I cannot and will not recommend this place!! I have shopped here over the last 2 years HOWEVER, I will NOT ever again. Miss Chloe was as disrespectful and snotty as could be over 2 PLASTIC HANGERS! Rolling her eyes, and raising her voice “just so you know”. In a world where people do not need to leave their home to make purchases, it is vital for those who are employees at a small business to provide exceptional customer service, especially when your prices are higher than I could pay elsewhere. I did make a large purchase WITHOUT any help from either of the 2 young ladies working today. AFTER I received such poor service, I made the decision to turn around and return all the items I purchased today and was immediately subjected to another 2 cents from Miss Chloe, accusing me of having an attitude with her. She lacks the common sense to understand how actual customer service works, but anywho here we are!There was a bright spot in today’s ruckus though!!!!!Earlier in the day we had shopped at another LOCAL scrub shop, (closer to my home too) and decided to return to that shop, where we were greeted with a smile, and an eagerness to get us the items we wanted. The service was amazing, not to mention, we saved $100 getting the exact same items!!! Huge, HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALLY, from ALLY’s DISCOUNT SCRUBS in Broken Arrow for taking such good care of my daughter and me!!!!

The ladies in this store are always so hopeful and even though their selection in my size was lacking they went out of theor way to try and find any and everything that would help!

All of their scrubs fit about 2 sizes too small.

I went looking all over Tulsa looking for scrubs which none had any color I needed so I happen to stop in Uniform Shoppe and when I walked in I had the most wonderful welcome and the staff was so much helpful to me. They sure do make you feel right at home and they listen to see and help out . I had the worst places I went to and the rudeness of others stores and they apologize for them for making me uncomfortable but not Uniform shoppe I have been telling EVERYONE what great response I got from them . So I love to take out the time to say THANK YOU LADIES FOR HELPING ME OUT WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR OUR OLIVE COLOR SCRUBS AND YOU BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I WILL AM COMING BACK

Jody reached out to me and let me know what was happening with my order, apologized for the delay and explained what happened. I love coming to this store. They have this deal where you can bring in gently used scrubs and trade them in for store credit. I had to have a specific color of scrubs for my job so I just traded in all the other scrubs I accumulated over the years and used the store credit to pay for the new ones I needed. The employees are so helpful and always so nice. This is the only place I get my scrubs.. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they do not always have matching sizes for tops and bottom sets...

I have been shopping at The Uniform Shoppe for years. They have quality customer service, which I experience every time I visit this family-owned store.

Shop local, anywhere but here. New to town, came here because I love the Uniform Shoppe in OKC. This place is not even close to the same. They have a big selection so it’s nice to try on things here but they don’t deserve my business and probably not yours either. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order or any form of communication; was initially told it would take 7-10 days, then 7-10 ‘business’ days, then by the end of last week... called and left a message today and not one call or email and bad attitudes all around. I thought this young lady was having a bad day but apparently it’s a bad month. Getting a refund and going to Raleys who offered to give me a discount and had my size in stock.Update 10/2: Thanks for contacting me. I was offered a discount and an apology. I appreciate the effort. Better late then never. One star to three stars.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the uniform selection. Staff knowledgeable in regards to scrubs and what i was looking for. Definitely will go back and recommend.

I was recently in the area and was looking for comfortable, affordable scrubs and this was the place! Not only did the staff help me look for colorful scrubs to fit my fun personality, but they also offered me to have my scrubs embroidered, which is a plus. Love the atmosphere and the staff and I will definitly recommend this place to many of my friends!!

Ordered my scrubs the same day as another student in my class and she got hers a day after the class started and here I am a week later with no Scrubs still what a joke. Since I dont have my scrubs I have to wear this stupid T-shirt every day while everyone else has the scrubs. Never again

Contrary to other reviews, the staff was actually very nice and helpful. However, the selection of brands and sizes was very limited. Also, it was going to cost nearly $20 to have the name of the hospital I work for and my name and credentials to be embroidered on the top. I chose to shop elsewhere because I know another place has more of a selection and cheaper embroidery.

Worst over the phone customer service, I have ever experienced. Called asking for tactical boots, I got yelled by the employee saying, this is a scrub shop!! We dont sell tactical boots! I have been going to the uniform shop for years, they have lost my business.

Brittany is the absolute best manager! She is so helpful and her staff is exceptional! I LOVE buying my scrubs from them!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Been waiting a month for an order. I will not be shopping here ever again. Everytime I come here they tell me the orders on the way. Well its been on the way for more than three weeks. If they had normal peoples sizes we would not have to special order scrubs. Everything is large or extra large what a joke.DONT SHOP HERE!!!

Im sorely disappointed with your selection, Uniform Shoppe. The service girl was friendly and beyond sweet, and I appreciated that so much. However, your ordering practices need a swift kick in the keister! You have an overstock of 1-2 sizes in every brand. You are completely out of tops with an abundance of pants (and vice versa) in EVERY brand! I couldnt find a single full set of anything. What gives?!? It was a waste of my time to shop here, and thats disappointing to me. If youve got in-demand product sitting on the floor in boxes in the back (as was mentioned to me while I was in the store) and no one to check it in, you might want to bring in some help. Your floor sales girl was very friendly, though, and I give her 5 stars for that. Only 2 stars for you, Uniforme Shoppe. Youre better than this--please tweak your inventory flow so todays frustrating experience isnt continually shared. You lost three (3) sales in less than ten (10) minutes because we couldnt put even one (1) complete scrub set together with what you had. Thumbs down. Ill keep going to Raleys or Duty Station.

The worst place ever. The staff was rude & theyre constantly out of stock with everything & if they order it, it takes forever to get there. Definitely way better places to go. I wont ever be going back there.
