After much searching for granite and a company to install it, I decided on Victory Stoneworks. They had the exact slab I wanted and Jess worked really hard to get the pricing I could afford. I noticed their quote included sink and dishwasher clips. Thats important to mention as you dont want your sink to fall to the floor..ever!.. because it wasnt properly installed with the granite. My job was not an easy install. Thank goodness Jeremy and Ginger have carpentry skills. They practically re-built my condo kitchen to make everything fit perfectly, There were no breakages and no surprises. Plus, Jeremy is really funny so it made the install process enjoyable. Gingers skill set is amazing. They even made some kitchen design suggestions that I will definitely consider. They left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. Stop looking, go to Victory Stoneworks!
Ginger worked with me on the price of the material and installation. We were able to find a material I liked that was within my price range. Jeremy was able to work within my schedule to do the template and the installation occurred four days earlier than originally promised, which made my wife and me very happy! The installers were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Victory Stoneworks to anyone.
I contracted Victory Stoneworks to supply and install granite counters for a flip house that I am currently renovating. They were excellent in every aspect of the job. I first went in to their showroom on Mingo and was very professionally helped by sales staff. An appointment was made to measure. A detailed quote was emailed within 24 hours. I needed to save a little to make it fit my budget and a few tips were given to lower the cost. I picked out my granite, made the few changes to fit my budget. Every phone call was answered promptly, appointments were kept, and the work is complete. Very satisfied and will be using them again. Chelsea was my contact person and she was always easy to get on the phone. Jeremy did the measuring and was very polite and helpful. The owners of the company did the install and are very hard workers. 1st class operation. Thank you to everyone at this company.
Great people to work with, very professional. They definitely know their stuff! They installed over 92 square feet of granite in our new house and it came out beautifully. We were really happy with the results...Huge thanks to everyone at Victory!
Ginger and Jeremy installed granite in my home a little over a month ago and did FABULOUS! It is my dream kitchen! They called the day before to confirm, they showed up ready to work, and everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. The office staff helped me every step of the way and made sure I was happy with every choice I made.I am very happy with my experience with Victory Stoneworks.
Installed a new granite top on our island, had a hard time finding a slab to fit the dimensions but Ginger spent a lot of time helping to find. Finished product looks great, very satisfied
Its been one year since the ordeal with Victory Stoneworks. I went with them because of a price posted on the flyer. When I went to the showroom, they said that that price was no longer valid, but they had this higher price. I reluctantly agreed tot he higher price.I was told to go to a granite wholesaler and pick out two slabs. I did that. Then I was told that they didnt do business with that wholesaler anymore and to go to another. But that wasnt the needlessly uncomfortable part. After they rescheduled to come a week later I was told to be ready at 11am. I left work and waited. And waited. And waited. They did not arrive until 3:45pm. I needlessly lost a half day of work.Youre asking, Didnt you call to confirm? Yes. And repeatedly during the day wondering why they werent there. I was given the run around. Thinking I should return to work but being told that they are on the way. They were not on the way.I finally got the truth from a low level employee. He told me that his partner called in sick to work. And they require two persons to complete this work. And that he sat in the office waiting on instruction from the boss (Jeremy). That is fully understandable. But when I confronted Jeremy Victory, on the intentional misleading information, later in the evening when he arrived to my home, he blamed his staff. He refused to accept responsibility for the poor performance of his own company.Because they started so late, they were in the house till 9pm. Very different experience than the one I had just a year earlier working with another company who was in and out between 2pm and 5pm.This is very hard and dangerous work. And I expect to pay someone a fair amount of money to do the job. However, regardless of savings, I will not do business with Victory again. There is simply too many variables that could go poorly. And Jeremy demonstrated to me that he isnt mature enough to perform this very important work.
My kitchen looks awesome! Wanted to only give 4stars because they forgot the section for my bar. But the guys went back to the shop to get it and the part was never made, so they had to make it that evening. Didnt get back to my house until about 8:45pm to finish install. They went well above and beyond to finish my Kitchen in one day. Will be coming back to do vanities in my bathrooms.
Victory has been extremely professional, courteous, and their service has been unbeatable. I had a 2cm granite top put in our half bath with a vessel sink. When they came out the side and backsplashes were too short. They quickly cut new ones and made it right. The installer gave me his cell number to call with any questions I had and has followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody to have deal with this company.Jeremy was nice first and we signed a firm contract. He asked the money upfront and after he got them the hell began.his people didn’t come on scheduled time and he ignored most of my calls. We rescheduled and rescheduled again. Finally they came ( and I had to get time off from my work again ) and the work was done completely different how was promised. I tried to reach him by phone and even came a few times to the store, but front desk girl always say he is somewhere and going to call me back later. He never did.I am really disappointed .Be aware, nobody deserves to be treated like that!!
