They have pretty awesome ice cream! I got a triple cookie sandwich and it was delicious. The cookies were warm and the ice cream was extremely delicious. I will order this again, its probably my favorite thing to order here. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would recommend checking it out if youre in the area.

This is the closest Baskin-Robbins to us, and we have been going here many years. About eight (or so) years ago, the owners were very surly, unfortunately, and would even scowl at us, if we brought in a coupon that the parent company had mailed to us. About three years ago, though, that all changed, and the staff smiled at us and were very friendly. The ice cream is great! Unfortunately, they had to close because of Covid, and the stupid bussed-in race riot broke their windows (even though they were closed), and they are still temporarily closed. Bummer. We miss them.

Super impressed with the service of the guy and gal in the store 1-24-20 930pm. My family came in got our custom ice cream order with a smile, patient with us and just a joy they were happy to serve us. Ice cream we ordered was excellent, awesome to chose and get what each one of us wanted.There were 2 other groups of people in the store. They helped someone find a spot to charge their phone.6 stars if that was an option...above and beyond excellent.

Um this is supposed to be a banana split, compared to other pictures posted for this store I feel like I got jipped. The girl wasnt even going to offer me a sauce even though it come with one, and she put very little on. Lol theres like nothing there. Dont waist your money. I understand why I dont usually come here now. Would recommend Braums right down the street.

Great ice cream, they recently put in a pistachio-almond flavor which I am so excited about because I love pistachios! Friendly employees who are good-natured and happy to help. I got a mocha cappuccino blast with Oreo-chocolate ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. Good parking, although kind of difficult to pull in to. I recommend crossing through the Toys-R-Us parking lot beside it. All in all a great place that I enjoy and plan to return to in the near future.

The young man working here is fabulous. He was so friendly, outgoing and informational about all their ice creams. He was a delight and made our visit very special. He let us try and many ice creams as we wanted and was just so nice, that I would definitely go back just because of the great customer service! Not to mention the fabulous ice cream🍨🍦🍨

The blonde girl who took our payment around 7pm(Dec 8) was rude and impatient. She looked like she didnt even want to be there and was looking at us with an annoyed face. We always go to this location and we are always polite towards the staff, we simply expect to be treated the same way.

Nice little shop for family quick Ive scream bite. They added outdoor sittings, which is awesome during summer. Great family hang out place. Have enjoyed every single visit and will continue to go there.

Every time I come to this BR location there is fantastic customer service. Scoops are overfilling and such a wide variety of flavors. Never fails to taste good.

Clean Stores & friendly employees...You wouldnt think scooping ice cream would be strenuous, but Ive sat in the store numerous time just enjoying my ice cream and taking in the scenery and have seen employees have to take a moment cause of their forearm muscles burning from the workout!!! To be honest, I have not enjoyed Baskin Robbins since I was a young child. My grandmother, as a rare special treat, on the way home from church, would take us to get a single scoop, cone. Crazy, I am 46 years old and still remember that. I digress. I really just stopped by to read all the non five star reviews. Its ice cream, its amazing. All Baskin Robbins everywhere should get a five star rating. You cant mess up perfection, right?

Baskin Robbins serves several kinds of ice cream and sherbet. They have some pre-made ice cream cakes available. The ice cream is of good quality but not organic. The staff needs to be better trained because during this visit and other visits they did not know about what is included in the price of a regular Sunday or how many punches you get on the card for repeat customers.

They are always out of stock for chocolate. Literally all the time. I order via doordash and I always get told that they dont have it. I usually order every other week or so. Ice cream is okay.

Prefer highly over Braums. All the usual items youd expect from an ice cream shoppe. Some additional by special order (cakes for special occasions, decorated cones, etc. The kids always liked the clown cones.

We ordered an ice cream cake from this store and the cake was not fresh. The cake was pretty expensive for the size, but the taste was lacking because it seems like it was in the freezer for an extended period. We still enjoy Baskin Robbins, but we will not order from this location.

I like having so many choices in ice cream. I have my favorites that I order the most, but try to add a scoop of something else now and then. The ice cream cakes are not only delicious, but convenient too. I dont have to scoop from one container and slice from the other. Each cut gives an equal serving of both.

Good Lord, I love their ice-cream. I hate dieting. Its been a while since a visit here. Due to where Ive lived over the years, Ive hit the BRs on Memorial, Sheridan and Garnett about equally. I give 4-stars to this and the other BRs simply because I dont think corporate gives training equal to the other chains. Staff do a job I would only brand as OK. Its not bad. Just nothing to write home about. Come to think of it, when I was a kid in Florida in the early 1970s, the local BR pretty much was the same: Great ice-cream, only fair service. I guess its a formula thats worked a lot of years, but I cant put a 5-star to it.

Ice cream is delicious, but the five star rating is for the service. They are always friendly and super patient with indecisive kids.
