My boyfriend and I went to just go look at a dining room table set and see our options and fell in love with a dining room set and a couch. Virginia answered all of our questions and gave us financing options with information. Devin helped us load our items we purchased. Virginia and Devin were extremely helpful and nice! The items here are really good quality and priced amazingly! We still need some furniture, but we definitely know where we will get the rest and will recommend to all our friends/family. (:

This place sold my sister 2 dressers that were supposedly brand new but busted once we got them home which was over an hour away I took the first one back and they exchanged it then got the second one home and it wasnt as bad as the first but still busted and they offered for me to drive back up there and exchange it again I am not driving an hour away again because you can get your inventory inspected and together so I would go somewhere else if I were you guys because they arent going to do anything to right thier wrong

I purchased a table from Consignment Furniture in Feburary 2020 and I had my cousin pick it up for me. Somehow I didnt get one of the legs to the table. It could have been lost during the delivery. I contacted them and they said it wasnt left at the store. I then asked if they can order me another one and they said yes but, it would take until the end of March or the middle of April. The end of March came and I gave them a call and they said it still hasnt came in. Then I waited 3 weeks into April before I contacted them to ensure I gave them adequate time to get the leg in April 25th. I completely understand were in a Pandemic and things will take time because, its coming from China. My issue is the lack of follow up and the lack of information I am given. Not once during the deadlines that were given to me, did anyone ever reach out to me, to give me any type of an update. Meanwhile I have a table sitting in my leaving room because, I cant finish putting it together. Since they can never give me an update, I asked the lady at the store, if I can have the number to the distributor and she says no. Then I ask if I can have the number to the owner to talk to him/her she says no. I then ask if she can have the owner give me a call, she tells me she didnt know if he would call me. I asked her for the name of their distributor and she at least gave me this information. I asked her for the manufacturers information with the model number, she was unable to give me this information. She was at least able to give me the name of the table. Before the sale they were very nice and they do have great prices but, the follow up after the sale has been a horrible experience and their nonchalant attitude towards my situation has been far from customer focused. Now I have a table that I cant do anything with, that they cant and wont tell me anything about and that I need to figure out what to do with. Hopefully Monday, when I call the distributor, I can be given some type of resolution.

Very easy financing. Mostly new furniture with small imperfections at 60% of the regular retail price. Salesperson even recommended a cheap option of renting a tryck from Home Depot across the street for $20 instead of paying a third party delivery company.

This place is a joke. Definitely not a consignment store. Everything is priced like new furniture prices.

They had quite a few furniture items of decent quality at fairly reasonable prices. I personally thought $375 was a tad steep for a used couch, but the quality was pretty good. Helpful service, unfortunately no delivery. Hope youve got some strong friends to help you carry it up the stairs to your new place, cause youre on your own!

Was looking around for a dining room table for a while. Either A they where way over priced or B not what I was looking for. I came here while passing it down the road. And I found exactly what I needed for a reasonable price! Virginia was fantastic! She didnt push a sale on me and was honest about what was in stock. Customer service isnt the greatest but shes been there a long time she said so suppose my opinion doesnt matter much. Low inventory due to Covid-19 Pandemic and she said they wouldnt be receiving any more or new inventory any time in the near future

(5 years ago) I bought a loveseat at the 41st & Sheridan location; it was unique, good condition, and I love it. $85. I found a large seaside glass-framed photo which was perfect for my bathroom, $20. It is a busy place when I have been there. I have seen great deals and not-so-good pieces/deals. You have to examine the pieces closely. Many things sell quickly while other things seem to be there time after time. I have been several times, not always finding anything, but I would go back.

My son just moved to Tulsa for a year long internship and needed to furnish an apartment on a low budget. This place completely fit the bill. Found exactly what he needed for a reasonable price. Virginia was friendly and so helpful. Delivery was available for an additional cost and they were able to accommodate us with a same day delivery. I wish I lived in the area and could shop here. It may be hit or miss depending on availability but worth a look-see! Thank you Virginia!!!

Virginia helped me pick out a awesome sectional, she reallt had expert knowledge and experience with the designer and piece we picked it out. She helped us personalize our living room and was willing to fit our budget and space.

The place is just ok. Moderately friendly staff, no room for negotiation, no warranties, and no help loading. All of that would be fine if the prices were better. I priced several items that were cheaper at Wal-Mart. I went to Consignment Furniture to purchase a full size bed, kids bunk bed, and a couch. The couch prices were terrible, as was the selection. Kids bunk beds were priced lower at Wal-Mart for the exact same units. I did however find a decent deal on a full size mattress and box spring, but had to go elsewhere for the frame, again because of pricing. If Im going to pay brand new prices for particle board furniture, Ill do so through a reputable store that warranties their products, and helps load them.

Great prices on gently used furniture, the staff was really helpful, we got a quality dining set for just $85 and the manager delivered it himself for just $20 more . We will definitely be back !!!!
