Polished floors and honest smiles make this a top notch Walmart. Well thought out displays and room to shop.

Very helpful staff and showing me where the item was - not just pointing to that direction! Not to mention I saved two bucks compared to the last store I purchased the item from! Ha!

Dont reccomend ordering curbside from this location at all. Lots of produce items i picked up 2 days ago are already moldy, and the girl that loaded my car didnt even tell me she was done, just walked off after not shutting my hatch all the way.

I will never order pickup from the Walmart again. The worst customer service and takes forever. I’m still sitting here and have been for 45+ minutes. I could’ve already done the shopping myself. People usually order pickup to save time. Don’t bother with this location if that’s your goal.

Auto care is the worst waisted time and for little bit cheaper, 2 hours wait to change my tires and they telling me my tire sensor is bad, we cant touch your car, most stupid think, not professional at all, beware

Nice staff. Store is clean & organized... Always able to get in and out relatively quick. Most items that I need are in stock at all times. Except LaChoy Soy Sauce, fresh chicken wings and Blue Bonnet Butter. Never have it!!! Why?

It is extremely busy on days that food stamps come out but still mostly well stocked.

Did the Wal-Mart pick up. 3 items and it took 30 min to receive my order. Service was friendly once it arrived. If you order for pick up, be prepared to wait.

Very clean location, though very busy the cash out lines were very short. Stock of certain products have been completely depleted. I am sure its just part of the shipping issue this country is currently dealing with. Still one of the most convenient one stop shopping placed around.

I am not a fan of walmart, do not shop here ever as there is always a lot of people and truly affects my anxiety but this trip was great! Myself and my 20 month old were able to shop for shoes,pullups and groceries. No one was in my space, staff was super kind and helpful, the store was organized and clean!

I hope everyone likes self-checkout or likes waiting in lines because there are only 1 to 2 checkout lines open for those who dont like self checkout at any time of the day. Im just waiting until Walmart starts discounting non-Walmart-associate customers purchases by having customers re-stock shelves, clean the bathrooms, and perform other store associate-based tasks.

Wow evenings are a great time to shop at this Walmart because theresots of stockers so its easy to get help. The guy in HBA, I didnt get your name. But i was there Monday at 820pm you were very helpful with the razors thank you. You piinted out some vreat buys. The mens clyb shavers to be exact. I didnt know they sold them in the store. Ive seen the tv commercial. Pharmacy sells a vitamin called Womens Alive 50+ Energy. Its basically fruits and vegetables i have used it for several years now. I havent built up a tolerance to the energy it provides and I really like it. I highly recommend it for us mature Ladies!!! Great energy. i also found an Oster dog nail trimmer for the same price as on line. Im super excites to use it on my BFF Quties nails. I dont lime the clippers it bothers me I could cut her nail too short

It was a big busy so we tried to cut our trip short. Had a bad run-in with an electronics employee who was rude while we were trying to buy a switch. But the associate at the counter was very nice! Very kind and helpful. His name was Jarod. It made it all the worthwhile and answered all of our questions.

Walmart is a convenient place to shop. Always be aware of prices. Walmart is not always the least expensive.

Walmart employees are awesome specially on Memorial Drive in Tulsa and even in all Walmarts they hire elderly beautiful people that are elderly that are working and pouring out their lives to serve others and her great employees for Walmart and theyre very beneficial to the environment and they sure have blessed me most of the time

Walmart was chill when Me. Sam was still amongst the living. Once he passed & his kids took over, EVERYTHING Mr Sam fought for- as to keep Walmart products production made in the USA- they have RUINED. Kids dont appreciate anything these days. I miss the 80s & early 90s. When our parents took us to the store and left the keys in the car with the doors unlocked! Crime wasnt much of an issue, as it is now.

Well why would I say this place is okay its always constantly busy you got a lot of workers that do nothing but walk around and hide you might have a few that will be very helpful and help you the others they have the attitude that they hate being at work and they show it by the way they look half of my dress looking sloppy they dont theyre not well-groomed and you have all these lines but you dont have one cashier maybe and then you got what you got to do all your self check know Im not doing their job but its just okay because its just I can say when you try to get help you. Work associate such problem just walking around hiding

Good place to shop and cant beat the prices. Only problem is that the place is always super crowded when I go there so theres people blocking the isles and there seems to be someone stepping out right in your way at the end of every isle. Not much to be done about that but its a good place to shop otherwise.

