I have been working with TGI greek for the past year with decently sized tshirt orders. They have continuously been extremely lacking in communication skills, which has caused delayed orders and rush fees which they have expected me to pay. The tshirt printing itself is high quality but we will no longer be working with them due to staff that doesnt seem to know what is going on. It has been very frustrating working with them.

I work with a rep for TGI greek, Emily Haas. She recently worked with my sorority at KU to design homecoming pins and she was super open to our design ideas, provided us with inspiration and examples of some designs, and the art team got a proof back to us within a couple of business days! Literally the best and easiest people to work with! Shirts always come in in a timely manner and are already bagged with the name of who ordered them which saves us that much more time of getting them out to people. My chapter just made the switch to TGI this year and as T-Shirt chair I love them! They respond to texts in minutes and proofs come back in a day or two. Payment is also super easy and they are super easy to work with and they get you exactly what you want!

I was not at all impressed with these shirts or the company period. We payed a rush fee to guarantee the shirts come in on time and they ended up coming in late. Luckily we were able to get our money back from the rush fee, but this was hard because the company is non-responsive and not exactly the friendliest. When the shirts finally came in, they came in two different colors. When I brought it up to the lady, she argued that comfort colors are hand-dyed and will look different on camera, when this isn’t true at all since one color you can clearly tell is light gray and the other is navy blue. Horrible customer service and I’m not at all impressed. Won’t be using this company again.

I ordered two shirts in February. My credit card was charged on 2/26/2021. I have sent emails requesting information about my order and have heard nothing from them. It is currently May 3, 2021 and I have not heard anything from the company. They stole my money and disappeared. The company is a sham!! Stay away from them

Of all the companies I’ve worked with trying to find shirts for my sorority, TGI is by far the best and most efficient. My chapter is small and at a small school so often times companies try to gouge the price for us because our orders aren’t as large as bigger schools. With TGI not only do they work with us for our budget but they also include bag and tag and shipping into the price of the shirts. In reference to the apparel itself, the shirts are incredibly high quality and I’ve found the comfort colors are much better and the quality of the dye/ screen printing is unlike any other company. The only fault I found here was when ordering gold foil, it is more like gold glitter.

TGI Greek is a T-shirt company that will not disappoint you! They never fail to deliver your shirt order on time. TGI takes away all of the stress that you may have when ordering through other T-shirt companies (delivering late, printing mess-ups, etc). The print on the shirt is soft and doesnt flake off after a ton of use. And to make it even easier for the customer, TGI provides a bag-in-tag service which is each individual T-shirt order in separate bags and labeled alphabetically. I am currently an intern at TGIGreek and I am really enjoying my time here. It is such a great environment and I get to work with people all over the nation!