The business was very unprofessional. Their store manager set everything up for us and we were set to get started and had set a day. However, when that day came, nobody came and I had to call her multiple times with no answer. Eventually a couple of days later I came in to the store and they said they came by and no one was home. I was very clearly there!! The store manager does not answer her phone at all, just as a forewarning.
I wouldnt have given them any stars, but Google made me. Theyve done one of my friends kitchen counter tops. RUDE PEOPLE.Everyone there looks like they were in jail at least once in their life time. The bosses are never there, and when they are, theyre rude. I wouldnt mind never speaking to them ever again, especially not Ginger. Their prices are NOT REASONABLE. They charge extra for certain people. If you look like you have money, they will charge you up the rear. They had to reschedule a number of times and made it sounds like it was our fault for working with what they gave us, which is just like sand, and that was very unprofessional. And if that isnt enough, they speak like sailors. They are very inconsistent and lack communication skills, too. Not only that, but they never tell you a time as to when they will head to the job site, and when they do show up, they stay late as possible. I understand that the more time you spend working on something, you will probably get a better result, but that is unacceptable when someone is even there after 9pm. Granite installers were very unprofessional, speaking of gangs, drugs, strippers and hookers..... These ARE NOT people Id allow into my home. Their work is good, but their business is crap. I always thought that business was about customers and attending to their needs that they said that they would provide, not about themselves. Even their employees had nothing nice to say about them. What a path to success...
Everything went fine until there was a problem with the cut-out for the electric cooktop. It was incorrectly cut and the installers would not admit they had done it. They stated they looked at the instruction booklet which they did not as we watched them measure it and then cut the granite. One installer was to come out in the afternoon but did not show or send a text stating he wasn’t coming. When we called to check on him, he states they are having to move the entire store to another location and have a deadline to do it in.So, we took care of it ourselves since our electrician had to hook up the cooktop and move to his next job.My advise is to use another company. One that is established and has been for years. Thank goodness we got our job done before it closed or whatever happened. Again, use another company.
I recommend these guys, they did our kitchen granite countertops on a valpak coupon and saved us a bunch of money and did a great job. They also arranged for the cabinets to be installed and the plumber to do the hookups under the sink. All good. Be patient if they are busy, it was definitely worth the wait for us. Reading these reviews, Ginger may not make the best first impression, but she was super helpful to us and made our deal possible, so give her a chance :)Tom
Amazing job!! Absolutely love my kitchen & they went above and beyond Excellent Customer Service
Great service! A little late on arrival times but granite looks remarkable. We couldnt be happier!!
This man is a thief and treats his employees like slave labor. He likes to hire people illegal in the country for the purpose to undercut their pay and to straight cheat them out of their wages. Hes not a good carpenter. His employees are. I would not do business with him.
If you want a company with integrity dont use this company, They are thieves, they do not pay their employees.
Started Friday at noon complete by Saturday at one. These guys ripped out my old counter tops and back splash. Put in the new back splash as I did the plumbing while they finished and we had a new Kitchen by one Oclock Saturday. all for less that $4000. Wish I could attach photos!
If I could give a half of a star I would .they was late on everything I spent over 4 hours waiting on them just to come do timplet.then the final installation was 3 days late .as me being a contractor my time is valuable to me.i would not recommend this company to anyone .and the work aint that great either .
Terrible business, all the way around. From treating employees like crap in FRONT of customers AT customer homes. Never seen the owners do a single thing that leads me to believe they are deserving of the company that hard working people built FOR THEM. They are scammers, they are con artists and they shouldnt still be in business. I have ALSO contacted BBB and from the looks of it they already have quite a FEW other bad reviews. I also seen on yelp theres quite a few there too. They scam money from customers, overcharge others, break my belongings and not replace them, screw jobs up and blame employees... but had you actually TRAINED them correctly this wouldnt of happened, just absolute TERRIBLE experience all the way around. Hate these people and what they are about, i really cannot BELIEVVEEE they are still in business.... and to know they have a NEWER BIGGER BUILDING..... HHOOWW???????????????? FROM the money you F*****G SCAMMED FROM EMPLOYEES AND HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! You have QUITE the history on google.... if anyone looked you up there they wouldnt give you a damn DOLLAR. Ive never wished bad on ANYONE EVER, but i wish nothing but MISERABLE S**T on these people. ALL OF THEM. ROT IN HELL!I also contacted this other person who left the bad review and YES they are disgruntled employees, believe me you should HEAR THOSSEE stories, i thought mine were bad as a customer. Youre going to hell for what you did to them if not what youve done to us. No regard for others. As long as you have YOUR money and drive your new cars. Nothing matters right????Hope people see this before you have this deleted like you did to the lady on YELP!ATTENTION ANYONE WHO READS THIS READ THE YELP REVIEWS
I am here now and they are CLOSED DOWN. I wish I wouldve known that before I drove down from Owasso.
