Customer service is the worst and their hot food it got me sick a couple times so I stopped coming in all together.. it sort of looks like they use leftovers from the meat department and groceries department to prepare food to sale.

I’ve been eating lunch here randomly for almost 2 years . It’s always been clean. Staff has been friendly. And food is good and quick. Good lunch in this area is harder to find than you would think . Thank you !

The store is nice. I circle around no one greater me, or asked me if I need help. So I went and talked to two of the cashier about something I was looking for! It turned out they didnt carry it.

I love the freshness of their meat and produce. My only problem is sometime they try to skip over me thinking I dont understand Spanish because Im black. Then I have to show out in a good way. I love the carnitas

It was okay. Store was very clean, and well organized. It was hard to try to find help, and cashiers were not too friendly. It is convenient that the store is in the neighborhood. My favorite Morelos however, is on 51st and Peoria. I truly miss that location. Once again Im thankful for all that Morelos do for the community, and the neighborhood.

Although I love the fact that we have a store in the area, the selection is small and super pricey for the staples. It makes you feel you have gone shopping at a convenience store and not a grocery store. I gave three stars only because of the meat department. There is a great selection, still a bit pricey in itself but I can see me coming back to it if I dont want to drive a few more miles. The people in that department seem to go out of their way to make sure it is understood what I want, as I dont speak Spanish. I think I had about 5 people help me in that department, and it was a great feeling. Normally when I go to a store I dont want to be bothered but its fresh meat, everyone wants that to be right. Unfortunately all that hard work is negated when you get to the cashiers as they are not friendly, and barely attentive. The attention should be on the customer service, not on the cell phone or the other cashiers conversation. I have worked in both grocery and convenience stores myself, as well as other businesses and the focus is always the same, customer is in the door, what can we do to make them want to come back. I can tell they do that in the back of the store, but in the front, there is a lot of room for improvement. I have not tried the restaurant portion so can not rate it. It looks good so I will have to think about putting it on my schedule.

Great selection, good prices, not so good of an atmosphere... But its cool. .... Oh when youre ready to check out, make sure you dont go in the chunky chicks Lane she just loves to gossip and wont pay attention to what shes doing...

Very clean eating environment and very helpful staff.

Really good, but hardly open on the days/times they say they area (when i go at least, they’re either closed or it’s locked for some reason). I always waste gas hoping that they will be open.

I absolutely love this store! It’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce is always fresh and they have a great variety of fresh meat. Try the marinated chicken for a BBQ it’s great! The cooks in their little restaurant are awesome. The food is excellent!

What an excellent store. Everything fresh and athletic Mexican just like taking a trip to Mexico. Loved it all. Food,service,sweet bread the deli fresh chicharrones and hot tortillas in the meat department cant beat this store. My all time favorite.

My favorite store, but the cashiers needs more training. Some of them are rude and they dont even know what theyre doing.

We went there for lunch and order 2 #2 combos with flour tacos. One ckicjen, one beef and one with toritas and one without . They charged me more money for the combo with no toritas. Then they also charged me 1.99 for a water that I did not receive. So my total was 18.42 which is bullshyt. The service is really bad and stupid.

The best cilantro in town. Lots of meat options. Always my go to for items to make tamales and salsa.

Welcoming and Modern neighborhood market with a Full Service Meat Market. This grocery store offers a bakery that makes fresh Mexican sweet breads and cakes to order. Not only does it offer a good selection of authentic Mexican groceries but if you are hungry it has a hot food kitchen to satisfy you with a tasteful selection of warm authentic food. To sit and enjoy or take out on the run. I put it on my route whenever Im close.

Ample parking, super clean, fresh made deli, awesome meat counter and a bakery that puts out some of the best breads and sweet rolls I have ever had. Prices are a bit on the high side for non perishables but, the cost of fresh goods is low enough to offset that. I dont normally write such a long post but this new area store is truly a pleasure to shop at. Enjoy!!!

I like this store! They have staples for good Mexican food and they also serve food inside the store. The restaurant inside the store had great food simple and good prices. The grocery part of the store had a nice selection of baked goods (well made, good prices and pretty, as well as tasty). They have a great meat selection prices are ok but they are a real butcher shop too and willing to help you out.

Worst morelos in town went and got 7 sodas and one was flat tried to go and exchange for a different one but the cashier acted like she didnt understand so she called her manager pedro the worst customer service lol he made me feel ashamed to be Mexican security guard was the only sane person in there even after Pedro tried to have me bounced out of the store I would leave 0 stars if I could

Always convenient. Never a long checkout line. Only one thing is the limited selection likebone type of this or that no selection of different brands. But Bread Eggs Milk Coffee all there and a good selection of fresh vegetables.

This is a place that I can find everything to cook Mexican food.

Bought fresh cheese until 3 days after went bad and i know my fridge shows temperature of 35 degrees, tells me that fresh cheese almost been on display almost a month, also when coming in to the store there is a horrendous smell of dead flesh on the butcher section which kind of concerns me of their cleaningness and maintenance of their meats, also too the workers uses same gloves for everything to servicing, touching to fish, beef, chicken, pork, cheese, to cooked meat and no hand washing methods which might be some cross meat contamination all because the workers failed to wash hands and change gloves because of their laziness and not doing the correct methods to prevent contamination to their customers. This concerns me.Compré queso fresco hasta 3 días después, de que se estropeó y sé que mi refrigerador muestra una temperatura de 35 grados, yo se que el queso fresco estuvo casi en exhibición casi un mes, también al llegar a la tienda hay un horrible olor a carne muerta en la sección de carnicería. que me preocupa por su limpieza y mantenimiento de sus carnes, también los trabajadores usan los mismos guantes para todo para el servicio, tocando pescado, carne de res, pollo, cerdo, queso, carne cocida y ningún método de lavado de manos que pueda puede haber contaminación cruzada de la carne a todo. 11/2/17 Great Store thats perfect for small and big shopping lists without huge checkout lines. Great prices on their meats they even have pre-seasoned meats for tacos and fajitas and yellow onions was 50. cents a pound very helpful employees. I Hope they will be around for a long time!

This is a relative new Mexican Supermarket, it is very convenient, great variety of Mexican products. It is clean and well organized, the staff is very attentive and willing to help.
