Have been to this establishment twice, both times we received amazing, polite, service from the employees. Yesterday was particularly great. The young woman working the counter was accommodating, polite and professional to me and my family. As I was paying for our food, another family came in and were greated promptly and politely, but this family was apparently too busy to be polite and instead the woman with the group told her teenage kids dont touch anything. Then, cut the employee off mid-sentence to ask if the bathrooms were open. The employee continued being polite despite the rudeness and informed the woman that they were open, then asked us to have a wonderful day. 5 stars and then some.

This place is great. They have so many flavors to try. They let you sample the flavors in tiny cups so you can decide what you want. My favorite flavor is finally vanilla with gummy worms and sprinkles. Is youre wondering why vanilla is because, its just to much to get gummy worms, sprinkles and, a flavor.

I hated the service the server brittany was rude and hateful I will never go back there again I didnt like my experience at that place I will be reporting it to the BBB better business beraru

Peach wave used to be great!! Now, they use all off brand things and they do taste different.. Staff is always nice! But please bring back name brand gummy worms and bears and the better cough dough!

Nice environment, good frozen yogurt flavors, good topics (cheesecake bites are a great addition) but.. when checking out/paying the cashier didnt ask for my account phone number to add my points for a 2 dollars off discount. I would suggest for them to remember to ask if clients have an account. A discount is always appreciated, specially when their prices are not cheap.

My boyfriend was able to here and he’s lactose intolerant. This was the first time he had anything similar to ice cream in years. I’d give it 10/10 stars if possible. I used to work at cherry berry and peach wave which is similar is way better. Great experience. Will be visiting again before we return to Tulsa. Love this place.

Went in for some fro-yo this afternoon and they lady working there with long brown hair was seriously an exceptional employee. The place was swamped with kids and their moms since it was right after school got out. Even though she was busy, she happily helped explain how things worked since I had never been before. Poor thing was the only one working there and was getting no sympathy from the Karens who relentlessly reminded her how long it was taking/why is it so expensive, and yet she was polite the whole time. She did a great job, girl needs a raise lol.

Went to this place with my kids, got to check out, and weighed out yogurt. The kid behind the register could not get the scale, or the card reader to work. He says he will have to call his boss so he steps away to do that all the while our yogurt is melting. Then comes back fiddling with the register, and the scale. Asks if I had cash? I told him no, then he talks on the phone a while longer. He then announced to us it would be cash only! I told him never mind, we left our yogurt and walked out all while hearing a line of angry people behind us, who didnt bring cash either. Felt the employees were not well trained, and they are a lot more expensive and have less flavors than Cherry Berry. I will NOT BE GOING BACK!

I paid $20 for 2 cups of frozen yogurt. I find that ridiculous and probably won’t ever come back just because I can’t afford it. I was very tempted to give her back the cup I made and pay for my 3 year olds but I was embarrassed and just paid the $20.The yogurt was good but not worth the $$$

Ive been staying in Tulsa for a few weeks and I heard about this place, so I went to check it out. I LOVE it there! In fact, Ive been there three times already! ☺

I could not believe how expensive it was !!!! my daughter and I both had Smalls with the ice cream about halfway up and the bill was $12 I just could not believe it! I cant go back there unless they lower their price!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I would give a negative star if it was possible.I was ignored when I walked in, when I tried to get their attention they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I finally get their attention and get a sample cup. i then figure out what i want and put yogurt in the cup and it slid down the side of the cup and all of the inside. so i get a spooon to push the yogurt aside and the lady yells at me i cant have a spoon bc she said i would steal the yogurt if i got a spoon . ARE YOU KIDDING? Thats smart accuse a customer that they would steal yogurt while shes trying to clean up the side of the cup to keep it from making a mess in your store. I also wanted the spoon to push the yogurt aside in the cup so I could make room for more yogurt resulting in an increased sale since its based on weight.When i told her why i was using the spoon, and she has eyes, she can see what Im doing she again says she doesnt want me stealing from her and i can have a spoon after i paid.so I decided if thats what she wants she can keep my yogurt and i will keep my money. My one lost sale wont break her but if i can inform others to stay away, maybe she will feel the pain of many lost sales. Its winter its not as though she had a line of people buying yogurt. In fact not one other person was in the store getting yogurt. I tried a voupke yogirts and 2 of the 3 tasted like they went sour. Yes i have tasted tart yogurt and i love it. I ate it all tge time in California where peipke are much friendlier and the yogurt is refreshing and tart.this stuff tasted like when your yogurt goes nad in it tastes soyr and a bit fizzy. I dont think the machines get cleaned like they are required.

Great frozen yogurt with add ins

We had an extremely unfortunate visit to this location today, which will prevent my family and the family joining us from ever visiting this location again. This is very unfortunate for all parties because this was one of our favorite treats for our kiddos. We have never had anything but great service here until today. When we went to pay for our purchase using a coupon that was bought from a school fundraiser, the manager Brittany stated we could only use one coupon per group. We explained to Brittany that we were each a group and came in separate cars. She proceeded to tell us (1) she could refuse service to us; (2) told us we need to read the coupon (which stated one per person, not group,); (3) asked for our name, as if she was going to shame or tell on us; and (4) when I went back in to show her the wording on the coupon, she already knew what it said and stated that the owner said that it means group, not person and said they dont have to honor any coupon. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and went so far as to get in my face and call the police. If you need to see proof of her behavior or words, please check her phone as she recorded (without my permission) the second encounter.

A fun frozen yogurt shop with lots of flavor and topping options. Plus they have the added bonus of cookie dough for sale!!! My kids loved this place. They have a small area of seating in store. You get to serve yourself your ice cream and then they will help you with the toppings. You pay by the weight of your cup. There was a sign there that on Thursdays its $3.50 for the cup regardless of weight but I think the cup was smaller than normal. I did not try the cookie dough. I would come back sometime. I would also recommend to a friend.
