Store is ok but didnt find what I was looking for.

Employees are friendly and helpful but Im pretty disappointed that this is no longer a bargain or discount store. Prices are all comparable or more than Walmart or Dollar store. Still, some may choose to shop here for quality customer service but thats about the only advantage youll get over shopping anywhere else.

Im not really a fan of big lots. Stores always seem chaotic but every now and then youll find that one thing you couldnt find anywhere else so I always check there. Reach if their stores seen to have friendly and helpful employees.

It was okay, they seem to be out of a lot of the items that I was shopping for and the prices seem to be higher-than-normal on some items. Their 2 liter bottles of Mountain Dew cost 1.95 plus tax instead of the regular $1.25 most other businesses charge for it. I shop there because its convenient sometimes but I am not finding big savings at Big Lots.

I luv how the selection is constantly changing as well as it varies by store. Certain furniture is cheaply made but also a few pieces that arent bad. What do u expect tho, I just dislike supporting major chain stores such as walmart that have basically the same selection throughout locations plus YOU CANT EVER GET ANY ASSISTANCE AT WALMART(!). JS

Be very careful of the sale items. They will lead you to believe that all of Its on sale, but only certain types of that item are. Cashier was very rude.

I ordered this furniture same day delivery on Monday night so the furniture was to be delivered between 11 am and 1 pm on Tuesday. I got no call the store said they could not help because it was a third party that was delivering it. I heard nothing finally around 3 pm I was able to get ahold of someone who said it would be the next day from 10 am to 12 it would be delivered. I finally got my furniture at 3:30 on Wednesday then the real fun started. They told me it was to heavy for them to lift and I needed people to unload it for me. I am beyond pist at this point I am lucky I live in an apartment complex and due to it raining some people where home. How can you plan for people to unload something when it is way over 24 hours later then it way suppose to be and no one told you it was a curb side drop off. It was a complete mess my life was put on hold for 2 whole days then I had to pay a neighbor to unload it and take it to my apartment. Why did I even pay for it to be delivered. Now once we got it unloaded and into my apartment the furniture was very easy for me to put together and it looks amazing. I am pleased with the furniture it looks like it will last and very beautiful. I feel if big lots is going to provide a service they one should have one that will deliver and set it up, remove the boxes from the home just like other services. If not that should be explained before ever paying for the delivery. I double paid I feel like when I could have just gotten someone to help me with it in the first place. I paid for a service so I wouldnt have to put anyone out a service I feel like I didnt get at all.

The lady at check out was very pleasant and helpful I would go back to this store

A great store everything from food to house hold things my favorite

Went to this location and there was no one on the floor except a new guy everyone else was no where to be found. I ask and he said they were all in back. Took about 15 minutes to raise someone for furniture department.

Love Big Lots!! The shelves look like the staff stays on top of the store condition and stocking.

This staff and management is exceptional. The store including the bathroom was extremely clean. Everything is neat and organized. I recommend shopping there before Walmart as I saved up to 25% on most of my items. The large furniture selection was shocking and the mattresses are all name brand.

Coming out of homelessness and living out of my 3 suitcases Big Lots lease to own program was the greatest tool in Gods hands which returned my sense of dignity and humanity enabling me to fully furnish my apartment on a level that impresses everyone who enters my home. Not to mention the ability to access affordably the items I purchase every month. The friendly fast service and helpfulness I encounter means no matter how long it takes me to shop I always exit in time to catch the bus.😀

The best Big Lots store in Tulsa! There always stocked with what I need, friendly employees. The store is always clean. I come to this Big Lots all the time because of the coupons I get from their rewards program! LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!

This Big Lots is awesome one of the largest cleanest most organized Big Lots Ive seen across the country. I had the most awesome guy help me! But for the life of me I cannot remember his name.

They still have good prices. They sell excellent bed sheets. The coffee is reasonable price. I never had a problem if I needed to return a item.

I needed a pool, so I called in advance to make sure it was in stock. The employees were so nice and helpful, they had my pool ready for pickup plus a young man put it in my car! This store is always well stocked, clean, wide selection and the staff is great.

Took forever checking out

The cashier Marketta was very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop at that place again. They need people willing to work with customers and this cashier person was not one of them.

Good place to go to find some decent deals. Very good selection on furniture however it is cheaply made. Good deal on a few bulk items like coffee pods. I like the selection and variety of things to choose from.

Good location and prices

I enjoy shopping at BL and Im usually happy with the inventory. Cynthia the cashier, has phenomenal people skills and very proficient in her duties. I was disappointed that this store only had Mexican popsicles. Could you please give an additional choice for those of us who like the more conventional flavors? Thank you

I love this place. Just dont buy furniture. Go to Mathis Brothers. But good for dog food, kitchen utensils and spices. I like the snacks 😁.

This store as the first time that I had ever been to a big lots. While it wasnt the cleanest store they had a pretty good selection and it seemed to be well priced. I can see why this would attract customers.

Typical Big Lots store. Narrow aisles filled with bargains ranging from school supplies groceries household goods to electronics. Inventory changes regularly. My wife loves this place.

BIG LOTS is the best place to buy a Mattress! I saved $340 over Mattress Firms best price on a queen.Sealy shows their Suggested Retail Prices on their website, for my mattress, a response series 880 coil, the Sealy price was $660.Sealy builds a reasonable profit into their Suggested retail prices.Yet Mattress Firm had them marked $1099, on sale for $899. When pressed, they were willing to go down to $800. Luckily I talked to Sealy and my girlfriend suggested Big Lots.Big Lots sold me the same mattress for $469! Plus the staff really helped. I went in several times and Rob and the other folks helped me get the right mattress for my back problems. I love it.George

The place was nice and clean i found some good bargins there. The peope working in this place were very nice and helpful and that is always a plus especially when your trying to find something and you feel your walking in circles looking for it. So Id say the place is worth a stop...

The store has changed greatly in past year, gotten fancier, higher prices, started carrying furniture. I feel like they are trying to take over for Kmart and Sears which both closed. They have priced themselves out of the neighborhood.

Where my Husband got our King size Bed

I bought a king size mattress, quilt, mattress cover, pillows and they were all excellent quality and the financing was so easy. I would highly recommend them.