Walmart is the nation largest chain store you cash buy almost everything there from food to automotive tires, batteries and oil changes, power too, hardware, hot meals, sandwiches, fresh produce, clothes, shoes, food, cand goods, aduio, video, movies, big screen TV and so much more.You can order online and pickup at the store or they will shop out to you or same-day delivery.

Ordered drinks from the app shortly after noon. Our drinks were delivered shortly after we checked in. So much better than the disastrous visit yesterday at a different location. This was the Sonic I know and love.

Im not sure why this particular Walmart has some of the rudest staff ever, but hey, here they are. Ive only found 1 person, one of the deli workers, who was nice and helpful. But, to be fair, there are some amazingly rude customers here too and I can see where that would make you want to be rude back.

As if Mr. Sam Walton was still in control! I met him one time. If he was still around he would be VERY PROUD AND PLEASED OF WHAT HE BUILT.

I must say this Walmart on 66th and Memorial never fails. You have some very hard workers, and you have some management that really care about helping you. I want to give a shout out to a manager named John, and also another manager that helped me find some curtain rod hooks, also to a worker by the name of Guillermo. It is some workers there that do not take the time out to help you, I do understand that maybe their cashiers, or maybe they have other tasks. I worked for the Walmart family, and one thing I remember no matter what if you had a task, or if you were tired, even when you trying to get ready to go home, you still help the customer, or you just go out of your way to find someone who can help a customer. The same thing goes for customer service desk, you have people who truly enjoy helping you, and you have management, (not upper) that gives attitude, and act like its so much to assist you. Then you have the ones at customer service who truly help. I want to say I am still very grateful even through this pandemic Walmart is still there. I do appreciate what all the associates do.

Came here to pick up an order and was told that the pick-ups are now being done outside. So, I drove around to the pick up area and called the number for pick up. I made 5 calls and no one is picking up! Furthermore, their voice mail box is full and I cannot leave my name and number for them to call me back! What are they doing not checking and maintaining their voice mail box but letting it pile up?!? That shows that the customers voice mails are not even being heard! Ive worked in customer service industry before and something like this would have got someone fired! Now I know not to order a pick up from this store and rather opt for delivery even if I have to pay a bit more!P.S. Still sitting here waiting for my pick up!

Employees everywhere! So many people helping us find stuff (out of towners), stocking shelves and cleaning. Cashier was adorable, kind, friendly and polite. Better than my home town walmart with no employees.

This particular Walmart is a cut above the other super centers in the Tulsa area, with friendly helpful employees and they keep their shelves stocked more efficiently.

Its got a lot of pretty much everything, but every time I walk in I just have a massive wave of anger and I want to leave as quickly as possible.

Helpful people, clean store not set up like other Walmarts tho so its confusing

There was not any wipes available to wipe down the shopping carts at the entrance of store. Also, the sanitizer stations were empty (needed to be refilled)! We have a pandemic going on. Although I carry my own sanitizer, customers should have access to sanitizer.

No complaints at all. I walked in and was greeted. An associate asked if they could help me locate anything. I checked out and left. The store was clean.

The workers just stand there when you need help talking. Hate coming to this Walmart.

Its pretty clean but theyre always out of a lot of stuff and their registers are always broken🙄. One day their whole system shut down while everyone was in line, in the middle of the day. It never came back up and we were told to leave our shopping carts and exit the store because it wouldnt be coming back up. Terrible

I went in for new tires I was helped by Jason, Joe and Joseph during my time there. All three men were extremely helpful and nice. Im a talker and ask questions about everything even unrelated lol and they didnt mind chatted with me and answered all my questions. Great experience

Bought a big TV and entertainment center and Jarred from electronics was so dang helpful. Took it out to my tiny car and we tetris jammed both into a spot smaller than the objects. Such a good dude for all the help. I recommend

I was in need of specific, odd ball items. Staff member Rhonda, working in the general area of clothing, was super helpful. Rhonda Went way out of her way to assist me to find what I was looking for. Rhonda is terrific and should be commended for efforts.

