When I go in always treated with respect and Concern. When spoken to on phn very polite. They will be there for you, just make your business their concerns.
This place does not do what they say they will. My husband and his sister have been in contact with them for about 3 months to get a headstone for their mother. They were asked numerous times to let them know when they would be placing the headstone and they always said they would. They went out and placed her headstone yesterday and neglected to contact either one of them to let them know until after it was already done. They have been dealing with the loss of their mother and really wanted to be there. She is buried in a gated cemetery so they had to plan ahead to have someone there to let them in so they could have taken two minutes to let my husband or his sister know when they would be out there. Its bad enough the loss they have been dealing with and then to have a company who is supposed to be empathetic in situations like this to be so neglectful is complete and utter BS.
I had very similar problems with emails and phone calls with them not calling or emailing back. But after I finally threw a little hissy fit they were on top of things as my son’s headstone turned out beautifully!
On behalf of an organization I needed an historical marker. After phone and emails, pricing, we were ready to go. I provided design and text using a stone in their inventory. Had a check in hand. Then they dropped out. Multiple emails and voicemails unreturned. Hate to think they treat grieving people the same way. Lousy.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have waited on headstone 9 months. The granite finally came in and it was the wrong color. They will tell u theyll call back & they dont. Benchmark apparently doesnt need business bad enough to be professional. Employees do not listen. They also got our bench for gravesite wrong. Weve spent alot of money and only have paid half of what we will owe. If they could ever get things right we may have a headstone. Otherwise Benchmark will owe us quite a bit of money.
During the most difficult times and planning the marker and final closure of my mothers death. I reached out for over 2 weeks, to no response and very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to others .
My mother and I visited Benchmark Monument last week. While they were busy, we were still greeted immediately and received wonderful assistance. We received the first mock-up yesterday and requested 1 change and received that within a couple of hours. So far, everything has been great and the prices were exactly what we were expecting so I would say reasonable.
Called multiple times to receive a price quotes through email waited 2 weeks and still no email. If they were backed up they could have said they are not taking orders at this time.
