Excellent service! We hired NPI to make large metal signs for our company to display in front of our job sites. The first batch of signs came out with tiny imperfections and scuffs - we did not know this until they showed up with perfect, brand new signs that they had remade. Not only did they deliver a perfect product to us but they also let us keep the imperfect signs as well. They truly went above and beyond for us! The team at NPI does a wonderful job! Highly recommend and will use again!

Never would I recommend anyone to work or give business to them.They definitely need to change their management team all friends and clickish .

Very unfair and unprofessional management biased and unwilling to admit it is not right to hire somebody and throw them right into the mix without training them or telling them any of the rules. I even asked management for a simple apology for the way I was mistreated and targeted. They would not give me that so I will give you two stars instead one. Maybe you will learn that people have voices nowadays and you cannot just treat people however you want and get away with it. Have a nice day