Its ok. Good for getting everything you need in one place. But, alot of the employees seem not to know anything about the store itself or are unwilling to help. Most of the time they say I dont know and leave it at that. They never try to find out for you. Its pretty bad.

The bakery does wonders for 🎂 my friends were ecstatic about having a pic on the cake....thank u for making their birthday about them personable....

Website says the automotive dept closed at 7pm. I had a flat tire. I get to the automotive desk at 6:30. The guy tells me theres nothing he can do for me that all of his guys are gone and the ones still here are working on cars. All 4 bays were empty. I told him its an emergency since Im from out of town. He didnt care.

WELCOME TO THE THUNDERDOME... you are first greeted inside the doors with a cattle styleGate that will alarm if you go through it. this is a sketchy are laying next to a failing and dormant mall ...the sales associates are less than friendly and the selection is less than normal ..I would stay away from here if I were you!

Awesome employees awesome food goods etc. They offer online shopping and I occasionally take advantage of their diverse departments for super glue pet supplies health and body care I enjoy shopping at almost every Walmart supercenter

One of the best store in town practically any house hold products needed Walmart has it.

Its kind of sad it seems like people have forgotten what manners are or how to use them. Even the employees will cut you off and step out in front of you and turn to look at you like you did something wrong. The best part of this shopping experience was leaving.

I hate this Walmart. The layout of it is confusing. One the left side is all the food, then baby is in the far back, clothing in the front (normal), shoes are in the very back middle, electronics are middle right- right next to the toys. Then auto parts & outdoorsy things. Then dog food is hidden in the front right corner right next to cosmetics... It makes no sense.

I need a new battery for a vehicle I bought and the tle crew and in store employees went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed, installed it and helped me return the items I didnt need. Amazing associates

Called got transferred to customer service and was hung up on 4 times. All I wanted to know was if they had found an item that I had lost.

I detest having to check myself out on self service the alternative is to stand in a long line. I am a disabled person and even if I wasnt where does Walmart get off on having people check themselves out. I dont work for Walmart so why should I check myself out and deprive someone else of a job? Walmart has became a very greedy uncaring company Im sure that if they were not in the food business they would already be out of business people would refuse patronize them with no customer service rude over work cashiers and managers who k n o w nothing and say well let me check with someone and then that someone doesnt know either.

This is the only Supercenter that is closer to home and just to make things easier, the employees here are always friendly, professional, and on top of things. Actually as for having what I need, I noticed every time I come to this store, the employees are constantly keeping the shelves stocked and the store clean. I can honestly say that this store has always carried erything I was looking for, and this would include all of the 100 plus visits in the past. In fact, Ive shopped here using the online experience also, this made things simple for me cause I could pick up my purchases at the designated locations. However I have done my shopping in person more then I have online but it doesnt make much difference anyway because I feel welcomed either way. I have always been satisfied and treated well at this location. I would also like to mention another good reason for my recommending this Supercenter; is due to the fact that I love nature, and there are plenty of shade trees and fresh grass surrounding the pickup areas, a huge portion of the parking lot. At least half of the perimeter surounding the property has grass or trees that seem to have a calm relaxing effect on me everytime I drive into the parking lot here. That being said, I have plenty of reasons why this Walmart has earned a rating of five stars. Oh and there is also the smaller Walmart, the one I use 4 to 6 times each month to do my grocery shopping. That store has earned a five rating as well. I should recommend this other Walmart too, its one of the better Neighborhood Markets in Tulsa, and its the only other store I use all the time. This one is located on 21st and Yale in South Tulsa, 2 miles closer to home. I still require the extra products that only a Supercenter would carry so this is why I shop at both locations. Anyways! Ill end my book lol by saying, Both of these Walmarts have been family oriented and make great places to shop at. Keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean store people are pretty nice police officer posted at the door was very impressed people were open the questions and didnt act like they were know-it-alls.

Poor sporting goods section. Very limited selection. Too many deficiencies to name. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and willing to help when they were asked.

I came here to do a little Christmas shopping and get a few groceries. It was very busy but I didnt have to wait long in the check out line. The lady that was checking me out was very nice and efficient. I love Walmart they have really good prices and helpful employees. An employee helped me get an item from the top shelf as I was in an electric cart. I didnt get his name but he was really nice.
