Unfortunately, it will only allow me to give 5 stars and they definitely deserve far more than that!My business has been a customer for several years now and the staff is always friendly and sincere.But I want to take this moment to recognize Randy Frost, the manager.I bought an expensive piece of equipment and had problems after problems with it from the start. It all boiled down to a design flaw. I returned it and made the promise that if I considered purchasing the same equipment I would buy Grainger.After some time, I decided to give that same piece of equipment another try. Again, I ran into the same problem with faulty design. Not the fault of Grainger. I did however come up with a solution to fix the design flaw and shared it with Randy.I can tell you that Randy has bent over backwards to assist me in this and I am forever grateful for his service and his sincerity in making a customer and keeping a customer! Randys the best!And again, the whole staff at the Pine street location are to be commended on their customer service, knowledge and sincerity in making the customer feel appreciated and their needs important and met!Thank you!!!!

With recent Covid-19 restrictions in place, this grainger branch has taken strict measures on limiting the number of people inside the store and over all I feel safe dealing with them during this pandemic.
