I use City Glass 4-5 times/yr for replacing glass on broken windows and they are always very helpful and reasonably priced. On my most recent visit I met the new owner who bought the business from the original family and he was great. I made a couple of mistakes on my measurements and he was patient and took care of everything.. I highly recommend....

I have waited all day for windows to be installed. They never came and I have home inspection tomorrow to sell my home. I never even received a curtious call saying they wasnt coming I called several times through out the day I was told they were coming here it is almost 630pm and wasnt even called when they closed for the day. I will never recommend this company... I think I should be compensated some how I already paid a deposit.Sandra Spencer

I have a coffee table I needed glass for. City Glass of Tulsa came out measured, I ordered, they brought it back cleaned and set it for me. I am very happy with the service and the friendliness of their staff. I called a few places for prices and I made the right decision.

I had a bathroom mirror that needed to be cut down in size. Their price was very fair. I dropped it off as we agreed to pick up the following week. The cut and size were perfectly done. I am very happy with them.

Aggravated - I called for an hour last week as they said their hours were 8 - 5, finally reached someone at 9 who said they ran out of gas and just got to the shop. I wanted to have someone come within the next 7 days as I am leaving for a trip and they were suppose to come today - silence. Now I am leaving tomorrow and I guess I will have to wait for Robertson Glass who at least told me they were two weeks out. I went to City Glass website and there is no way to contact them such as a contact form, e-mail etc. The only way is to call the number which no one answers. I have heard their prices are better but hell if I have to wait and get no response and have no way to contact them is the better price really better.... Not sure:)

I called to have a window repaired and to get a quote on a new, custom shower glass. They said they would schedule it that week or next and would let me know. A week went by and I didn’t hear from them. I called and asked when it was scheduled and they said we don’t know what you’re talking about, we can’t find a ticket for you, we will search and get back to you. Another week has gone by and I haven’t heard anything. Sadly they were recommended by an acquaintance so I thought they would be a good company. I wasted two weeks thinking they would come through and still have a broken window in very cold weather. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Worst company I have ever used was given a years warranty but have been trying for 3 weeks to get them to adjust the problemsNow we have to get a lawyer to get them to stand behind their work if they ever try to send you a tech named Billy! Run quickly you will be disappointed

My husband and I wanted to redo our shower and wasnt sure what kind of shower door to use. We went to City Glass of Tulsa and they showed us the frameless, I was sold. They did an excellent job and the employees were very professional and installed it in a timely manner. I love love my new shower, its gorgeous. Thank you(after spellcheck)

No customer service! Took a year to get anyone to help me with a problem. First guy came out and took responsibility of all the silicone turning green. Then the owner decided it was the hardware that I had used before and had never caused a problem. So not only did I pay to have it done the 1st time I payed to have it done the second time plus the hardware.

If you want a Co. to treat you like family and perfect prices, go here, best in the state

Bought a window regulator for my camaro and didnt want too wait 2 hours at that discount window place on admiral so I called this gem in the wall place and the guy started working on it right when I pulled up plus it was cheaper
