I’m thankful to have a caring company that cleans as much as they do and helps as much as they do. Prices are what you expect Western wear to be but there’s always good quality clothing boots hats and wallets jewelry everything there!!!

The staff I felt with were very helpful and had a chance to talk with the Mgr. that has been there for 18 years, very knowledgeable in all departments .

Staff made me feel unwelcome especially the clerk. I spent $200 with them and the lady looked at me like I was a criminal.Had a much better experience with bootbarn Down the street. All the staff at boot barn were both friendly and knowledgeable

Love love love this place!! Amazing selection of clothes, boots, tack etc. Cheryl was so wonderful with helping me pick out clothes that feel so good and also helping my kids pick out their boots and hats. We had such a fun time! Exceptional customer service!!

Great place for jeans and western wear.

First time visit to this location. I walked in and was greeted, pleasantly. I was able to freely shop, and find what I needed without salespeople hovering over me, and harassing me every few minutes. I silently wondered, to myself, if this was really Cavender’s...Only drawback was the lack of shoe selection in bigger sizes, and I noticed that the jeans I purchased were cheaper at Boot Barn.Overall, a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Great selection of boots and hats and other paraphernalia to complete any Western style look. Found a great hat and pair of boots with the help of Zoe who was informative and friendly with explaining the nuances of boot buying to two first timers. My girlfriend got a delightful shade of red leather boots and I ended up with a pair of seabass skinned ones that have been a great conversation starter up here in Chicago

Went in to purchase a belt, salesperson was very nice as we picked out the one I wanted, so she set it on the counter, as we continued shopping, (looking around) we, (my wife and I) decided we were done, so we went to check out, we waited and waited for a few minutes, (3 cash registers, one cashier working her butt off and 3 employees standing behind the counter just yacking away like they see the only people in the store, so I left the belt on the counter and we left... Guess my $$$ wasnt green enough for them.

I was disappointed in the selection of actual rugged or work boots. I do have cute boots from here and love them.

Not impressed at all! Went in for a pair of Miss Me jeans. Only had a select few sizes. Customer service was terrible. Three ladies and they were very short in answering any questions we ha, were to busy into their conversation. One of them was sweeping and all she could say is why am I the one sweeping Im the manager... No interest in returning or recommending 🥺

Worst cavendars I’ve ever been to! No one was there to help me out with sizes & when I asked for help Katie with an attitude kept saying that’s all they had. She wouldn’t even bother to go looki, she preferred to be gossiping in the front.

Asked how they could help as soon as we walked in. Guided us to experts (brought them to us) in different areas based on our questions. I didnt buy anything because the boots I want would need to be ordered, but that didnt deter them from answering questions and helping me with figuring out which size I should order.

My favorite place to buy western wear. Staff is very nice and respectful and will answered all my questions and helped me find the right hat for my head shape and their hat shaper is amazing at what he does.

Staff was only able to say they didnt have brand i was looking for. Was unable or didnt care to talk about the brand they carried. Was no help with locating my size or offering to see if could order in my size

I went in with my little sister who is very shy to help her find something for her first date and I will never forget it. Sarah greeted us and was so friendly. While my sister was in the dressing room I explained that she was really shy and was going on her first date and needed help. Sarah handled it so well and took care my sister talking her up and treating her like a princess. I’ve never been anywhere with that kind of customer service. We were in there for an hour and another salesperson came over and asked our salesgirl why she was still there after she had clocked out an hour ago. She really worked off the clock to help my little sister. I would suggest asking for her every time you go in because she really changes customer service.

I stop by here when my nephew is in town. They have a good selection of casual boots. The employees are friendly and helpful with helping him with fitting and selection. They also have good basic jeans that are western style. Several pairs seem to last quite a while for him.

Customer service is great! Every time I go in, they ALWAYS take care of me. Zoe is who helped me today and she did fantastic. I will continue using Cavender’s over Boot Barn any day.

Wow,what a place!! We went in just to look around and see about cleaning a straw hat.Wr was given fair and honest truth about straw hats.That I can appreciate. Then they shaped my sons hat for him.Great job on customer service.We will be back.

My wife and I were promptly greeted upon entering the store. I quickly noticed that the store was clean, organized, and spacious (the store we had visited before Cavenders had a lot of products/items yet felt cramped).The staff on the floor were friendly and helpful. I didnt end up finding the specific boots I were looking for but I did walk out with a few great priced button up shirt on clearance. This was my first time visiting Cavenders and it was a good experience so I will check them out again in the furure.

Two beautiful ladies helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out fast and the selection and price was great. Quality is good and customer service was wonderful. You almost forget what good customer service is like sometimes. This was a nice reminder. Ill definitely go back.

Customer service was good and prices competitive. Very large selection of mens boots, but was disappointed in the small size of the ladies boot section. Found the pair I wanted there, nonetheless. They have mostly Ariats for women - dont go there looking for a different brand. Nice store. Feels country.

Great boot selection

Very nice, big store with lots of boots and western wear. This was my second visit and seems like they do not keep many sizes in stock in the store. I wear a womens size 10 or 11 and was unable to find the boots I wanted in my size. They offered to order them which was nice, but its always more fun to come home with new boots when youre shopping. Would recommend they increase their stock of sizes in store. Also, the Cavenders in Stillwater has way more purses in stock than the Tulsa store.

The young woman helpingus went above and beyond what was needed to help us find what we wanted.

We were greeted immediately by Paige. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I love my new boots and by grandsons love their new cowboy hats. I will certainly visit again if I ever get a chance travel to Tulsa again. Thank you.