This was my first chance to have granite countertops. The install was done by the owner, his girlfriend, a fabricator from the shop and a rookie installer. It was installed crooked on both sides of my kitchen. I pointed that out and was told it was to be that way. They would not listen to anything I had to say. They brought the wrong sink so their real granite installer had to come put the right sink in the next day. We talked to him about the issues. He called the owners girlfriend and we could here her on the phone ask him why he pointed the problems out. The installer came out on his own time and reset one side of the granite.i could not put my tile on the counter properly for the cuts in the sheet rock and the gaps in the granite. While tiling my backsplash I notices long cracks in my granite on both sides of my kitchen. I have phoned them numerous times and they have yet to stand behind their work. They just took my money and ran. The 2cm granite deal the provide is a bad deal. It cracks too easy. I wish I would have stayed with regular counter tops.
Originally shopped for new kitchen counter tops at the big home improvement stores and decided to visit a smaller company hoping for a more personal experience. It started out well as my initial visit was with one of the owners, Jeremy. He seemed very knowledgeable, was very friendly and adequately answered all of our questions. Unfortunately that was the last time we ever dealt with or heard from Jeremy. The gentlemen that did the measuring and the template was also very friendly and helpful. The rest of the time we had to deal with Jeremys wife, Ginger. If you dont mind people that dont stop talking long enough to answer questions or listen to anything you have to say then you would really like her. I had to tell her several times that we were still in the process of remodeling our bathrooms and just wanted the counter tops fabricated, undermount sinks attached and the holes drilled for the faucets. The delivery guys simply dropped off the counter tops, didnt attach the sinks and did not drill the faucet holes. She kept trying to charge me for removing bathroom vanities counters and install the new ones despite the information I provided to the contrary. During the process I realized the information I was giving her about the bathrooms wasnt sinking in so I simply asked if they could drop off the remaining piece of granite and I could have it cut at a later time. As if I wouldnt realize a large piece of granite would be heavy, she reminded me of this multiple times and seemed really put off that I wasnt having them fabricate the counter tops. Also in dealing with them they require a credit card number with CSV code be recorded in their files for the final payment. They suggested I fill out a form with this information and email it to them. I must assume they do not realize how vulnerable email is to security threats. On the day of the install, the delivery drivers did not follow the directions I had provided and ended up lost. I had to go find them and have them follow me back to my house. Besides being in the wrong county and town they were close (sarscasm). I was having difficulty understanding their driver on the phone so I called Ginger and asked for her assistance. She was very rude and seemed put off she had to assist her drivers in finding my house. When they finally arrived, 3 of the 4 installers spoke virtually no English and the guy that I think was in charge only had a working knowledge of English. It made it very difficult to ask questions or provide guidance. Especially trying to explain that they were only doing the kitchen and not the bathrooms since Ginger did not bother to relay this information to them.I also ordered an undermount sink from them and somehow I was supposed to know that the sink did not come with the strainers. I had to drive an hour to a hardware store to get one that matched the sink. Its a good thing I had not arranged for a plumber to be there to install everything. On the positive side, I am happy with the product but if I had to do it all over again I would not use this company. They seem really hard up for money so I wonder if I later have warranty issues and they arent around. Their level of customer service was pretty well substandard and it definitely was not a more personal experience than what I would have received had I dealt with one of the home improvement stores. Its been a few days since it was installed and Ive never received a follow up call to see how it went and to be honest I dont care about that. If I never had to speak with Ginger again that would be fine with me.
This company is NOT professional in ANY way. I would never allow them in my home!! The most horrible granite work Ive ever seen, and they WILL NOT work with you to fix it! I am calling the BBB!!
Trying... At least they are trying!
