I have a 5 year lease on a copier, Preferred Business Systems canceled our service agreement (while our LEASE is still active) by accident when we had 3 years left in the lease, and they now refuse to service the machine or provide any of the services within our agreement unless we sign a fresh contract with them. We at NO POINT requested in any way that our service agreement be canceled. We now have a giant trash can in our office that we cannot use that were paying hundreds a month for.

Donnie The Creep salesman lied and tried to gain access to private areas in our office. Id NEVER do business with them with his sneaky sales tactics. Lying and deception is never a good tactic to start a professional relationship. STAY OFF MY PROPERTY!

My service contract was based on a 10,000 copy a year rate, but I was only using 6000 copies. They told me they would change the contract at the lower number and re-bill me. A new bill never showed up so I paid the higher copy rate and when I contacted them about it, they were going to check into it a return my call....and that also never happened.

Excellent!! My company uses several vendors, but no one matches the caliber of customer care that Preferred Business Systems provides. Everyone is so helpful and professional. My assistant raves about our service tech. Simply put, PBS is FIRST RATE!!

I literally told them I could do a commercial for them. I was blown away by their thoroughness and professionalism. We have a large staff and had been with a previous vendor and manufacturer for many years. I was concerned about the transition to a new vendor with an entirely new brand and fleet. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The set up went smoothly. They trained all departments. Their entire organization was responsive to our needs. Five years later and I am still impressed with PBS! I would highly recommend them!

In my personal opinion, this is the warmest, friendliest, most down to earth company to do business with in Tulsa. Family owned, family run, family is at the heart. If you have a problem with something, all you have to do is call and talk about it and theyll fix your issues. Service is second to none. Its just a great place to buy or lease office equipment and its a great place to have your office equipment serviced.

We have been with PBS for more than 10 years and cant imagine ever going with another company. My sales rep LISTENS to our needs. Their IT guys have made sure that our computers are set to B/W default to help save on color costs. It is a GREAT partnership and I would highly recommend them!

Very unsatisfactory experience. Thought we were getting a good deal on a Sharp multi-functional copier, scanner, printer, but discovered quickly that what you see isnt always what you get. Low purchase price = bad customer service and very low overall value with this company. Wish I would have not settled for the deal of a lifetime next time we will do our research and pursue a better company to do business with. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

EDIT 12/31/18: I wish I didnt have to add more to this review, but here we are. I received a bill from PBS after several months of parking this printer (not using it at all, paying the monthly minimum until the lease is up), the bill claimed we had used almost 12,000 copies. After calling for an explanation, the clerk in charge of billing first said she accidentally added a digit, which made no sense at all. When pressed and asked for clarification (since the number is still wrong REGARDLESS of a stray digit in any of our totals), we did finally get a revised bill that showed a total of only our monthly service fee (the minimum) plus tax, showing we didnt use anything at all for the month. If we handt looked over the bill, they would have screwed us out of an easy hundred bucks. This company cannot be trusted to bill accurately as previously mentioned in this review.This is the most dishonest organization I have come into contact with in my entire life. They set their copiers up to AUTOMATICALLY output in color whether you are copying B/W or color documents (the copier is capable of recognizing the difference on its own so you dont waste, but they override this setting so you are being CHARGED for color whether you realize it or not, even for black and white copies). The salesman that sold us our lease was worse than a used car salesman. We were fed a tremendous load of lies and regret signing a lease with this company every day. BEWARE.

This Company needs to establish a better way of doing business. We decided to lease a multi-functional printer from them a few years ago. The printer and the service agreement were offered at a really good price. However they did not disclose the fact that they will increase the service cost year after year.. without notice. several months ago a serviceman said they are having problems correcting an mechanical issue and they blame the other tech that was out there before. What kind of a company doesnt back their people or hire service techs that are incompetent. Avoid this company!!!!

My gompany has had several copiers over the years along with some sharp boards we got from them as well. Their customer service has been the reason we have stayed so long. Their techs ate great. Anytime we need training someone comes out uusally that day or the next. I highly recommend.

We have been a customer of this company for several years with multiple copiers. We have used other companies in town and they were fine, but none seemed to be as focused on the customer as these people are. There are no cutting corners with them. We had an emergency when one of our copiers broke down. They had a loaner out the same day. The owner even followed up to make sure we were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Absolutely a horrible place to work for. They show you how to overprice customers and use aftermarket toners to edge their profits while providing poor service to customers. They hire and fire you as quick as possible so they can keep your customer base without paying commissions. Work for any copier company than PBS or Copy World the other company. Ignore the reviews from current employees. Read the reviews from customers and those who dont work for them any longer. You will get the truth.
