Great!! First off, they provided gloves and a mask for me! Very polite friendly people, and it took no time at all. Ten minutes or so and out the door. Honest about weight ang karat on the ring i sold. I went to another place up off 41 south, they said the ring was 1.5 grams of brass. They tried to toss it in the trash can like it was garbage. I was so glad when I asked Vega if I could make an interest payment from Texas. I was shocked really when he said yes. Obviously you cant pay off a note because youd need to pick your belongings up at that point and he explained the entire process for me. So for anyone wondering yes you can make interest only payments with a debit or credit card. THIS REALLY WILL SAVE ME on hours driving and on gasoline. I came in to Tulsa Gold and Gems today to have some jewelry evaluated. The building is very secure with an officer standing by to open the door for you with a smile. There was a gorgeous salt water aquarium in the lobby and even though you are talking to Sparred Honker thru bullet proof glad he is very friendly and professional. He checked my jewelry out for me with no problem. I had a few items that I thought were real silver but it turned out that it wasnt, but I also had a little gold pin that surprising to me was worth way more than I expected. I sold it and kept the real and the fake silver to wear. I still got some money out of the deal and still have my jewelry to wear. I am very satisfied. 5 stars.

This was the first time and only time I used this service; they where fast, friendly and made it a great and easy transaction. I was there to sell a ring. I had a wedding ring, it was a replacement; unfortunately I have lost, bent or deformed several wedding rings over the years. But this was a very thin ring, it was uncomfortable and never fit very well. So I talked to my wife, pleaded my case and got permission to sell it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted promptly at the door by armed guard who is very helpful in directing me where I needed to go. Once you get to the service window, you can see them the whole time as they evaluating your gold or gems; right there in front of you. Then they promptly tell you what your gold or gems are worth. Then you either head around the corner to the loan area or up the elevator (yes, its such a classy business they have elevators for their customers!) to the trade counter BUT not before you hit a couple of locked doors only opened from the outside by a counter representative pushing the button to let you in. This place is the best! They always give me the best price for my gold, and they are always so nice.There is also always a police officer downstairs which makes me feel very safe going in and out unlike other gold buyers in Tulsa.

Called and got prices on silver dimes to bring to shop and sell they said $1.10 each. The next day when I brought them in to sell Silver was up .76 cents and they only offed me $1.08 each. I just left and didn’t sell them anything. Educate yourself, before doing business with these people.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean and beautiful facility. I shopped around and they matched the price and even gave me more money! At first I went to Tulsa gold and silver and its not as nice as this place. This place has a real cop and they have a pop machine in the lobby! And its clean and thet have an elevator.

I highly recommend Tulsa Gold and Gems. Margarita helped me and she was a gem. I could have stayed and talked with her all evening. I felt like a made a friend there. They were very fair in what they offered me for my gold and jewelry. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely go back there if I find more stuff.
